## About HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales Hub combines sales engagement tools, AI-powered productivity features, and workflow automation into a unified platform designed to help growing teams close deals faster. Core Value Proposition: Sales Hub addresses common sales challenges: inefficient manual processes that slow deal velocity, fragmented customer information creating incomplete context, and complex software requiring extensive training and ongoing administration. Built on the HubSpot Smart CRM, Sales Hub connects customer data and sales tools in a single unified system. Key Capabilities Sales Engagement Tools: Sales Hub provides email tracking, meeting scheduling, document sharing, and communication templates that streamline prospect interactions and eliminate administrative friction in the sales process. AI-Powered Productivity: The platform includes AI features that automate repetitive tasks, suggest next actions based on deal context, and surface relevant customer insights, helping representatives focus on selling rather than administrative work. Unified Customer View: Because all customer data, communication history, and deal information exists within the Smart CRM, sales representatives see complete context without toggling between systems. This includes visibility into marketing interactions, service tickets, and prior sales conversations. Workflow Automation: Sales Hub automates routine sales processes, ensuring consistent execution without manual coordination. Sales Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike legacy CRM systems functioning primarily as databases requiring extensive customization, Sales Hub includes engagement tools, automation, and AI capabilities as native features rather than add-ons requiring integration. This eliminates the complexity of purchasing separate tools for email tracking, meeting scheduling, document management, and sales analytics. Sales Hub's intuitive interface reduces training time for new team members compared to traditional sales platforms requiring extensive technical knowledge. Teams benefit from fast onboarding, seamless alignment through shared data visibility, and flexible scaling. Who Should Use Sales Hub Sales Hub serves growing sales teams needing to increase productivity without adding headcount, sales representatives requiring complete customer context during buyer conversations, and sales leaders seeking pipeline visibility through unified reporting. ## HubSpot Sales Hub Reviews
 ### 1. Easy Tracking, Powerful Filters, and an AI Assistant for Personalized Emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nikhil d. | Sr. Inside Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It’s really easy to track everything, and I like the filters—there’s so much scope for what you can do. I even use the AI Assistant to write personalized emails.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The least helpful feature as per me is the task reminder, I always miss out on my follow ups because the reminder isn't too strong.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a salesperson I like how I can filter out every single deal and work as per my priority.

Hubspot is sales hub is solving a major problem of managing deals and also managing the sales & revenue forecast for me.

 ### 2. Centralized CRM with Quick Setup, Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishant G. | Sales Support Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like how HubSpot Sales Hub is quite simple to set up, and the implementation takes just two to four weeks at max. I can probably use most custom fields and objects to simplify and customize it according to my needs. It helps with pipeline management, handling contacts, centralizing everything related to contact companies, engagement, and deals, making it easier to access each element over time. I appreciate the ease of setting it up, which, in fact, just took two to four weeks to set up and start using it across the GTM team.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Their UI is quite plain and tedious to make changes to. Apart from that, it supports very less GTM tool i-frames (such as ZoomInfo, Nooks, etc.) than Salesforce, which is a bummer. Also, HubSpot Sales hub doesn't have a good Google G Suite connector to pull data into G-sheets in a better way than Salesforce.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is a centralized CRM that helps us manage everything related to contact, companies, engagement, and deals seamlessly.

 ### 3. Efficient Lead Tracking, with Room for Mobile Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manohar D. | SEO Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like using HubSpot Sales Hub for its ability to keep things simple and organized, particularly when tracking leads from our marketing campaigns, email tracking, and scheduling meetings. I love the email tracking and activity feed because I can see right inside my Gmail when someone opens an email or clicks a link. The meeting scheduler is a lifesaver and I appreciate how it connects with our marketing tools, allowing me to see exactly what content a lead downloaded before reaching out. The setup was pretty easy overall, with connecting Gmail and Calendar only taking a couple of clicks.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The mobile app feels a bit clunky compared to desktop. Sometimes syncing takes a few seconds too long. Make the mobile app load contact activity faster - right now it lags when I'm on the go. Also syncing between my phone and desktop should be instant, not 30 seconds later. Not a 10 because the mobile app and reporting could be smoother, and syncing isn't always instant.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub saves me from losing leads, helps track email engagement, and eliminates scheduling chaos. It reduces manual work and ensures effective follow-ups.

 ### 4. Intuitive for Sales Management, Pricing Can Be Steep

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nirbhay M. | BDE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I have used HubSpot Sales Hub for my database management in sales, especially in SaaS. I nurture my leads in this particular software, which has a great UI/UX and a user-friendly interface. I mainly use it for my sales process, including lead management, sales updates, after-sales services, and quotation proposals. The automation is very useful because it manages all the solutions and reduces my manual work and workflow. One thing I really like about the software is its simple and clean interface, which doesn't feel complicated. It helps manage data in separated modules and the dashboard gives me an end-to-end report of my records. Additionally, the support was good, and the implementation was flexible.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside is that the pricing structure can be expensive as you scale, since many useful features are locked in higher plans. Also, advanced features like automation and reporting can feel a bit complex.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub useful for automating and managing my sales processes. It reduces my manual work and streamlines my workflow.

 ### 5. Streamlined Sales Visibility and Forecasting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony D. | Industry Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing lead flow and collaborating on deals directly within the app, which is convenient because it eliminates the need for external communication. The platform gives me visibility into deals and assists with revenue forecasting, helping us maintain a predictable sales funnel. I also appreciate the reporting features, as they allow my leader to see what I have in the pipeline, how I'm forecasting, and the health of each deal based on my communication with prospects. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was easy because we knew what we wanted and didn't have any technical debt from moving from another platform. Having a single source of truth for our sales pipeline is another feature I find valuable.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would like to see a more robust account planning feature for accounts that I want to penetrate and sell into where I don't have an active deal.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing lead flow and collaborating. It gives us visibility into deals and revenue forecasting, allows us to collaborate on deals directly within the app, and provides a predictable sales funnel with one source of truth for our sales pipeline.

 ### 6. Scalable, Customizable HubSpot for Case Management—Great Automation, Occasional Glitches

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan M. | Director of Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We love HubSpot’s scalability, along with the ability to customize it ourselves without having to involve coders. Our team has also really appreciated using HSForms to capture data without needing everyone to have a seat. Our use case is fairly unique: as a non-profit homeless shelter, we use HubSpot to track the journey of the people we serve through case management and task completion. The ability to create workflows and automated tasks helps improve efficiency and clarity for our team as they support the most needy in our community. Our team in the system 24 hours a day so it used all day everyday. The UX team at Hubspot and our on-boarding partner Blue Frog have been great assets as we learn and grow with hubspot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There have been some glitches along the way with spam filters and clients profiles being overwritten due to some updates that have affected the way we use HubSpot but our on-boarding partner Blue frog has always been there to help and provide assistance and communicate our needs with HubSpot.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot allows us to work more efficiently; tasks that used to be done manually are now handled automatically. We can also provide dashboards for decision-makers that present more data visually, without needing to rely on extra applications.

 ### 7. HubSpot keeps our sales pipeline organized and visible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica H. | Office Manager, Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub gives our team a clear, shared system for managing the sales pipeline from first conversation through onboarding. The visibility into deals, activities, and ownership makes it much easier to keep Sales, onboarding, and Client Success aligned.

The automation tools, reporting, and customization options are especially valuable for a growing team. We’ve been able to standardize our pipeline stages, improve data consistency, and build dashboards that leadership actually uses to understand performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some advanced features require higher-tier subscriptions, which can make scaling expensive as more team members need access. Permissions and seat management can also be confusing, especially when different teams need partial access to tools.

Reporting and automation are powerful but can take time to learn and maintain, particularly as processes evolve. It's easy for workflows or properties to become overly complex without strong internal ownership.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us solve pipeline visibility, process consistency, and handoff challenges between Sales and Onboarding. Before standardizing in HubSpot, deal tracking lived across spreadsheets, email threads, and individual team members' notes.

Now we have a centralized CRM where deal stages, ownership, next steps, and revenue reporting are consistent across the organization. This improves forecasting accuracy, reduces dropped handoffs, and makes it easier for leadership to understand pipeline health and revenue trends. It has also helped us build more repeatable sales processes as we scale.

 ### 8. Intuitive CRM with Seamless Marketing Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas V. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub has a genuinely friendly UI, which means reps can onboard fast. The deal board is intuitive, and the email and meeting tools work without friction. The native integration with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a big plus because lead handoff between marketing and sales is seamless. I also appreciate the flexible reporting and dashboards that don't require a BI tool on top. The Marketing Hub integration is fantastic because a lead captured from a landing page lands in the CRM with all relevant context, so the rep already knows what the prospect was looking at. Dashboards allow each rep and manager to build their own view without involving an analyst, and the intuitive UI ensures high adoption, keeping data quality up. Additionally, connecting HubSpot Sales Hub with Slack means reps get notifications about deal updates and mentions in their channel, and the Gmail and Google Calendar integration helps with email tracking and meeting bookings. I also find the email tracking and sequences out of the box to be a major plus.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Pricing escalates fast as you add seats and move up tiers. Some features that feel like they should be standard (advanced reporting, custom objects, certain automations) sit in higher plans. The Operations Hub is also somewhat limited if you want to do complex data sync without writing custom code. The mobile app, while functional, is not as polished as the web experience. More dashboard parity (some custom reports just don't render the same), faster sync of activities so logging a call from mobile shows up immediately for the team, and better bulk actions on the mobile app (right now bulk editing or assigning records is much easier on web). Also inline editing on the deal list view would be a nice add.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub provides a reliable single source of truth for our sales pipeline, automates repetitive tasks like logging emails and meetings, and enhances collaboration and reporting, saving us from scattered spreadsheets and inboxes.

 ### 9. Robust Sales Features, But Needs Improved Intuitiveness

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna W. | Chief Experience Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is robust, offering everything you could want for a sales feature. It's easy to collect leads from our website, communicate with them systematically, and understand our sales pipeline as leads turn into deals. The tool helps us organize sales leads efficiently and allows us to quickly convert them into deals. Although it takes time to learn, once you get used to it, the setup is easy.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I just think it's not overly intuitive so you have to spend a lot of time just practicing in the tool to get to use it better. I have to flip back and forth between views to get exactly the data I want to see at one time and the reporting you starting all from scratch and it's hard to perfect.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize sales leads, communicate systematically, and understand our sales pipeline as leads turn into deals.

 ### 10. Solid for Core Sales Execution, But Limited Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | Independent Financial Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub relatively simple to use for day-to-day operations. The email sequencing feature is particularly straightforward to set up, edit, and manage, which is crucial when running outbound campaigns at volume and needing to move quickly. I also appreciate the consolidated view of contact, deal, and activity in one place, as it helps to stay organized across the pipeline. Even though the platform doesn't stand out as meaningfully better than its peers, it gets the job done effectively.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

A few areas where it falls short. Reporting and dashboards are workable but nowhere near as flexible as Salesforce - anything beyond standard pipeline views gets clunky to build. Customization at the object and workflow level is limited compared to enterprise CRMs, which is fine in SMB/MM but you hit walls at scale. Pricing scales aggressively across seats, hubs, and contact tiers, so the all-in cost adds up faster than most expect. Forecasting tools are basic and pipeline analytics lean surface-level, so you end up building adjacent reporting elsewhere. Bulk actions and list view functionality can feel restrictive when working high volumes. Email send limits and deliverability tooling are not really built for heavier outbound motions.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage the full sales workflow, ensuring organization across the pipeline and day-to-day execution. It solves core sales execution problems, such as managing pipeline and organizing leads, and provides a single source of truth for sales activities.

 ### 11. Well-Designed, Easy-to-Use CRM with Attentive Support and Helpful AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric N. | Business Development Representative UKI & US , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It is well designed and easy to use and set-up it integrates well with all our applications and is a well performing Crm. The pricing is particularly great when starting out as a start-up and the support team is very attentive + the AI features make it easier for me to know things about account outreach etc quickly.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The data cna get messy if not organised well enough and the amount of filters they have sometimes dont work perfectly when creating reports/dashboards.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it super easy to have all accounts and prospects in one place and also great to have a centralised solution for managing meetings, contracts etc.

 ### 12. All-in-One Sales Hub with Good Support, but Complex and Pricey

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The biggest benefit we’ve found is being able to bring all our sales-related activities into one place, whether that’s the initial lead, a demo recording transcript, emails, or post-sale engagement. Having a range of integrations with Fathom, Office 365, and other associated plugins makes the whole process feel seamless once everything is configured. Their Support and Onboarding services have also been solid, and they’re always happy to help when we need it.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It can feel overly complicated and seems to rely too heavily on additional fields. It also doesn’t appear to offer a native “Proposal” solution. The UI/UX can be difficult to understand at times, and the product can feel slow to use. On top of that, it’s quite highly priced and limits you to a minimum of five users. We’ve also found little use for their AI throughout the product.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's our core sales tool for prospecting and nurturing deals.

 ### 13. A Clean, All in One Sales Tool That Keeps Things Moving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how everything is in one place. Instead of jumping between different tools, I can manage contacts, track deals, send emails, and see activity all in a single platform, which makes things way more efficient.

It’s also really easy to use compared to a lot of other sales tools. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take forever to figure things out or train new people.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside is that it can get pretty expensive once you start needing more advanced features or adding more users. What begins as something simple and accessible can end up scaling in cost fairly quickly, which can be frustrating as your needs grow.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub has helped solve a lot of the chaos that comes from managing sales across too many different tools. Before, things like emails, follow-ups, deal tracking, and notes were all scattered, which made it easy for things to fall through the cracks.

 ### 14. Highly Customizable but Needs Improved Client Data Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay A. | chief operating officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it provides excellent organization and total customization for each deal. This level of customization is critical for us because we have a very unique business. No other provider offers this level of customization, which is really important since we're not a standard business, like selling cars. Additionally, we switched to HubSpot Sales Hub from Pipedrive because it provides us with a lot of data around our website, KPIs, and email marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think one of the concerns is when there are multiple parties involved from the client side or the customer side with their own phone numbers and their own email addresses. HubSpot Sales Hub needs to improve upon its ability to collate all of that information correctly into the correct client record.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for collating and organizing reservations for short-term commercial real estate. It provides excellent organization and total customization, which is critical for our unique business.

 ### 15. Automates Outreach and Tracks Key ARR Metrics with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We like the ability Hubspot gives us to automate repreatable processes like event outreach or inbound follow-up. We also love that it allows us to record and track metrcis that matter for our ARR engine like churn reason, closed lost reasons, meeting statuses, etc.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The areas we've run into limitations include not being able to use webhooks in workflows without purchasing operations hub which has a steep price increase to our current contract, the calculation field properties and custom report limits we're running into and require an contract increase in order to get more, some lack of organization when it comes to sequences, and having the ad data source only be available in custom reports but not really available for use in a lot of other areas of the Hubspot.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead + Deal Funnel tracking from lead created to closed won. It also helps us understand where our sales funnel is breaking down and allows us to record reasons for it. We can also use data in Hubspot to run targeted outreach (e.g. tag everyone that signs a deal as a deal signer so we can do targeted outreach to deal signers when we run expansion motions)

 ### 16. Versatile Tool with Excellent Sales Pipeline Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how easy to use HubSpot Sales Hub is, and the integrations just fit in seamlessly. It's quick and easy for salespeople to access from their phones or mobile, enabling them to mark information down and see the status of items moving through the pipeline. The intuitive interface makes it mostly sensible once you navigate through the setup logic.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Feels that everything is an additional add-on to get it to work. We really wanted to tie in our client feedback and it was very limiting in the ways that we were able to tie in client feedback. We could not send evaluations directly from individual members within our team, nor could we send a feedback survey to multiple members on a project. Projects are quite large, so we yield quite a lot of different people within a company. And the feedback hub within HubSpot is tied to a single user. And so it does feel like every additional feature you want to add can be a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track leads, sales proposals, and their status in our pipeline, giving us clear visibility and a single source of truth on won projects and their values.

 ### 17. Simple Yet Powerful: HubSpot Sales Hub Streamlines a Structured Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praneta A. | COA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it balances simplicity with power:

All-in-one workspace – contacts, deals, emails in one place
Automation – saves time on follow-ups and workflows
Clear pipeline visibility – easy tracking and forecasting
Built-in sales tools – email tracking, scheduling, calling

Bottom line: it’s easy to use but still powerful enough to run a structured sales process.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Gets expensive quickly – pricing jumps sharply with more users, contacts, and advanced features

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves key sales execution problems like:

Fragmented tools & data → everything (emails, deals, calls) in one system
Manual admin work → automation handles follow-ups, logging, task creation
Missed follow-ups / stalled deals → workflows keep deals moving
Poor pipeline visibility → real-time tracking and forecasting
Guesswork in prospecting → AI prioritizes high-quality leads

How that benefits me:

More time selling, less admin
Faster response to leads → higher conversion
Clear view of pipeline → better decision-making
Consistent process → fewer deals slipping through
Better productivity overall (teams close more deals faster)

 ### 18. Streamlines Sales Processes with Ease, Minor Notification Concerns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole V. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub mainly for customer relationship management and to streamline our sales processes. It helps us keep track of our leads and manage customer interactions effectively. I like all the various features that really help us stay organized, and I really like the dashboard that shows us our progress throughout the quarter. I love how easy it is to use and how we can also collaborate with our team members and assign different tasks as well. The initial setup was really easy, straightforward, and the usability is pretty smooth.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I wish HubSpot could send notifications to my desktop without me having to be on the actual website. Would be really handy so that I don't have to constantly check my task and it could remind me on its own. There were a few glitches that I found when using it, but other than that, the usability is pretty smooth.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM and streamlining sales processes. It helps track leads and manage interactions effectively. I love its organizing features, dashboard for tracking progress, and ease of collaboration and task assignment.

 ### 19. Effortless Customization, Streamlined Sales Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karin B. | Senior National Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like the configuration in HubSpot Sales Hub. It's just drag and drop, which makes it very simple and easy to use. In other CRMs, I had to call technical support to get everything configured, but with HubSpot, I can easily customize my dashboard by drag and drop, and if I change my mind, I can do it again without any hassle. This flexibility makes it very easy for me as every salesperson has different things they want to see on their dashboard. Also, I don't have to remember things on my own because all the information I need to keep on my clients is stored in one convenient place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would say maybe to have a color option. I'm a person that uses colors for different things, and so having a color option would make it easier for me to spot certain things.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track my messages and client interactions, generate reports, and stay focused. It centralizes all client information, so I don't have to remember it all myself.

 ### 20. HubSpot Sales Hub Sequencing Makes Outreach Campaigns Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is its sequencing. It makes it very easy to build structured, multi-touch outreach campaigns across email, calls, and LinkedIn, ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks. The ability to automate follow-ups while still customising messaging at each step has significantly improved both my efficiency and response rates.

Features like task automation, email tracking, and performance analytics add a lot of value day-to-day. I can see exactly where prospects are engaging, prioritise the warmest leads, and adjust messaging in real time. The templates and personalisation tokens save hours each week, while still allowing outreach to feel tailored rather than generic.

An unexpected benefit has been the visibility across the pipeline; having all activities, touchpoints, and engagement data in one place makes it much easier to stay organised and consistent. Overall, it’s streamlined my workflow, reduced manual admin, and allowed me to focus more on high-value conversations rather than repetitive tasks, which has improved my performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is that many of the more advanced features, particularly around reporting, customisation, and deeper automation, are locked behind higher pricing tiers. For smaller teams or growing businesses, this can feel restrictive, as it limits access to insights and functionality that would otherwise help optimise performance. As a result, teams may either operate with incomplete data or feel pressured to upgrade sooner than planned, which can quickly increase overall costs.

It would be beneficial to see more flexibility in how these features are packaged, such as offering key reporting capabilities or limited versions of advanced tools in lower tiers. This would allow smaller teams to scale more effectively within the platform, without needing to make a significant financial jump before they’re ready.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using HubSpot Sales Hub, we struggled with fragmented sales activity, prospect data was spread across tools, follow-ups were manual, and it was easy for leads to slip through the cracks. Prospecting was time-consuming, and there was little visibility into what was actually working.

Now, everything sits in one place, from contacts and outreach to pipeline management. We can run structured sequences across email, calls, and LinkedIn, automate follow-ups, and track engagement in real time. This has significantly reduced manual admin and guesswork.

As a result, we’ve saved several hours each week on repetitive tasks, improved response times, and created a much more consistent sales process. It’s also made pipeline management far clearer, allowing us to prioritise high-intent prospects and ultimately drive better conversion rates.

 ### 21. Streamlined CRM with Easy Setup and Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda H. | Agency Partnerships Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM tracking and relationship management and it solves the problems of having an organized and clean CRM. I like that it allows me to streamline outreach and keep track of my partners effectively. The ease of use stands out to me—I previously worked at a company that used Salesforce, and I much prefer HubSpot Sales Hub. I also think the sequencing and activity tracking are especially clear and easy to use, which is crucial for managing a bulk of partners and keeping track of outreach. It helps me stay relevant to our prospects. Additionally, I found it easy to learn and set up for my role.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think tying accounts to contacts, most specifically identifying duplicate accounts. I have hit that issue before where multiple accounts under the same domain get created and aren't flagged. That makes it tricky to accurately manage relationships and brands if multiple people work the same account because they don't know the other exists.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub organizes our CRM, streamlines outreach, and helps me track partners effectively.

 ### 22. Smart and integrated But a little slow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nena G. | Customer Service Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how the HS team is always trying to optimize the interface, and I also like the AI transcripts.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Unfortunately, sometimes the platform can be a little slow, and with the added features, I feel like it's getting heavier and heavier, so you sometimes get frustrated with how long things take to load or log.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really easy and quick to have a platform that unites all of the tools needed to do the entire process of support to a client, it makes me quicker on responding to customers due to HubSpot notifications.

 ### 23. All-in-One Sales Platform That’s Easy to Use and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krantee S. | Curriculum Design Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most is how it brings the entire sales process into one easy-to-use platform. It makes it straightforward to track leads, manage pipelines, automate follow-ups, schedule emails, and view customer interactions in real time. The interface is clean and user-friendly, so teams can get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. I also appreciate the reporting dashboards and integrations, which help boost productivity and provide clear visibility into sales performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some advanced features, customization options, and reporting tools are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive as a team grows. There’s also a learning curve when you’re setting up more complex workflows or automation.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of managing leads, follow-ups, and sales activities that are otherwise scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and multiple tools. By centralizing everything in one platform, it makes the whole process easier to track and stay on top of.

 ### 24. Easy to Navigate with Responsive Support, Strong Integrations, and a Great AI Assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find it extremely easy to navigate, and the HubSpot help centre is extensive and simple to use. Plus, the support team is extremely responsive. Their integrations have been very helpful, and even when there has been an issue that needs to be fixed, it is addressed quickly and accurately. Their AI assistant is much better than any other one I've used.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It can be a bit challenging to see where everything is accessed. It's not always in the exact spot you would expect but you will definitely find it with a bit of searching.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very large organization and HubSpot has been helpful in making it easier to work with both internal and external stakeholders. It also allows for better information sharing than other software we have used.

 ### 25. Satisfaction with Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiera B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use. I've used other CRMs before, like Salesforce, and while they have their benefits, HubSpot stands out for its simplicity from a user perspective, which is probably my favorite part. Adding products to deals and customizing prices and discounts is super easy for me. I also value how I can view my deals and set up tasks easily within HubSpot. I get email notifications about tasks and can see them directly in the CRM. These features are probably the ones I value the most.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Sometimes I've noticed a bit of a load time issue when I, for instance, close a deal. It may take a few minutes for my target to update on the forecast section of HubSpot. Perhaps that's an internal automation that's causing that lag time, but I would say that's something that I don't love about it.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep on top of tasks, see where I'm at quota-wise each month or year, easily manage accounts and contacts, and work deals in an organized way.

 ### 26. More efficient than Salesforce at a competitive cost, especially for Startups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like so much the flexibility HubSpot Sales Hub provides to manage our sales process, is so esay to custom properties, workflows, pipelines, lead objects, and Slack notifications. It also helps us create better visibility into our funnel. IA Breeze is my bestfriend now haha.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot could improve the usability of the hierarchy into the accounts, per example establish not only one primary, if we could give more detail, Main Group under the main group a companie with all of its subsidiaries.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can create sequences, monitor engagement, improve and measure easily

 ### 27. Everything my sales team needs !

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roshini T. | sales manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Hubspot sales hub brings my entire sales process together. I'm a big fan of the email tracking and templates. being able to see when a customer opens an email or clicks a link gives me the insight i need to reach out at the right moment. Templates are easy to customize, so my team stays efficient without sounding robotic. The integration with marketing hub gives me a full picture of every leas from the first touch to closed deal.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only downside is that once got used to hubspot's workflow and automation, it is hard to imagine managing a sales pipeline without it.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the issue of inconsistent follow up. the automation tools like sequences, tsk reminders ensure that nothing falls through and that every rep follows the same proven process. with this, my team has become more organized and responsive which shows up in our conversion rates.

 ### 28. A CRM which every Operations Team Needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharath S. | Business operations sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Hubspot Sales CRM is very user-friendly and easy to implement. As a Revenue Operations team, we use it on a day-to-day basis for order forms, sales forecasting, and other daily operations. It’s integrated with all the database tools we use. Customer support is also really good, with helpful chat support as well as call and email support.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Sometimes it shows a global error, and we’re not able to use some modules when that happens. This seems to occur at least once a month. I hope this gets resolved soon.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot helps solve the problem of predicting revenue from deals. It also makes it easier to view the pipeline, forecast future revenue, and identify deal leakage, so I can understand which deals are actually progressing and working.

 ### 29. Intuitive Integration, But Beware of Paywalls

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Senior Customer Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub has a pretty intuitive interface with a lot of functionality and integrations with other products we use. It's great for managing all of my sales activities, from email prospecting to follow-ups, booking meetings, and keeping notes about interactions. The integration with Google Workspace, like Google Calendar and Gmail, is really useful for me. It's also a central place for managing different email addresses for various departments, like sales, success, and affiliates. I've found it helpful for tracking everything in one place, including integrations with tools like Mailchimp and different data warehouses for marketing.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One of the most annoying things about HubSpot Sales Hub is there are a lot of paywalls or pay gates. We're on the second largest subscription type, Pro, and the next one up is Enterprise. There are some pretty basic functions that you would think would be included in our current subscriptions that just aren't. Every time you want to do anything related to another hub, that's usually an upgrade or a separate cost. If you're just trying to piece it together along the way, they definitely know what features users want to use, and then they charge more than what a separate platform would probably be a la carte.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub lets me track conversations, take notes, book meetings, and maintain records. It improves team processes for deal tracking and onboarding.

 ### 30. Comprehensive Yet Pricey Sales Hub

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faran N. | Client Development Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything organized in one place, so I don't have to jump between different tools. The meal sequences and task reminders help me save a ton of time and stay consistent with follow-ups without having to do everything manually. I also appreciate that it's easy to connect with Gmail and Google Calendar, keeping all my communication and meetings in sync. Additionally, switching from a lesser-known CRM to HubSpot Sales Hub was advantageous as it provides more automation. The initial setup was also fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I would improve is the pricing, as it can get quite expensive once you start needing the more advanced features. Reporting and customization features are limited unless you’re on the higher plans.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep my sales process organized and consistent, saving time with mail sequences and task reminders for follow-ups, without manual effort.

 ### 31. A Game-Changer for Sales Efficiency and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjulie L. | Alumni Council Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub super intuitive to use. There's a lot of automation that can be built in, so there's a lot less manual work needed. Many of the workflows, templates, and documents are very easy to manage on my own, and I've taught myself how to use it, which says a lot about the technology. I really enjoy how user-friendly HubSpot is compared to Salesforce, which I found to be a bit clunky. HubSpot is constantly evolving and provides a lot of little help and insights along the way with the Breeze AI assistant, suggestions, emails, and a whole education system that's readily accessible. It allows me to continue to grow and learn on the platform.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

In Canada, we don't have HubSpot payments integrated, so we're still using QuickBooks or another external payment system. It would be great if that option was offered in Canada to make it a one-stop shop for everything. The initial setup was a bit challenging because conveying exactly what your use case is can be difficult, especially since HubSpot is typically used for software companies. It was a bit different in terms of sales process design and setting that up. The processes don't always fit into HubSpot's mold and templated approach, which required some figuring out.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps scale outreach, build databases, and ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Integrating forms with the CRM increases efficiency, speed, and improves close rates.

 ### 32. Email sequences, dedicated summaries, and tasks: a real boost in efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stéphanie M. | Responsable du développement commercial, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the ability to launch email sequences, connect my meeting and call reports, and get dedicated summaries. I also like the activity management with the task system.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the sales module and lead management mode less because we don't get to the contact sheet, so half of the information is missing. On the other hand, I love the lead object for handling pre-sales (in my opinion, the organization of this object and its display need to be reviewed).

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot Sales is a real asset in daily life with automations that are easy to implement, quick segmentations including with integrated AI.

 ### 33. An excellent sales tools for keeping organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew D. | Cofounder and Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

This is a great product for staying organized throughout my sales process. I can create custom fields and set up automation to support it, which helps keep everything connected and effectively creates a closed loop.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some of the newer additions related to credits feel a bit cheap, and it comes across like a missed opportunity—more of an upsell for data that used to be free.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot is the central software we use to organize our outbound efforts, so it’s critical for keeping track of which sequences and outbound campaigns we’re running. It also helps us understand whether those efforts are being affected or not.

 ### 34. All-in-One Sales Hub That Streamlines Follow-Ups, Scheduling, and Deal Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaswanth S. | Senior Implementation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Kills tab switch fatigue by centralizing emails, calls, and deals in one place, so you never losr the thread of conversation. Sequences tool lets you put your follow-ups on autopilot without sounding like a robot, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. Meeting scheduler eliminates the work to schedule the meetings; letting prospects book time on my calendar instantly. Drag & drop deal board makes it incredibly easy to see exactly where revenue is stuck and which deals are ready to close.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Setting up advances workflows and custom objects suprisingly counterintuitive, often requiring a dedicated admin or an outside consultant to get it. The interface can get cluttered with tooks you might not use, making dashboard feel a bit overwhelming for sales reps who just want a sample to-do list. If you have highly specific or complex data needs, you'll likely find the standard reporting dashboards a bit too templated and restrictive without expensive add-ons.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It stops info from being trapped in sticky notes by centralizing every cell, email and meeting into a single source of truth for the whole team. it also uses AI agents and automation to handle soul-crushing tasks like lead research and manual data entry, giving you back hours each week to focus on actual selling. It provides real-time visbility into deal health, solving mystery of where revenue is stucj so you can proactively fix the bottlenecks before they hit your quarterly goals.

 ### 35. Useful CRM Features, Interface Needs Polishing

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faizan A. | Senior Sales Development Representative, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub has a lot of filters that I can use and create customizable rules for a particular user. Being able to filter by country, like targeting Middle East contacts, is great. I also find the dashboards helpful for daily reporting, as they allow management to see the number of calls and emails, which makes it easy to track our progress.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The interface could be improved. I feel Salesforce is a much easier platform to use. Learning HubSpot was a bit of a challenge for me. So I feel like, you know, user experience could be a bit enhanced in comparison to Salesforce. Salesforce is pretty easy. Like, everything is straightforward enough. With HubSpot, you have to open a lead and then make the changes and stuff. Also, my team took around more than a month to set up the entire thing. It took a lot of time to set up.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes our data, making it easy to access for users and management. It helps us handle a large audience of accounts and contacts efficiently, supporting our outbound strategies.

 ### 36. Easy HubSpot Integrations Without Coding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaye M. | Hubspot Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I love how easy it is to integrate hubspot with different platfroms. Even non-native integration can be done easily by using sortware lang zap or make.com. No need to be a coder. :D

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It's hard to create custom reporting specially if you have combination of data that you want to see. Unless you have data hub, which is sad because I have to pay even if the account it already using an enterprise hub.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easier to track deals across different pipelines. It’s also clearer to see where we are in the sales process, which helps us prioritise which deals should be worked on first.

 ### 37. Great for Teams, but Some Limits on Advanced Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varsha V. | Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I liked most about HubSpot Sales Hub in my past use was its clean, intuitive interface and easy deal tracking with the drag-and-drop pipeline. Integrations worked smoothly, and overall performance was reliable for daily tasks. I also found the onboarding simple, pricing reasonable for growing teams, and the AI features helpful for follow-ups and lead prioritization.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I disliked about HubSpot Sales Hub was that some advanced features felt limited unless you upgrade to higher-priced plans. In my past experience, customization options could also be a bit restrictive, and reporting sometimes didn’t go as deep as needed. At times, it could feel slightly overwhelming with so many features in one place.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the challenge of managing sales activities and keeping everything organized in one place. In my past experience, it made it easier to track deals, manage contacts, and stay on top of follow-ups. This benefited me by improving workflow efficiency, saving time, and helping prioritize leads more effectively.

 ### 38. Streamlined CRM with Exceptional Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan W. | Founding Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and offers plenty of features that make my daily work more efficient. The multiple message templates help me personalize outreach, and the sequences help me automate tasks. I also appreciate the view customization, which allows me to immediately see what's relevant to me.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There are some very small sub-features (like drop down menus) tied to general features like (closed won reason) that are locked behind upgrade walls. Which only becomes clear during setup and they're such small things it makes little sense that those specifically are behind a plan upgrade.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM functions and outreach, keeping tasks, leads, and pipeline organized. It offers multiple message templates for personalized outreach, sequences for task automation, and view customization, which enhances efficiency by making daily work more efficient.

 ### 39. HubSpot Sales Hub Makes Automated, Role-Based Reporting Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhat D. | Project Coordinator, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is not only a CRM portal; it also helps me automate reports based on the user and their needs. For example, if I want to present one type of report to top management and a different set of reports to the sales team, HubSpot makes it easy for me to do that.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Overall, it’s good in terms of integration and everything else. However, it seems that if you want to use it with internal software that isn’t listed, you might not get enough support. That said, it may also be something they add or improve later on.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot provides me with a one-stop solution for reports, filters, and everything related to our centers. When I was working on a team, I created different reports for each team, and I feel that’s one of the best uses of the software. If you don’t have HubSpot, you have to start preparing reports manually, but HubSpot solves that.

 ### 40. Integrate and Automate Sales, although somewhat complex to implement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Felipe G. | (Cofounder) Revenue & Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub integrates with many other software and automates all my sales processes. It integrates with Apollo, which automates my prospect enrichment process.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would like it to have more reach in email campaign automations. I wish it could automate more campaigns, but I understand that this is a feature of the marketing hub which is very expensive. It is a software with many functionalities, which is why we had to pay an implementer to accompany us in the process when we first started. I recommend using an implementer to make the most of it and get to know all the tools that HubSpot has.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to control my sales team's activities and automate processes. It also integrates with other software, like Apollo, automating prospect enrichment.

 ### 41. It is a quite interactive CRM with help guides that allows for continuous improvement.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yomalis V. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The Breeze AI added great value by streamlining processes that previously took more time. Especially in the search. Additionally, the dashboard visualization improved, allowing for much more dynamic and clear metric control.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I still believe it would be very beneficial to make file uploads more flexible, allowing images to be uploaded directly in more formats without the need for them to be embedded in a PDF, and additionally, to improve large-scale territory management, such as by modules.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sometimes the extension closes or fails

 ### 42. Intuitive Campaign Planning, Launching, and Tracking Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Its ability to plan, launch, and track marketing campaigns is what I find most useful. UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. Easy to integrate with other platforms. No performance issues as compared to competitive platforms of similar scale.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I am not sure whether it has native AI capabilities that could help me in finding the sales opportunities and drive my campaign accordingly. It could do more in associating it with native IA solutions that can let me plan or query in natural language.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me in buildling and driving marketing campaigns based oaround a specific target customer segment. Easy to identify and filter customer data and drive my campaign on the desired line. ROI looks pretty good when we can quickly launch our campaigns based on the dataset.

 ### 43. Hubspot review

**Reviewed by:** Ariel H. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Ultimately for what I want to do, it get's the job done. I think the new AI capabilities are table-stakes, and so being able to leverage it is great.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Most of my issues are mostly internal. Essentially having our in-house CRM guy configure our reporting and the steps of things we need to fill out etc.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables us to keep all of our business deals and processes in one place. Marketing leads can be stored appropriately as can new prospects that I want to reach out to.

 ### 44. Easy-to-Use Sales Hub with Seamless Integrations and Excellent Support

**Reviewed by:** Kyle C. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The sales hub helps us organize our customers, segment this in as easy to use UI, easy integrations, excellent customer support, decent performance and a solid price tag on top of it all.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Workflows and Automations can be a bit complication, but it comes with the territory. It's a powerful software, so it takes some learning. The AI (Breeze) is actually super helpful in building out templates as well.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer retention, reachouts, segmenting, and data analysis.

 ### 45. As a first time user, this is brilliant

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

I have been using it for almost a year now and this great and easy to use CRM that allows automations as well. I moved from SFDC and this is so much easier especially the email tracking

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think the user access systems are way too restricted. Good for security but hard for a user to get all access at once

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently working with a startup where I had to setup everything from scratch and this was easiest to setup and get going

 ### 46. HubSpot the Best CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajasekar S. | Assistant Manager - Training, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2021

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One of the things I really like about HubSpot Sales Hub is how AI is becoming part of the salesperson's daily workflow rather than just another feature. Features such as predictive lead scoring, automated call summaries, AI forecasting, and prospecting support help sales teams work smarter, save time, and focus more on customers rather than administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is strong on ease of use and automation. Still, it could become even better with richer enterprise analytics and more affordable access to advanced features.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the retention was a tough thing to understand the customer, with Hubspot I am able to create periodic review with them to help us think better for giving a great service

 ### 47. HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps RFPs Organized and Deal Stages Easy to Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari P. | RFX Sourcer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Hubspot Sales Hub is a very useful tool. It has many features that help me stay updated on deal opportunities. The dashboard makes it easy to understand the overall scenario quickly. I use Hubspot frequently throughout the day to enter and organize deals in one place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is a paid platform and users cannot access it without payment. It can be expensive for small or mid-sized companies, and mainly revenue-generating companies can afford it.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps organize all contents in one place. It makes easy to track deals and manage customer details. I can choose view the data in a dashboard view or a list view option. Additionally, it sends email notifications for opportunities that close to the deadlines, helping me stay on track and never miss important tasks.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Hubspot sales hub stand out as a comprehensive and user friendly platform that not only supports my sales teams but also enables operations to drive efficiency, accountability and scalable growth across my organization. The product and Price list management feature standardizes pricing and product information in my team and ensures accuracy when products are added to deals and reduces errors when generating quotes. The quote and order management function streamlines the transistion of my sales to fulfillment so generating quotes with predefined products, pricing and discounts improves my speed and consistency at work while order management is also ensured.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I just love it, great product overall. No dislikes at all.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My product and pricing data, quotes were error prone and inconsistent. Product and price list management and order and order management that comes as a part of hubspot sales hub has standardized how products, prices and discounts are applied. This has greatly reduces my rework, shorted=ned my sales cycles and ensured margin control and overall created a smooth handoff to my dependent teams.

 ### 49. HubSpot: Robust, User-Friendly All-in-One CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Hubspot is, by far, the best CRM I’ve ever used. It’s extremely robust, with a huge range of features for reporting, dashboards, sales tools, automation, workflows, marketing, and lead management—you name it. Hubspot really feels like a one-stop shop, and it’s an enterprise CRM that any company should consider. On top of all that, I love how user-friendly and easy it is to use.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only thing I dislike about Hubspot is around current sequencing functionality, it is difficult to edit or change a sequence once created and somewhat clunky to add larger volumes of contacts or have t step edited while a sequence is active, without having to start over or rebuild a new one

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a critical need for our business. We needed a way to manage inbound leads, track sales pipelines, coordinate marketing outreach, and maintain a reliable system of record for all contacts and conversations. We also needed a place to compile meeting notes and, overall, manage the customer journey end to end. Hubspot does all of this and more.

 ### 50. Streamlined Sales Management, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas Laverde . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps to manage contacts, track deals, and keep my outreach organized. It's really helpful for staying on top of follow-ups and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. The centralized and easy-to-use system is what I like most. Having contacts, deals, emails, and tasks all in one place makes staying organized and efficient so much easier. The centralized system and ease of use significantly save time and reduce stress. Everything is accessible in one place, making my workflow smoother and helping me stay consistent. I love how it emphasizes actual communication and relationship building rather than figuring out the system. The pipeline view is probably the most indispensable feature for me, as it gives a clear snapshot of where every deal stands, allowing me to prioritize and stay organized without overthinking things. HubSpot integrates well with tools like email and calendar apps, helping keep everything synced and organized. The initial setup was straightforward, with an intuitive interface, so it didn't take long to get everything up and running.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and certain tools are limited unless you upgrade. A bit more simplicity and flexibility in the free version would make it even better.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage contacts and track deals, which helps keep my outreach organized. It solves disorganization and missed opportunities by providing a clear view of where leads stand, making the sales process streamlined, efficient, and manageable.
