## About HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales Hub combines sales engagement tools, AI-powered productivity features, and workflow automation into a unified platform designed to help growing teams close deals faster. Core Value Proposition: Sales Hub addresses common sales challenges: inefficient manual processes that slow deal velocity, fragmented customer information creating incomplete context, and complex software requiring extensive training and ongoing administration. Built on the HubSpot Smart CRM, Sales Hub connects customer data and sales tools in a single unified system. Key Capabilities Sales Engagement Tools: Sales Hub provides email tracking, meeting scheduling, document sharing, and communication templates that streamline prospect interactions and eliminate administrative friction in the sales process. AI-Powered Productivity: The platform includes AI features that automate repetitive tasks, suggest next actions based on deal context, and surface relevant customer insights, helping representatives focus on selling rather than administrative work. Unified Customer View: Because all customer data, communication history, and deal information exists within the Smart CRM, sales representatives see complete context without toggling between systems. This includes visibility into marketing interactions, service tickets, and prior sales conversations. Workflow Automation: Sales Hub automates routine sales processes, ensuring consistent execution without manual coordination. Sales Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike legacy CRM systems functioning primarily as databases requiring extensive customization, Sales Hub includes engagement tools, automation, and AI capabilities as native features rather than add-ons requiring integration. This eliminates the complexity of purchasing separate tools for email tracking, meeting scheduling, document management, and sales analytics. Sales Hub's intuitive interface reduces training time for new team members compared to traditional sales platforms requiring extensive technical knowledge. Teams benefit from fast onboarding, seamless alignment through shared data visibility, and flexible scaling. Who Should Use Sales Hub Sales Hub serves growing sales teams needing to increase productivity without adding headcount, sales representatives requiring complete customer context during buyer conversations, and sales leaders seeking pipeline visibility through unified reporting. The platform scales from small sales teams to enterprise organizations. Outcome Sales Hub helps teams sell smarter, not harder, enabling reps to get richer context and better insights at every step of the buyer journey.

## HubSpot Sales Hub Reviews
 ### 1. A CRM That Helps Me Focus on My Clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AMBER N. | DESIGNER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it keeps all of my client information, communications, and project history in one place. As a kitchen cabinet designer, my projects often involve multiple consultations, design revisions, quotes, and long decision timelines, so having everything organized in a single platform helps me stay on top of every opportunity.

I also appreciate how well HubSpot integrates with other tools we use, making it easier to keep information connected without constantly switching between applications. The platform performs reliably, even as my pipeline grows, and the reporting gives me valuable insight into where projects stand and how my sales process is performing.

The AI features are becoming increasingly useful for drafting emails, summarizing conversations, and helping me work more efficiently. HubSpot also offers excellent customer support and educational resources whenever I need assistance or want to learn about new features. Finally, I feel the value I get from the platform justifies the investment, especially considering how much time it saves and how much it improves client follow-up and organization.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One area where HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is pricing as additional features are added. Some of the more advanced tools are only available in higher-tier plans, which can make it difficult for smaller businesses to justify upgrading.

I would also like to see deeper integrations with more industry-specific software, along with additional customization options for managing complex project-based sales processes like kitchen design. While the AI features are promising, I think they still have room to become more tailored and proactive for industry-specific workflows.

Finally, because HubSpot offers so many features, there can be a learning curve for new users. Simplifying some workflows and making advanced functionality easier to discover would help teams get even more value from the platform.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in my business: managing long, detail-oriented sales cycles while providing a great client experience. Kitchen cabinet projects often involve multiple meetings, design revisions, quotes, product selections, and coordination over several weeks or months. HubSpot keeps all of those interactions, emails, notes, tasks, and documents organized in one place.

It also helps me stay consistent with follow-ups so potential clients don't fall through the cracks. The pipeline gives me a clear view of where every project stands, making it easier to prioritize my time and forecast upcoming work. The reporting tools help me identify what's working in my sales process. At the same time, automation and AI save time on routine tasks so I can focus more on designing kitchens and building relationships with my clients.

Overall, HubSpot has made my sales process more organized, efficient, and professional, allowing me to spend less time managing information and more time serving my clients.

 ### 2. Useful, simple, easy, strategic, though still limiting in certain cases.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomislav T. | Partnerships & Business Development , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage the full sales workflow in one place. The pipeline view gives a clear overview of deal stages, tasks, and next steps, while sequences, templates, and automated follow-ups save a lot of manual work each week. I also find the AI features useful for speeding up smaller tasks, such as summarizing activity, drafting emails, and getting quicker context before following up with a prospect. An unexpected benefit is how much easier it becomes to keep sales data clean and visible across the team, which helps with both daily prioritization and reporting.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some advanced workflows, reporting views, and CRM customization options can become difficult to manage as the sales process becomes more complex. The core UI is easy to use, but deeper configuration often requires trial and error, especially when building automation or trying to structure data in a very specific way. I also think the AI features are useful, but they can still feel a bit generic and sometimes need heavy editing before they are ready to use. Better guidance inside the platform and more flexible customization options would make the tool stronger for scaling sales teams.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of having sales activity spread across too many places. Before using it, it was harder to keep a clear overview of deal progress, follow-ups, tasks, and customer interactions. Now, the pipeline view, activity timeline, sequences, templates, and automated task reminders make it easier to manage deals consistently and avoid missed follow-ups.

This benefits me by saving time each week and making the sales process more structured. The AI features also help by summarizing context, supporting email drafting, and making it faster to prepare for follow-ups. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub helps improve visibility, prioritization, and consistency across the sales workflow.

 ### 3. Time-Saving Navigation, Flexible Dashboards, and Seamless Prospecting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie K. | Senior Exhibit Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Navigation saves me time and makes the platform easier to use. I love how we can quickly flex our reports and dashboards as we need them. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and adjust, which helps keep me in front of my clients automatically. The AI assistance is there when I need a second opinion, and Customer Support is helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Of all the CRMs I’ve used for sales—Goldmine, ACT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics—this has been the easiest to work with, while still delivering the most robust performance. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking with prospects, while the technology warms up my leads in the background.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to email leads one by one, but now all of that happens automatically, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. Plus, I can see when they engage and tell which sequences are performing best.

 ### 4. Intuitive All-in-One Sales Hub, But Advanced Features Can Get Pricey

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahek Y. | Google Ads Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, even for teams that are new to CRM tools. The email tracking, meeting scheduling, pipeline management, and automation features are all integrated into one place, which makes managing sales activities much more efficient. I also appreciate the seamless integration with other HubSpot tools, allowing marketing and sales teams to stay aligned. The reporting dashboards provide clear visibility into team performance and deal progress, helping improve decision-making and productivity.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and automation capabilities are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can become expensive for growing businesses. The customization options for reports and workflows can also feel somewhat limited compared to more enterprise-focused CRM platforms. Additionally, while the interface is generally easy to use, certain features can take time to fully understand due to the large number of tools available within the platform.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve several sales management challenges by centralizing customer information, communication tracking, deal management, and sales automation in one platform. It reduces the need for manual data entry and follow-ups by automating repetitive tasks such as email sequences, reminders, and lead tracking. This has improved overall team productivity, streamlined the sales process, and made it easier to manage customer relationships efficiently. The platform also provides better visibility into pipeline performance and sales activities, which helps in making faster, data-driven decisions and improving conversion rates.

 ### 5. Organized Sales Workflow and Seamless Integrations in HubSpot Sales Hub

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it keeps the entire sales process organised in one place. It makes it easy to manage leads, track every interaction, automate follow-ups, and monitor pipeline progress with real-time reporting. The intuitive interface saves time, improves productivity, and helps ensure no opportunity is missed. I also appreciate how well it integrates with email, marketing, and CRM tools, making collaboration across teams seamless and allowing me to focus more on building relationships and closing deals.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

While HubSpot Sales Hub is a powerful platform, some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting. Certain customisations, reporting options, and workflow automations could also be more flexible. Additionally, the platform can occasionally feel slow when working with large volumes of contacts or complex records. Despite these drawbacks, its ease of use and overall functionality still make it an excellent CRM for managing sales activities.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me stay organised by centralising lead management, communication history, tasks, and pipeline tracking in one platform. It eliminates the need to switch between multiple tools, reduces manual follow-ups through automation, and ensures no lead falls through the cracks. This has improved my productivity, helped me respond to prospects more efficiently, and given me better visibility into my sales performance, ultimately allowing me to build stronger relationships and close more opportunities.

 ### 6. Best CRM for Sales & Busines Development Executives

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi B. | Sr. Business Development Executive, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most is how intuitive and clean the interface is, it doesn't take a lot of time to get used to it, even if you are not super technical. As a Business Development Executive, I use it daily for tracking emails, managing deals, and the integration with Gmail makes it seamless.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I have noticed that some features, like advanced reporting or certain automation tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For small teams or startups, that can be a bit limiting.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge it solved for me was managing leads and follow-ups without letting anything slip through the cracks. Before HubSpot, everything was spread across spreadsheet and email threads, and it was hard to keep track of where each lead stood. With Sales hub, I have full visilibility into the pipeline and can automate follow-ups at scale. Its helped me stay more organized, save time, and close more deals.

 ### 7. Streamlined Client Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter V. | Real Estate Agent, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I save time with the platform's navigation, which makes it easy to move through without searching for what I need. I value the flexibility to adapt reports and dashboards to whatever question I have. The sequences feature is straightforward to build, clone, and adjust, keeping me engaged with my clients automatically. AI assistance is handy for a second opinion. I appreciate the quick and genuinely helpful support whenever I reach out. Moving from a contact record to their full history-every email, viewing, and note-all in one place, allows me to continue conversations smoothly when a buyer or seller calls unexpectedly.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The depth of features is a double-edged sword, since getting the most out of the platform takes real time to learn, and I suspect I still use only a fraction of what it offers. Some of the more powerful reporting and automation sits behind higher tiers, which is worth weighing up for a smaller operation. I have also found that once you have built out a fair number of sequences and properties, keeping everything tidy takes a bit of discipline, or the workspace starts to feel cluttered. The area I'd most like to see improved is onboarding into the advanced features, ideally guided, role-based walkthroughs.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of buyers and sellers slipping through the cracks, letting me log contacts, trigger automatic follow-ups, and track engagement to focus on those close to a decision.

 ### 8. HubSpot Saves Time and Helps Sales Reps Close Deals with Confidence

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delon R. | Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I find the most helpful with Hubspot Sales Hub is that the dashboard showcases the current leads and harmonized on the dashboard, saves time following up. Transforming every sales representative into an excellent Performer and helps closing the deal with support on knowing what to say in the negotiation process. The ROI is increased with the ability to follow up. Onboarding is sufficient. The speed of the software running on the website is surprisingly reasonable.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The AI provided by Hubspot, albeit supportive, gets in the way sometimes and also requires humanisation and have to do over some of the work thus feeling less like a template and more of a suggestion maker.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is solving the sales knowing which deals are closed, canceled, and rejected all in one software. It saves me time through scrolling for minutes on end.

 ### 9. Great Tool That Makes Sales Work Easier

HubSpot Sales Hub is super easy to use and helps keep everything in one place. I love how it tracks deals, automates follow-ups, and gives useful insights without needing to dig around. It really helps me stay on top of things and saves time.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be limiting. It also takes a little time to get used to all the features, but HubSpot’s guides and support make that easier.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us stay organized and efficient by centralizing all our sales activity—emails, calls, deals, and follow-ups—in one place. It’s made our process more consistent and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. The automation features have also saved us a lot of manual work, allowing us to focus more on meaningful conversations with leads.

 ### 10. Streamlined CRM with Automation Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammed K. | Website & Prospect Team Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use, and I appreciate the most relevant features it offers, which help businesses effectively manage RevOps. I use it as a main database for prospecting, where it excels in storing and enriching prospect data collected through various channels. I also like how it automates sequences, sales, and outreach processes, making the whole sales and marketing process smoother.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We faced many challenges related to automations and restrictions put on the Sales Hub Professional licenses. I found it difficult to incorporate simple workflow logic within Sales Hub Professional licenses, like nested if conditions for a regular user.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a database for prospecting, automating sequences, and managing the sales process. It provides complete customer relationship management, streamlining sourcing and enriching data.

 ### 11. Easy-to-Use, Reliable Sales Automation with Strong Integrations and Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoi B. | Mrs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ease of use combined with strong performance and powerful automation capabilities. The platform is very responsive and reliable, even when managing larger pipelines, which makes day-to-day sales operations smooth and efficient. It centralizes emails, calls, and deal tracking in one place, significantly reducing manual work and improving visibility across the team.

Another major advantage is its wide range of integrations. HubSpot connects seamlessly with many commonly used tools, which makes it easy to fit into existing workflows without disruption and keeps all systems aligned.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, it offers solid value, especially considering the time saved through automation and the insights gained from its reporting tools. It helps teams operate more efficiently and close deals faster, making the investment worthwhile.

Additionally, the onboarding experience and customer support are very strong. The platform is intuitive to learn, and the available resources, documentation, and support team make it easy to get up to speed quickly and resolve any issues when needed.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of its more advanced features can become complex to configure, particularly when it comes to automation and customization. While the platform performs well overall, there can be occasional limitations when handling highly specific or non-standard workflows.

From a pricing perspective, costs can increase significantly as you scale or unlock more advanced features, which may make it less accessible for smaller teams or companies with tighter budgets. The ROI is there, but it often depends on fully utilizing the platform’s capabilities.

In terms of integrations, although there is a wide range available, some integrations require additional configuration or third-party tools to work seamlessly, which can add complexity and sometimes extra cost.

Lastly, while onboarding resources are helpful, the initial setup and learning curve for more advanced features can be time-consuming. Customer support is generally good, but response times can vary depending on the issue and subscription level.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is solving the challenge of managing sales activities across multiple tools and processes by centralizing everything into one platform. Before using it, it was difficult to keep track of emails, follow-ups, deal stages, and customer interactions, which often led to inefficiencies and missed opportunities.

By bringing all sales activities—communication, pipeline management, automation, and reporting—into one place, it creates much better visibility and organization. This makes it easier to track progress, prioritize deals, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

It also addresses the problem of time-consuming manual tasks through automation, such as follow-ups, task creation, and data entry. This significantly reduces administrative workload and allows more time to focus on higher-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.

Additionally, its integrations with other tools help eliminate data silos and keep systems aligned, improving overall workflow efficiency.

Overall, the main benefit is increased productivity, better pipeline visibility, and more efficient sales processes, which ultimately lead to improved performance and better outcomes.

 ### 12. Helps organize leads and improve follow-ups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu L. | Sr Digital Business Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub makes it much easier to manage the entire sales process in one place, especially with lead tracking, email automation, and pipeline visibility. It brings more structure compared to juggling multiple tools.

The email tracking and follow-ups are particularly useful, helping maintain consistency without manually chasing every lead. The dashboard also gives a clear view of pipeline progress, making it easier to prioritize high-value opportunities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing that can be slightly challenging is the initial setup and learning curve, especially if you're new to CRM tools. Some features and workflows take time to fully understand.

Also, pricing can feel a bit high as you scale and need access to more advanced features. It’s a powerful tool, but smaller teams might find it less flexible from a cost perspective.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of scattered lead data and inconsistent follow-ups. Earlier managing leads across different tools or manually tracking conversations made it easy to miss opportunities.

With HubSpot, everything is centralized, and automation helps ensure timely follow-ups. This has made the sales process more organized and consistent, while also saving time and improving overall visibility of the pipeline.

 ### 13. Keeps me organized without the extra work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hillary K. | Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It’s simple and actually helps me stay organized without feeling like extra work. I like that I can see everything in one place, keep track of conversations, and not drop the ball with follow-ups. It feels easy to use, not something I have to fight with.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It can feel a little clunky at times and not always intuitive. I find myself clicking around more than I should to get to what I need. Some things also feel overly complex for what should be simple tasks.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of people, conversations, and what needs to happen next so nothing slips through. Before, things lived in different places or in my head. Now it’s all in one spot, which saves me time and helps me stay on top of follow-ups without overthinking it.

 ### 14. Easy to Use Overall Once You Get Started

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul P. | Activation Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like overall hubspot but gmail integration is very best thing! We use this alot in our organization testing various marketing strategy using this feature and also we are winning lot clients! Beside that Breeze is also good and overall customer support I am happy! Once I had. problem with consent mode in landing pages they really helped me!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

For the starter its little bit complex! Most of things are easy to use but for started it could be overwhelming! Adding on this cost of Pro or Enterprise tiers as and the limitation in reporting on the Starter plan.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used spreadsheed, excel sheet before to record our customers or contacts! Now we do not have to manually enter details we have sales hub in which datas are stored very carefully and segmentation is very useful ! Also we used another Salesforce CRM that was to complex and very hard to use, Now I can or we can use hubspot with ease!

 ### 15. HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps Our Sales Process Organized and Easy to Manage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xolisile N. | Placement Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it keeps the entire sales process organised in one place. Having emails, follow-ups, tasks, and customer interactions all in a single platform makes it easier to stay on top of opportunities and build stronger relationships while saving time.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside is that some of the more advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. That said, I think the core functionality is still very strong and easy to use.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered sales activities by bringing emails, follow-ups, customer information, and pipeline management into one platform. This helps me stay organised, save time, and ensure no opportunities or follow-ups are missed.

 ### 16. Works well for our team, great support, decent updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The Hubspot team has been making some great module changes in the past couple of years that are improving the overall use of the software, including object interfaces and workflow streams. Support is generally great - low level support from the team is helpful, and our CSM is essential, especially for use-case changes.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I still wish there were more in-app callouts for individual users when major system changes happen, especially for users that don't log in every day. Pricing is difficult - there will be one thing that is locked behind an entire module paywall that would make a difference to the team, and that can mean we just aren't able to get that feature at all.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot solves many issues around interfacing business databases, and allows multiple teams to worth within the same structure in order to share information. The access tiering also allows us to not only limit sensitive information, but keep the interface cleaner for those who are light-touch users.

 ### 17. All-in-One CRM Convenience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** christopher b. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is an AIO CRM tool that allows us to stay on top of our prospects without needing to go to multiple different websites to track the lifecycle of a customer

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Well many of the features are appreciated, I think HubSpot suffers from trying to do too much. There's many features that are completely useless, and some that WOULD be great but they're buggy / poorly developed. They also frequently re-work the UI which makes it confusing to navigate.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is our source of truth for prospects and customer journeys. It's solving our problem of tracking how prospects are funnelling through our pipeline and assisting us in closing future deals faster. It's also helpful to give us reminders of who needs to be reached out to.

 ### 18. Streamlined Sales Management, Room for Learning Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like how easy it is to create custom dashboards in HubSpot Sales Hub, where I can easily see where my deals are and what stage they're at, allowing me to quickly access communications. It's great for both my manager, who can see my pipeline for long-term planning, and for me, as I can easily see where I stand in terms of probable profits for the month, day, or calendar year. The initial setup was relatively easy, as I just went through the client list to ensure that the information was current.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I feel like the basic sales training only touches on a tiny amount of the capabilities of HubSpot Sales Hub, and I feel like I am not using it to my total capability.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub mostly for client tracking & deal management. It provides our business with a unified understanding of activities and deals. I love the custom dashboards for easily tracking deal stages and accessing communications. They also help my manager and me with long-term planning and profit insights.

 ### 19. Enhances Organization but Needs Streamlined Tabs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John A. | Business Development manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I enjoyed the talk-to-text feature on the mobile app for HubSpot Sales Hub. After visiting a client, I just open up the app and talk to the microphone, making it very straightforward. I also like the simplicity of it, referring to it as a 'simple stupid method'. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There's a few too many tabs of ZIP code and business types, and it's a little wonky and clunky when I'm trying to enter these things. I wish there was just a form that you put in the company address, ZIP code, all in one location instead of putting it in different line items.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps me more organized and stops me from handwriting notes. It's very straightforward.

 ### 20. Feature-Rich and Flexible Sales Hub with a Clean, Easy-to-Use UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Feature rich with great flexibility for a number of use-cases, from simple and straightforward enterprises to broad and complex organisation, I'll be surprised if what you need to achieve from a sales/marketing management perspective can't be done with HubSpot Sales Hub. The UI is really nice, it makes digesting the various features and tools nice and easy, even for users with a little less technical know-how. This makes implementation easy, including integrating with external tools.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One of the pros is just how feature-rich it is, but this can also be something I found a bit frustrating in the past. The initial onboarding is great, but that falls off when it comes to setting up more advanced features of Sales Hub. While setting up something new, for example, it can sometimes feel a bit unclear what you'll achieve by going through the various steps and what affect that will have on other parts of Sales Hub. I think just a little bit clearer documentation, which is country-specific, would be useful.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage my customer relationships with a light-touch approach for my needs. I used it to keep track of business deals, progressing through a simple pipeline. I have integrated Sales Hub with some other applications I use which has been really helpful in managing information related to customers and projects I work on. It benefits me by giving me a single source of truth when it comes to CRM and business development.

 ### 21. Centralized CRM with Powerful Automation, But Pricey for Advanced Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilona B. | Operations & Payment Systems Manager, Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its comprehensive all-in-one structure and easy-to-use layout, which fits our insurance daily operations perfectly. It consolidates customer profile management, insurance deal tracking and internal team collaboration onto one unified platform. I can check policy consultation records, follow-up progress and client demands in one place, greatly streamlining my daily operational management work. The interface is quite intuitive. Even team members who mainly handle policy verification and premium settlement can master basic operations swiftly, so we barely waste time on lengthy technical training. I highly value its practical automation functions. It automatically updates deal phases and sends follow-up reminders for pending insurance cases, cutting down loads of repetitive manual logging work. This lets our team devote more energy to communicating with clients and tailoring proper insurance coverage plans. Besides, the flexible reporting function works really well for our business. I can generate targeted reports to analyze policy signing volume, customer group distribution and team service efficiency, providing solid basis for us to optimize service strategies and deliver more reliable local insurance services.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

First of all, creating highly customized business reports is pretty tricky for our team. The ready-made report templates inside the system only cover general sales data and can’t align with our exclusive statistical standards for the insurance business. Whenever I need to sort out quarterly policy signing volume or overdue payment records, I have to spend ages adjusting fields and setting screening rules step by step, which wastes lots of working time. Secondly, the tiered pricing setup brings obvious limitations to our medium-sized team. Basic version tools satisfy simple client recording needs, yet useful advanced functions such as precise customer grouping by insured amount, intelligent automatic deal pushing, and multi-dimensional data analysis are only accessible on high-cost paid plans. Every time we hope to refine client screening and workflow efficiency, we face a sharp rise in subscription fees, making us hesitate to expand functional usage freely.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes our client data, streamlines deal tracking, and automates repetitive tasks, boosting efficiency. It improves coordination and ensures we never miss follow-ups, solving our previous messy data management and inconsistent information issues.

 ### 22. Clean, Intuitive Sales Management with Time-Saving Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it is to manage the entire sales process in one place. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it simple to track deals, manage pipelines, and stay on top of follow-ups. The automation tools for sequences, task reminders, and email tracking save a lot of time and help keep outreach organized. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the HubSpot ecosystem, making collaboration and reporting much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and reporting capabilities are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can get expensive as teams grow. There can also be a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex automations or customizing workflows. While the platform is generally very user-friendly, certain areas can feel a little limited without additional add-ons or integrations.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the challenge of keeping sales activities, customer communication, and pipeline management organized in one centralized platform. It reduces manual work through automation, improves visibility into deal progress, and helps ensure follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks. This has made our sales process more efficient, improved team collaboration, and given better insight into forecasting and overall pipeline performance.

 ### 23. Clean UI, Strong Integrations, and Helpful “Breeze” AI — Minor UX Friction

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The UI/UX is clean and easy to navigate. The wide range of integrations available on HubSpot is key to making it a single source of truth and improving overall workflow efficiency. Performance has been reliable, and the pricing feels reasonable relative to ROI and competitor options. Support is readily available, and the ongoing complimentary customer success coaching meetings help ensure the educational materials and training are in place for full utilization and maximum ROI. The AI bot, "Breeze," has also been extremely useful for extracting and consolidating data, creating charts, and providing insights.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I dislike the UI/UX on the sales performance charts and graphs. For example, one bar chart might show sales rep “John” in blue and sales rep “Jim” in green, but then another chart flips the colors, with Jim in blue and John in green. That inconsistency makes it harder to read and compare results quickly. My other dislikes are likely due to my own failure to access the educational materials available, so I’m not always sure how to perform certain tasks.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to stay organized with sales outreach and to track deal stages across several different tools. HubSpot has given us a clean, single source of truth that keeps everything in one place and makes it much easier to maintain organization. The AI features help automate outreach and reduce manual admin tasks. As a result, we can focus more on selling and less on organizing.

 ### 24. Efficient Tool for Prospecting with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maksim D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be very simple and easy to use, with not much to navigate. It integrates a lot of stuff, which is great because everything is all in one place, and I don't need to move between multiple different tools. I appreciate that it integrates with my dialing tool, Orem, making it easy to do big dials and tasks. The ability to handle email tasks directly within HubSpot is also great. I like the lead functionality and the ability to convert deals, which is super nice.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

If there were more clear steps on how to do things, it would definitely be more efficient and effective. Having a directing path on how to do things, where to start, what to do, would be nice.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 25. Transformed Our Sales Workflow with Intuitive Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dianaraquel V. | Sales Operations Specialist, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like HubSpot Sales Hub's user-friendly interface, as it is easy for my team, who aren't professional techies, to master without extensive training. The automated follow-up function is incredibly practical, allowing us to preset schedules, standard messages, and reminders, making our outreach stable and reliable. I appreciate the flexible pipeline customization feature, which lets us tailor sales stages and tags to fit our specific business processes and needs. The intuitive data analysis and visual dashboard help me track team performance and deal progress effortlessly. Plus, its integration with other tools like Microsoft Teams and cloud document tools ensures smooth synchronization and improves efficiency. We're able to streamline our entire sales workflow, standardize client development, and enhance productivity with HubSpot Sales Hub.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

To start with, the tiered pricing structure is really unfriendly for small and mid-sized teams like us. A large number of practical advanced sales management functions, including sophisticated lead scoring rules, bulk customer field editing and advanced sales activity tracking, are locked in high-priced paid plans. As a local internet company with only 11 to 50 employees, we have a relatively limited annual operational budget. It is too costly for us to upgrade to the premium version just to use a few targeted advanced features, while the basic version is lacking in many practical functions we actually need, making it hard to strike a good balance between usage demands and cost control. Secondly, the software lacks sufficient localized optimization for European and especially German local business scenarios. Most of the built-in default email templates, business follow-up scripts and customer classification standards are designed mainly for mainstream American business modes. These contents do not match the formal and rigorous communication habits of local German corporate clients at all. Every time we carry out external business outreach and customer follow-up, we have to spend extra time rewriting content, adjusting language styles and modifying classification labels manually, which wastes a lot of our daily working time and reduces overall work efficiency virtually

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes client data, making handovers smooth. It clarifies our sales pipeline, reducing lost deals. It automates data sorting for accurate reports, saving manual work. Email tracking lets us sync outreach effectively, enhancing client engagement. Overall, it streamlines our sales workflow efficiently.

 ### 26. Easy Lead & Email Tracking with a Clean UI and Powerful Deal Pipeline

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjeev S. | Cybersecurity Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What i like best about Hubspot sales hub is how easy it is to track leads, emails and followups from one place. The UI is cleanand simple to navigate, so the team was able to adapt quickly without maching training. The email tracking and deal pipeline features are especially useful in day to day sales activities because they give clear visibility into customer interactions and pending opportuntities. Integration with email tools also works smoothly, which saves time and reduce manual updates.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing that could improve in Hubspot sales hub is the pricing, especially when additional users or advanced features are required. Some reporting and automation configurations also take time to set up properly if the workflow is more complex. The platform is generally east to use, but certain customisation options can feel limited unless you move to higher tier plans. AI related suggestions are helpful in some areas, though they still feel basic for more advanced sales use cases

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us centralize lead management, sales tracking and customer communication in one platform instead of managing everything manually through spreadsheets and emails. It has improved follow up consistency, provided better visibilityinto the sales pipeline and reduced the time spent on manual updates and tracking activities

 ### 27. Effortless Outreach and Advanced Sorting with HubSpot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diksha T. | Senior Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find the import and export feature, where I can export all the companies we've contacted during our outreach activity, really nice and effective. We also have a lot of advanced experience with it, which helps a lot in sorting down what kind of people or companies we want to interact with. The initial setup was quite easy; it wasn't difficult at all. Plus, the customer service team is engaging and interactive with any issues that I face, which really helps.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think HubSpot Sales Hub can be improved by having a feature where it can be added as an extension to Excel. It would be helpful if changes made in Excel could be automatically updated in HubSpot, so I don't have to switch back and forth to do the activities.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me manage outreach campaigns and business development. It serves as an internal database for our financiers and company lists. The import and export features streamline contacting companies, and advanced sorting aids in selecting the right contacts.

 ### 28. HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps Deals Organized and Forecasting Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tushar A. | Senior Sales Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it keeps everything organized in one place. From tracking emails to managing deals and follow-ups, it cuts down on the need to juggle multiple tools. The pipeline view is especially useful because it gives me clear visibility into where each deal stands.

It’s also improved accountability across the team and made forecasting a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Pricing can get expensive as you scale. As soon as you start adding more users or unlocking advanced features, the cost rises quickly. It’s a great tool overall, but smaller teams may find it a bit tough on the budget.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing I dislike is the pricing structure, especially when scaling the team. The cost is manageable at the beginning, but once you start adding more users and building out a proper sales team, the price can jump significantly in some cases more than 2x compared to the initial setup.

 ### 29. HubSpot Sales Hub: Efficient Deal Management with Some Bugs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase C. | Senior Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the deals tab in HubSpot Sales Hub. It allows me to easily change the deal stage and track what pricing was discussed. This organized tab helps me manage several deals at a time, enabling me to quickly understand what was previously discussed and enter calls with limited preparation time by providing information at a glance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Sometimes there are bugs when I'm sequencing out contacts. If I'm sequencing several 100 contacts, and I select 50 to enroll them in the sequence and click to the next page, it will say that I'm on page two, but it still shows the contacts from page one.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. It helps me keep track of my contacts, companies, and deals.

 ### 30. Comprehensive Data Tracking with HubSpot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be my go-to place to check all the sales data, including performance and lead trends. The forecast feature is particularly helpful, allowing me to get a ballpark number with good confidence to share with the senior and sales teams. This helps us bridge the gap between forecast and actual results. I also value the Kanban board view of HubSpot deals. It helps me dice data for specific time periods and check the number of deals and their value easily. The metrics that appear just below the menu bar give me quick insights without needing to select anything, which is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think HubSpot releasing product updates then and there, but I feel it's good. And some improvements I expect like, not something which specifically I have in mind, but I would love to explore new updates from HubSpot.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me forecast with confidence, bridging gaps between forecast and actuals. It allows me to easily check sales performance, lead trends, and closing rates across teams, tracking valuable data over specific periods without hassle.

 ### 31. Centralized CRM with Quick Setup, Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishant G. | Sales Support Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like how HubSpot Sales Hub is quite simple to set up, and the implementation takes just two to four weeks at max. I can probably use most custom fields and objects to simplify and customize it according to my needs. It helps with pipeline management, handling contacts, centralizing everything related to contact companies, engagement, and deals, making it easier to access each element over time. I appreciate the ease of setting it up, which, in fact, just took two to four weeks to set up and start using it across the GTM team.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Their UI is quite plain and tedious to make changes to. Apart from that, it supports very less GTM tool i-frames (such as ZoomInfo, Nooks, etc.) than Salesforce, which is a bummer. Also, HubSpot Sales hub doesn't have a good Google G Suite connector to pull data into G-sheets in a better way than Salesforce.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is a centralized CRM that helps us manage everything related to contact, companies, engagement, and deals seamlessly.

 ### 32. Efficient Lead Tracking, with Room for Mobile Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manohar D. | SEO Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like using HubSpot Sales Hub for its ability to keep things simple and organized, particularly when tracking leads from our marketing campaigns, email tracking, and scheduling meetings. I love the email tracking and activity feed because I can see right inside my Gmail when someone opens an email or clicks a link. The meeting scheduler is a lifesaver and I appreciate how it connects with our marketing tools, allowing me to see exactly what content a lead downloaded before reaching out. The setup was pretty easy overall, with connecting Gmail and Calendar only taking a couple of clicks.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The mobile app feels a bit clunky compared to desktop. Sometimes syncing takes a few seconds too long. Make the mobile app load contact activity faster - right now it lags when I'm on the go. Also syncing between my phone and desktop should be instant, not 30 seconds later. Not a 10 because the mobile app and reporting could be smoother, and syncing isn't always instant.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub saves me from losing leads, helps track email engagement, and eliminates scheduling chaos. It reduces manual work and ensures effective follow-ups.

 ### 33. Intuitive for Sales Management, Pricing Can Be Steep

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nirbhay M. | BDE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I have used HubSpot Sales Hub for my database management in sales, especially in SaaS. I nurture my leads in this particular software, which has a great UI/UX and a user-friendly interface. I mainly use it for my sales process, including lead management, sales updates, after-sales services, and quotation proposals. The automation is very useful because it manages all the solutions and reduces my manual work and workflow. One thing I really like about the software is its simple and clean interface, which doesn't feel complicated. It helps manage data in separated modules and the dashboard gives me an end-to-end report of my records. Additionally, the support was good, and the implementation was flexible.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside is that the pricing structure can be expensive as you scale, since many useful features are locked in higher plans. Also, advanced features like automation and reporting can feel a bit complex.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub useful for automating and managing my sales processes. It reduces my manual work and streamlines my workflow.

 ### 34. Streamlined Sales Visibility and Forecasting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony D. | Industry Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing lead flow and collaborating on deals directly within the app, which is convenient because it eliminates the need for external communication. The platform gives me visibility into deals and assists with revenue forecasting, helping us maintain a predictable sales funnel. I also appreciate the reporting features, as they allow my leader to see what I have in the pipeline, how I'm forecasting, and the health of each deal based on my communication with prospects. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was easy because we knew what we wanted and didn't have any technical debt from moving from another platform. Having a single source of truth for our sales pipeline is another feature I find valuable.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would like to see a more robust account planning feature for accounts that I want to penetrate and sell into where I don't have an active deal.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing lead flow and collaborating. It gives us visibility into deals and revenue forecasting, allows us to collaborate on deals directly within the app, and provides a predictable sales funnel with one source of truth for our sales pipeline.

 ### 35. Scalable, Customizable HubSpot for Case Management—Great Automation, Occasional Glitches

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan M. | Director of Systems, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We love HubSpot’s scalability, along with the ability to customize it ourselves without having to involve coders. Our team has also really appreciated using HSForms to capture data without needing everyone to have a seat. Our use case is fairly unique: as a non-profit homeless shelter, we use HubSpot to track the journey of the people we serve through case management and task completion. The ability to create workflows and automated tasks helps improve efficiency and clarity for our team as they support the most needy in our community. Our team in the system 24 hours a day so it used all day everyday. The UX team at Hubspot and our on-boarding partner Blue Frog have been great assets as we learn and grow with hubspot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There have been some glitches along the way with spam filters and clients profiles being overwritten due to some updates that have affected the way we use HubSpot but our on-boarding partner Blue frog has always been there to help and provide assistance and communicate our needs with HubSpot.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot allows us to work more efficiently; tasks that used to be done manually are now handled automatically. We can also provide dashboards for decision-makers that present more data visually, without needing to rely on extra applications.

 ### 36. HubSpot keeps our sales pipeline organized and visible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica H. | Office Manager, Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub gives our team a clear, shared system for managing the sales pipeline from first conversation through onboarding. The visibility into deals, activities, and ownership makes it much easier to keep Sales, onboarding, and Client Success aligned.

The automation tools, reporting, and customization options are especially valuable for a growing team. We’ve been able to standardize our pipeline stages, improve data consistency, and build dashboards that leadership actually uses to understand performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some advanced features require higher-tier subscriptions, which can make scaling expensive as more team members need access. Permissions and seat management can also be confusing, especially when different teams need partial access to tools.

Reporting and automation are powerful but can take time to learn and maintain, particularly as processes evolve. It's easy for workflows or properties to become overly complex without strong internal ownership.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us solve pipeline visibility, process consistency, and handoff challenges between Sales and Onboarding. Before standardizing in HubSpot, deal tracking lived across spreadsheets, email threads, and individual team members' notes.

Now we have a centralized CRM where deal stages, ownership, next steps, and revenue reporting are consistent across the organization. This improves forecasting accuracy, reduces dropped handoffs, and makes it easier for leadership to understand pipeline health and revenue trends. It has also helped us build more repeatable sales processes as we scale.

 ### 37. Robust Sales Features, But Needs Improved Intuitiveness

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna W. | Chief Experience Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is robust, offering everything you could want for a sales feature. It's easy to collect leads from our website, communicate with them systematically, and understand our sales pipeline as leads turn into deals. The tool helps us organize sales leads efficiently and allows us to quickly convert them into deals. Although it takes time to learn, once you get used to it, the setup is easy.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I just think it's not overly intuitive so you have to spend a lot of time just practicing in the tool to get to use it better. I have to flip back and forth between views to get exactly the data I want to see at one time and the reporting you starting all from scratch and it's hard to perfect.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize sales leads, communicate systematically, and understand our sales pipeline as leads turn into deals.

 ### 38. Solid for Core Sales Execution, But Limited Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | Independent Financial Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub relatively simple to use for day-to-day operations. The email sequencing feature is particularly straightforward to set up, edit, and manage, which is crucial when running outbound campaigns at volume and needing to move quickly. I also appreciate the consolidated view of contact, deal, and activity in one place, as it helps to stay organized across the pipeline. Even though the platform doesn't stand out as meaningfully better than its peers, it gets the job done effectively.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

A few areas where it falls short. Reporting and dashboards are workable but nowhere near as flexible as Salesforce - anything beyond standard pipeline views gets clunky to build. Customization at the object and workflow level is limited compared to enterprise CRMs, which is fine in SMB/MM but you hit walls at scale. Pricing scales aggressively across seats, hubs, and contact tiers, so the all-in cost adds up faster than most expect. Forecasting tools are basic and pipeline analytics lean surface-level, so you end up building adjacent reporting elsewhere. Bulk actions and list view functionality can feel restrictive when working high volumes. Email send limits and deliverability tooling are not really built for heavier outbound motions.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage the full sales workflow, ensuring organization across the pipeline and day-to-day execution. It solves core sales execution problems, such as managing pipeline and organizing leads, and provides a single source of truth for sales activities.

 ### 39. A Clean, All in One Sales Tool That Keeps Things Moving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how everything is in one place. Instead of jumping between different tools, I can manage contacts, track deals, send emails, and see activity all in a single platform, which makes things way more efficient.

It’s also really easy to use compared to a lot of other sales tools. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take forever to figure things out or train new people.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside is that it can get pretty expensive once you start needing more advanced features or adding more users. What begins as something simple and accessible can end up scaling in cost fairly quickly, which can be frustrating as your needs grow.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub has helped solve a lot of the chaos that comes from managing sales across too many different tools. Before, things like emails, follow-ups, deal tracking, and notes were all scattered, which made it easy for things to fall through the cracks.

 ### 40. Highly Customizable but Needs Improved Client Data Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay A. | chief operating officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it provides excellent organization and total customization for each deal. This level of customization is critical for us because we have a very unique business. No other provider offers this level of customization, which is really important since we're not a standard business, like selling cars. Additionally, we switched to HubSpot Sales Hub from Pipedrive because it provides us with a lot of data around our website, KPIs, and email marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think one of the concerns is when there are multiple parties involved from the client side or the customer side with their own phone numbers and their own email addresses. HubSpot Sales Hub needs to improve upon its ability to collate all of that information correctly into the correct client record.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for collating and organizing reservations for short-term commercial real estate. It provides excellent organization and total customization, which is critical for our unique business.

 ### 41. Versatile Tool with Excellent Sales Pipeline Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how easy to use HubSpot Sales Hub is, and the integrations just fit in seamlessly. It's quick and easy for salespeople to access from their phones or mobile, enabling them to mark information down and see the status of items moving through the pipeline. The intuitive interface makes it mostly sensible once you navigate through the setup logic.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Feels that everything is an additional add-on to get it to work. We really wanted to tie in our client feedback and it was very limiting in the ways that we were able to tie in client feedback. We could not send evaluations directly from individual members within our team, nor could we send a feedback survey to multiple members on a project. Projects are quite large, so we yield quite a lot of different people within a company. And the feedback hub within HubSpot is tied to a single user. And so it does feel like every additional feature you want to add can be a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track leads, sales proposals, and their status in our pipeline, giving us clear visibility and a single source of truth on won projects and their values.

 ### 42. Smart and integrated But a little slow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nena G. | Customer Service Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how the HS team is always trying to optimize the interface, and I also like the AI transcripts.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Unfortunately, sometimes the platform can be a little slow, and with the added features, I feel like it's getting heavier and heavier, so you sometimes get frustrated with how long things take to load or log.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really easy and quick to have a platform that unites all of the tools needed to do the entire process of support to a client, it makes me quicker on responding to customers due to HubSpot notifications.

 ### 43. Great Tracking and Metrics, but Contact-to-Company Switching Needs Smoother Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobbie S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I especially like the tracking and metrics capabilities. The toggling back and forth from contacts to companies isn't entirely user-friendly, however...

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

As mentioned, The toggling back and forth from contacts to companies isn't entirely user-friendly. It would be helpful to set up one (company or contact) and have the other set up in tandem

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company-wide visibility into both our lead funnel and sales pipeline

 ### 44. Intuitive Integration, But Beware of Paywalls

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Senior Customer Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub has a pretty intuitive interface with a lot of functionality and integrations with other products we use. It's great for managing all of my sales activities, from email prospecting to follow-ups, booking meetings, and keeping notes about interactions. The integration with Google Workspace, like Google Calendar and Gmail, is really useful for me. It's also a central place for managing different email addresses for various departments, like sales, success, and affiliates. I've found it helpful for tracking everything in one place, including integrations with tools like Mailchimp and different data warehouses for marketing.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One of the most annoying things about HubSpot Sales Hub is there are a lot of paywalls or pay gates. We're on the second largest subscription type, Pro, and the next one up is Enterprise. There are some pretty basic functions that you would think would be included in our current subscriptions that just aren't. Every time you want to do anything related to another hub, that's usually an upgrade or a separate cost. If you're just trying to piece it together along the way, they definitely know what features users want to use, and then they charge more than what a separate platform would probably be a la carte.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub lets me track conversations, take notes, book meetings, and maintain records. It improves team processes for deal tracking and onboarding.

 ### 45. Comprehensive Yet Pricey Sales Hub

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faran N. | Client Development Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything organized in one place, so I don't have to jump between different tools. The meal sequences and task reminders help me save a ton of time and stay consistent with follow-ups without having to do everything manually. I also appreciate that it's easy to connect with Gmail and Google Calendar, keeping all my communication and meetings in sync. Additionally, switching from a lesser-known CRM to HubSpot Sales Hub was advantageous as it provides more automation. The initial setup was also fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I would improve is the pricing, as it can get quite expensive once you start needing the more advanced features. Reporting and customization features are limited unless you’re on the higher plans.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep my sales process organized and consistent, saving time with mail sequences and task reminders for follow-ups, without manual effort.

 ### 46. Streamlined CRM with Exceptional Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan W. | Founding Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and offers plenty of features that make my daily work more efficient. The multiple message templates help me personalize outreach, and the sequences help me automate tasks. I also appreciate the view customization, which allows me to immediately see what's relevant to me.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There are some very small sub-features (like drop down menus) tied to general features like (closed won reason) that are locked behind upgrade walls. Which only becomes clear during setup and they're such small things it makes little sense that those specifically are behind a plan upgrade.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM functions and outreach, keeping tasks, leads, and pipeline organized. It offers multiple message templates for personalized outreach, sequences for task automation, and view customization, which enhances efficiency by making daily work more efficient.

 ### 47. Intuitive Campaign Planning, Launching, and Tracking Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Its ability to plan, launch, and track marketing campaigns is what I find most useful. UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. Easy to integrate with other platforms. No performance issues as compared to competitive platforms of similar scale.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I am not sure whether it has native AI capabilities that could help me in finding the sales opportunities and drive my campaign accordingly. It could do more in associating it with native IA solutions that can let me plan or query in natural language.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me in buildling and driving marketing campaigns based oaround a specific target customer segment. Easy to identify and filter customer data and drive my campaign on the desired line. ROI looks pretty good when we can quickly launch our campaigns based on the dataset.

 ### 48. Intuitive, powerful but costly if you want all the features you might need

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve H. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub is very intuitive to use, which I appreciate. It's particularly good for workflows, sequences, and organizing contacts, including companies, organizations, and prospects.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

You always have to upgrade your plan for everything and Im not a fan of long contracts especially where the pricing is not transparent, so it hasn't really been a long term solution for us. A lot of the features are often restricted to different plans, and it's quite difficult to work with unless you fully invest in the whole app. The HubSpot ecosystem isn't right for us as a business, so it's not something we are looking to continue unless we increase the volume of activity that we do.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We HubSpot Sales Hub mainly to track emails and automate outreach sequences. It helps in organising contacts, and keeping a structured process for reaching out to prospective clients.

 ### 49. Intuitive, Centralized Sales Tools—But Advanced Features Get Pricey and Complex

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filippo T. | CTO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its intuitive and centralized sales tools — from contact management and deal tracking to automation and reporting. It helps our team stay organized, streamline workflows, and gain visibility into the entire sales pipeline. Its integration with other systems and built-in analytics make it easy to track performance and improve our processes.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as teams scale. Custom reporting and automation can also feel a bit complex at times, and certain workflows could be more flexible

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes CRM, deal tracking, email outreach, and automation in one place, helping our team manage leads more efficiently and stay aligned across the sales pipeline. This improves visibility, reduces manual work, shortens sales cycles, and leads to better follow-ups and higher conversion rates.

 ### 50. User-Friendly with Essential Automation Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use and continual improvements. Everything seems well-positioned, making it easy for new employees to pick up and learn quickly. I also appreciate how the tutorials are easily available, which makes the system even more accessible.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think it's just tied to limitations with quite a jump from sales to enterprise as far as automation. I feel like there should be some sort of mid-tier. Going from a sales professional seat to an enterprise seat for a small level company is a cost not worth bearing.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing and tracking our sales pipeline, automating follow-ups, and integrating with our CRM for better lead management. It's easy to use, with tutorials that help new employees learn quickly.
