"All-in-One Marketing HubSpot Marketing Hub That Keeps Everything Aligned"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I’ve had a great experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub because it brings everything together in one place. Rather than juggling separate tools for email, landing pages, forms, automation, and reporting, the whole marketing process stays connected to the CRM, which makes it easier to manage and keep everything aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I dislike:

- Pricing climbs quickly as your contact database grows.

- Some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

- Custom reporting and attribution take time to learn and set up.

- The automation builder is powerful, but once you’re managing a large number of workflows, it can get hard to keep everything organized without strong governance.

- Design customization for landing pages and emails can feel limiting compared with specialized design tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integration, Boosted Our Marketing Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub helps in segmenting our customers, which is crucial for tailoring our strategies. I really appreciate its ability for fine-tuning our content and ensuring everyone gets the right message. The list and segments feature is probably the most valuable one for us. Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub from Mailchimp allowed us to integrate everything, particularly marketing, into one platform, which made perfect sense since we gather a lot of leads. The initial setup was amazingly easy, and we experienced zero friction moving to HubSpot, as it's pretty similar to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient automation, but expensive in combination"
1.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I particularly like the possibilities offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially how easy it is to click things together, combined with the workflows. These features save a lot of time in creating workflows as well as in everyday business. For example, in our agency case, I am allowed to rewrite the automated follow-up emails for each customer in fulfillment. Through the cloning function, you can quickly and easily rewrite functioning emails and quickly test them with other customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Yes, as is generally the case with HubSpot, the combination with other hubs becomes very expensive very quickly. And even if you don't need any additional features, you still have to buy everything. And it doesn't work in the agency case because only one signature is possible. This means that if I want to use automated emails for nurture campaigns, it doesn't work because our signature is included in the emails to customers, even though you can change the email addresses. "Unified Marketing Powerhouse with Low Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I love how HubSpot Marketing Hub replaced like 4 or 5 separate solutions, including email software and social media schedulers. The drag & drop workflow builder makes it easy to visually map out lead nurturing, and we can automate drip campaigns and lead scoring without needing developers or code. The learning curve is very low, which is a huge plus, and HubSpot's account team is very helpful. Additionally, the platform provides a single source of truth with automated lead scoring and nurturing, transparent contact histories, and seamless attribution reporting. The ease of use and price were big factors in switching from Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

While the out of the box dashboards are clean, I don't love the custom report building. When it comes to deep attribution modeling, multi-touch analytics, and cross-object reporting, it requires upgrading to expensive higher tiers or exporting data to other tools. "All-in-One HubSpot CRM with Powerful Automation and Easy Email Building"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The all-in-one nature of it; HubSpot really is a one-stop CRM shop, and it integrates with the other tools I was already using. A few things I keep coming back to: 1) Email builder: genuinely easy to use., drag-and-drop interface, I can put together a clean, on-brand email in minutes without needing a designer or developer. 2) The automation is the right kind of flexible. Creating workflows (welcome emails, list triggers, internal notifications) are self-explanatory and I can set them up in a few clicks, but when you need to build something more complex like a multi-touch nurture sequence with branching logic, it handles that just as well. It's just powerful! 3) The tracking URL builder is a hidden gem! It works like Google's UTM builder, but the analytics flow directly into HubSpot, so I can attribute traffic from socials, blog posts, paid campaigns, and our website in one place, and tie it back to campaigns and contacts. It makes measuring marketing performance so much cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The learning curve is steep at the start. There's so much packed into HubSpot that it can feel overwhelming in the first few weeks. Permissions and assignment levels get tedious. There are a lot of layers to toggle on or off for each user, and when you're working with several contractors who each need slightly different access, managing all those permission settings becomes a chore. I'd love a simpler way to apply role templates or bulk-edit access across teammates. The social posting scheduler has been unreliable. Every now and then a scheduled post just doesn't publish, with no clear reason or warning. It's not constant, but it's frequent enough that I've stopped fully trusting it and end up double-checking posts manually, which kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling. None of these are deal-breakers, but they're the friction points for me personally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Reliable, and Intuitive: HubSpot Marketing Hub Makes Campaigns Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its strong performance and intuitive UI. The platform is fast, reliable, and easy to navigate, which makes managing campaigns, tracking customer interactions, and finding important data much more efficient. I also like how organized the dashboard is, since it keeps everything accessible without feeling overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

One thing I dislike is that some advanced features are locked behind more expensive plans, which can be frustrating for smaller teams. Certain reports and customization options also have a bit of a learning curve and could be more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Data Management but Needs Speed Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like the capabilities of HubSpot Marketing Hub for hosting historical data, whether that's through the emails connecting and showing in the system or the ability to have all prior attachments tied to specific companies or deals. It's so helpful to be able to go in and get background info on clients and situations, as well as past deals and potential & completed sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find the platform to be extremely slow, which at times can cause frustration. Additionally, I do not like that you can't reassign a ticket after you create it to follow properly. For example, if my boss submits a ticket about an issue one of my clients is having, it's on me to keep up with the ticket and its progress and updates. While I can 'follow' the ticket, it does not tie it to me as the creator, so it will not show up in my tickets page using my 'My Open Tickets' filter because I did not originally create it. This makes it harder to keep track and stay on top of it. I would love if that could be updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for automation and insights"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it brings everything into one place. It makes managing campaigns, customer data, and communication very simple without switching tools.

The automation is very helpful. You can set up workflows for emails, follow-ups, and nurturing leads, which saves a lot of manual effort.

I also like the reporting and analytics. It clearly shows what is working and what is not, so decisions become easier and more data-driven.

Overall, it helps in creating a more structured and consistent marketing process while improving customer engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

One thing that can be challenging with HubSpot Marketing Hub is the pricing. As you scale or need advanced features, it can become quite expensive for growing teams.

The platform can also feel a bit complex at the beginning. There is a learning curve, especially when setting up workflows or advanced automation.

Sometimes, customization options can feel limited for very specific use cases, and you may need workarounds.

Also, support response time can vary at times, which can slow things down when you are facing urgent issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Performance and Support, but Integrations and Pricing Can Limit Growth"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What's most helpful is the native functionalities given to you upfront to begin building from. It's straight forward to find different objects but that can also be a problem depending on size of companies and customized wants.

Integrations are fair. Because of the limits in integrating data talking between softwares, I dont love the depth of it.

Never had a problem with performance. It's always worked.

Pricing structure as it feels you can be nickel and dimed as you get deeper into building an established database.

Support is great. Never had a problem there aside from features just not being available or too pricey.

AI is alright. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced Integrations, Fast Performance, and a Powerful Toolset"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how advanced it is in terms of the amount of tools it can integrate with. There is definitely a learning curve but once you start unlocking more and more knowledge and getting comfortable with the system it becomes easy to use. The platform is very fast and has a wide variety of tools you can use to really get the most out of your subscription. Support was very helpful in getting us onboarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The pricing structure is frustrating. Costs rise quickly as you start adding more contacts which honestly feels like a tax on success, and its specially frustrating to have basic features that could be expected in the lower/basic pricing tiers up in the higher pricing tiers. I also found the landing page builder to be too simple, lacking in customization features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
