The email tracking/logging & intelligent contact info fill is great as well as the customizable sequence capabilities are super helpful for prospecting too!!
Also, really like the flexibility of making Account/Company as well as Contact views include fields most relevant to the HubSpot user (me).
The layout & filtering of activity is really super beautifully designed too - between Call, Email, Meeting, Notes, etc. Really great work!
Lastly, the Book a Meeting feature/integration is really incredible too. Had a lot of prospects quickly find time on our calendars & book intro calls, tech sessions, etc. works great with gmail & the calendar!!
Love these features!! Super solid tool :)
Thank you TeamHubSpot!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that there was a feature that enables you to automatically exclude holidays from the email sequence campaigns.
Other than that, really no complaints... Cannot think of anything else I am not fond of. really really great tool!
Thank you again Team HubSpot!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love Hubspot because you can easily store and manage all you're clients in one place. My favorite feature is the mobile app that allows you to access your CRM and see contact history with a prospect without having to go through your desktop or computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have much to dislike, except their in-CRM email client need more work. It is very basic compared to emailing on a real email client! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its customizable, Its replaced most of our other software, You can automate most things, the support is great and the Hubspot team are always looking to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Visually there is not a lot you can change. It took me ages to get the team to move from Monday because they are designers and like the visuals. Tasking could be better if it had more customization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have worked with many CRMs, as old and clunky as AS400 all the way to Salesforce Lightning, and far and away Hubspot has been my favorite. From the speed of loading multiple pages and tabs at once, to easily being able to pull up information in meetings, its definitely the best way for mid to large size sales organizations to stay efficient and organized. The report could be a little more robust. It could definitely use more "start from scratch" reporting, and if it does already have that, it's very hard to self teach what kind of reports there are available and how to optimize the dashboard function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Contacts / company filters are not user friendly.
You can't filter contacts by number of interactions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fast interface, simple on where to click. Tabs at the top are helpful for navigation. It logs emails and calls very well, and allows for recordings for viewing too. There is also a performance dashboard that allows me to view my current metrics and gauge how I'm doing. It also includes the metrics for other workers in my same field, so this allows for easy comparison of our performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some generated clients have inaccuracies with metrics, and required manual fixing. These were easily miss-able, which led to awkward instances of emails sent out with inaccurate generated information.
Integrations can have annoying side effects. For example, aircall is integrated, but it pops up everytime I open a new task. However, I use aircall as a downloaded app instead of on hubspot, so I have to close this pop up every single time. I could not find a way to change this setting. At base default 100% zoom, I cannot close this popup either, I need to zoom out to 90% to be able to close the popup at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For starters, the platform is frictionless. In other words this platform is so easy to use and the best thing when updating a field, if you've missed something it'll let you know.
There's not much to not like, any issues can quickly be solved by setting up an automated workflow if you're challenged with mundane or tedious tasks.
What I do love is how consolidated the platform is. It's so easy to capture what needs to be done and have a finger on the pulse of customer/team member activity, which is AMAZING to have in doing daily standup meetings/QBRs.
The dashboards are fully customizable and are extremely easy to create.
Call recordings and the audio transcripts are pretty cool, too. Makes going back to an important call at a later time to digest or hone in on sales propositioning with something you may have over looked.
Lastly, the ability to create documents, attach them to your sales outreach, and track engagement is INSANE. It's annoying as someone in SaaS to send clients resources and have no idea if they're interacting with it at all. With hubspot, it allows us to see exactly how long the resource was viewed. With as thorough and robust the platform is the only pains you deal with are scaling it out and having a bunch of process, but again that's not the products fault. Also, a small complaint especially when you're in SMB, needing to enroll a company and not a contact would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Exceptional user engagement through a simple sales-friendly interface. It makes my life easier. I find it intuitive and responsive to my daily tasks. The phone system is allows me to flow through calls with speed and efficiency. The integration with Google is basically flawless it captures emails documents and attachments with ease. HubSpot's integration with Gmail and other Google Apps, logs all your emails and other interactions to the right contact for you. You can also see your sales and relationship essentials from email threads, to past interactions, to tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most of the integrations with other systems work well but the text messaging integration could be more easily automated. I use Sales Messenger and the integration is there, it just isn't automated. I am also only a couple of months into using HubSpot and I have found some difficulty running lists and reports but I think that is possibly because we haven't been using the systems long enough. I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me to sell more efficiently. The templates offer suggestions when writing my emails. I can also upload commonly used documents to emails. The training HubSpot offers also provides tips on sales as well as using their tool. The extension with Google Chrome allows me to get notified when someone opens an email. I also get emailed when someone opens a document I've sent them. Typically, I follow those up with a phone call to connect with my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HubSpot does a good job of most of what I'm looking form. However, it is frustrating when a changed to a cloned template are copied to the original template. I also wish I could have a feed of sorts based on customers I follow to see what actions they are taking.
My biggest wish is that HubSpot would allow me to clone deals. I spend TOO much time everyday entering in information multiple times in deals when closing deals for multiple products at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard I use for my sales team has been helpful, but only for basic things. I was told they would eliminate spreadsheets but it definitely does not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not a way to "tag" a contact in the system and then search by those "tags" to pull those specific contacts.
The way the sales process was designed and set up doesn't flow correctly and it has you looking in multiple places for simple information. The activity log is just as frustrating because you have to scroll through so much stuff to find what you need and even though you can pick whats on the feed it doesn't matter because we need to see everything on the feed but not all the time and it is not a good use of time to have to edit that every time we pull up a contact record.
I also don't like how linear everything is, the deals for example, when you move someone through the deal stages or when you need to have more than 1 deal for a contact the system doesn't like it and it makes it very hard to do simple things like having a functioning sales process without a bunch of touches.
Side note. Air call and Sakari are trash and don't function with any thought given to a high-volume high-touch team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part is the scheduling the meetings as it is connected to my outlook, it is easy to manage my work. I am able to sort my files and work in an efficiently compared to using a pen-paper to book appointments.
The UI is very clean, professional yet beautiful as the colors used are perfect and soothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I disliked is sometimes it is not able to sync all my messages from outlook if I start a new thread. Most of the emails are clearly synced but while starting a new thread, I have seen this issue. This can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
