"Versatile Features, Slight Design Limitations"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for social media post scheduling, landing pages, emails, data analysis, CRM, and more. I find it really great to have all the data in one platform for one campaign. I like how easy the email element of the platform is, and I also appreciate the new AI features. They're very helpful for workflows, helping to create segments and workflows, saving time and sanity. The email feature allows me to send email campaigns to everyone we need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Sometimes things aren't easy to make look pretty in landing pages - it seems archaic at times and it can take forever. Also forms can be quite bulky and ugly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot Marketing Hub Connects Marketing and Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What stands out to me about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its ability to connect marketing with sales. It captures prospect engagement from website visits and content downloads to email opens and surfaces those insights directly in the CRM. That helps SDRs prioritise high-intent prospects, personalise outreach, and spend more time on leads that are most likely to convert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I've found that the amount of data available can be overwhelming if it's not managed well. If teams don't have good processes for maintaining contact records and properties, it can be difficult to quickly find the information that's most important Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely useful tools - needs better integration support"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like its ease of use and its user interface. HubSpot Marketing Hub makes creating sales and marketing materials easy. It allows us to manage all of our sales leads and prospects in one place and reach them with email campaigns. Its AI theme generator is extremely useful for creating drag-and-drop emails from our original designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

There are a lot of features that seem to get hung up on linking to other websites or other features and sometimes the links don't end up working. For instance, we had trouble linking to lead forms in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and that still has not been resolved. I have encountered other links and integrations that simply just don't work, or their data gets muddled in with all of our other analytics to the point where its hard to tell if its doing anything at all. I feel that some of the integrations could be better worked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Well-Integrated Tool That Needs More Advanced Reporting"
3/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Simple and straightforward to use, and not clunky, which makes it easy to find what I need and saves me time. It also offers multiple integrations with other tools like Salesforce and Lusha, making it easier to collaborate across platforms and with my colleagues, so fewer leads slip through the cracks. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Could be enable us to create dashboards, reports or tables that are more advanced or capture data over time. They also could offer us suggested tables or reports that could be useful to us that we had not considered so we can get more out of the marketing hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot: Seamless Integrations and a True All-in-One Marketing Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot integrates with a majority of tools that we use including but not limited to Leadfeeder, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Apollo.Io, and more. I love that it is an all-in-one marketing solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The biggest thing I dislike is the lack of intelligent data cleanliness in the CRM. When importing contacts, if you want to avoid duplicate companies, you have to import the company domain rather than the company name. That’s frustrating because sometimes you simply don’t have the domain available. It would make more sense for this to be based on the contacts’ email addresses instead. It should also be smart enough to recognize that “Company Name” and “Company Name LLC” are most likely the same company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Marketing Suite with Seamless HubSpot CRM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What is most helpful is having email marketing, automation, landing pages, and social media management all under one roof. Because it natively connects to the HubSpot CRM, there is no need to jump between different tools or deal with clunky third-party integrations to see how a campaign is performing. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

While the entry-level tiers are accessible, the price climbs steeply as you scale up to the Professional or Enterprise tiers. The contact-based pricing model can quickly become expensive for growing businesses, especially when you are charged for legacy or unengaged contacts that haven't been actively scrubbed from the database. "Highly Versatile Marketing Solution with Automation Prowess"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I am most pleased with the wide array of functionality that HubSpot Marketing Hub gives us. We can manage all of our marketing efforts within one platform, and the social media capabilities are great. I am particularly drawn to the ability to build out automated workflows and elaborate form functionality. Automated workflows are extremely valuable because they can be fully customized, edited, and iterated in live time, giving us an automated way to nurture our leads, contacts, and customers. We can build out standard, simple forms with ease, and also create fully custom forms with different fields, designs, and conditional fields for more personalized responses. I strongly recommend utilizing the training videos and tips, and the support team is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The All-In-One That Actually Delivers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The biggest win for me with HubSpot Marketing Hub is having everything in one place. I’m able to manage email campaigns, landing pages, lead tracking, and workflows without constantly bouncing between different tools or getting stuck with frustrating data gaps. The way everything ties together feels seamless, and the platform stays clean, straightforward, and genuinely easy to follow from start to finish.

The reporting dashboards also changed how I communicate results. I can pull a campaign performance report and tie it directly to contacts generated and deals influenced. which makes client conversations a lot more straightforward than sharing a spreadsheet full of raw numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The pricing structure is my biggest frustration, as your contact list grows, costs jump quickly and several features that should be standard are gated behind higher-tier plans. A more flexible pricing model would go a long way.

Debugging broken workflows is more painful than it needs to be. When an automation misbehaves, tracing the issue takes too long. A proper error log or live test mode would fix this.

List management becomes a real headache at scale. There's no folder system or tagging to organise lists, so finding the right one means scrolling through a pile of outdated ones. A simple archiving option would help massively.

The landing page builder feels limited compared to standalone tools. Mobile responsiveness sometimes needs manual adjusting that shouldn't be necessary, and meaningful customisation often requires dropping into custom code.

Finally, A/B testing for emails only allows one variable at a time and is restricted to higher plans. For a platform at this price point, that's a surprisingly narrow feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall, still the best Marketing Automation software out there (but it will cost you)"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The best part of HubSpot Marketing Hub for me personally, is the email marketing. As far as capabilities goes, it's definitely within the top tier of platforms I've used with continuously up-dated features like—templates, custom email builder, A/B testing, reporting, time-zone send, AI features, and many more. Since HubSpot is an entire CRM tool, it also makes it easier when wanting to integrate different features into the email like contact customizations and forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The main thing I dislike about HubSpot is that, for the price we pay, there are a few features I would like to have that we do not. For one thing, I don't full the reporting is fully there. First of all, there is no way to easily send reports to people who are not HubSpot users, such as higher-ups in the company. There is also limited things you can do with the reporting—for example, there is no customized reporting you can do on specific email campaigns—such as pulling a report that shows who opened/click across multiple emails sent in one email campaign. "Fantastic Marketing Features, CRM Needs Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and has templates for almost everything I need. It allows us to keep all our clients in one place and easily create marketing campaigns via email that we can track and follow up on. The email templates are easy to use, making everything very simple. The email campaign tracking is great. Additionally, setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was very easy. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The CRM isn't the most conducive to our business. We're a contracting business, and the invoicing and CRM we use another company because it's easier to use. The CRM for HubSpot is a little more complicated and the invoices aren't as user-friendly. But the marketing part is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
