"All-in-One Campaign Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to build and manage campaigns in one place. Landing pages, forms, email, workflows, contact segmentation, and reporting are all fairly intuitive, which makes it possible to launch and optimize programs quickly without relying heavily on technical resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The biggest challenge is managing a limited number of marketing contacts, especially with a one-way sync from Salesforce. It can make contact management more manual and difficult to control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional marketing automation and reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot Marketing Hub has been exceptional for me. The email automation is a standout - it's intuitive to set up workflows and nurture sequences, and it saves me a lot of time. The reporting and analytics are also excellent, giving me clear visibility into campaign performance so I can make data-driven decisions. Overall it's a powerful, easy-to-use platform that has delivered real value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The pricing is a bit high, especially as you scale up and add more contacts or features. It would be great to see more flexible or affordable pricing tiers for growing businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Help Desk That Centralizes Customer Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find the Help Desk to be extremely helpful in centralizing the 1:1 communication with our customers. It was easy to set up - with enough options to fit our needs. And from there it has been easy to filter and organize to maintain multiple channels including SMS and chat. We have been able to better segment our customers and respond quickly. I utilize the snippets and find that the user interface is extremely intuitive and allows for quick replies. It is also easy to maintain and add snippets as I go. to best support my team. I like that it can easily connect to the knowledge base, adding even more efficiencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

My only complaint is that the interface is constantly evolving and changing. Which I understand is good for the progression of the technology but can make it harder to navigate, especially when key features have moved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot Marketing Hub Unifies Campaigns and CRM with an Intuitive, Time-Saving UI"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I love most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how flawlessly it bridges the gap between our marketing campaigns and our CRM. Instead of jumping between isolated email tools, social schedulers, and landing page builders, everything lives under one roof. The native integration gives us a genuine 360-degree view of our customer journey. Our onboarding time for new team members plummeted because the UI is incredibly intuitive compared to older enterprise platforms. It's an investment, but the time saved on data syncing and troubleshooting makes it completely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

While the entry tiers are affordable, the price jumps drastically as you upgrade to Professional/Enterprise or expand your contact list, leading to "sticker shock" for growing businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot Marketing Hub Centralizes Campaigns with Powerful Automation and Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how much it centralizes marketing operations in one place. The workflow automation, segmentation capabilities, email marketing tools make it much easier to scale campaigns while keeping data organised. I also appreciate how flexible the platform is for both marketers and operations teams, especially when combined with custom properties, integrations, and Ops Hub features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

One downside of HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some advanced features can become expensive as your business scales. There are also cases where certain workflow limitations or reporting customizations require workarounds. While the platform is very powerful overall, more flexibility in some areas of automation and data management would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great design, but the Salesforce sync isn't production-ready"
1/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

We love the simplicity of the WYSIWYG design elements for landing pages and emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

It does not integrate with Salesforce CRM as advertised.

We've had serious, recurring problems with HubSpot's native Salesforce integration, and the support experience has been just as frustrating as the bug itself.

Three separate times, the sync has overwritten data in Salesforce, our system of record. The documentation doesn't match how the integration actually behaves, so there was no way to see this coming, and no way to find an answer on our own. We escalated and worked directly with HubSpot's product team. They gave us a fix, we deployed it, and it happened again. At this point, we still cannot effectively sync the two systems.

We've also heard this isn't unique to Salesforce. Other CRMs report similar sync issues, which point to a gap in HubSpot's support and documentation for integration behavior in general, not something specific to our setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decent All-in-One solution, but Buggy Editor Frustrates"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find that the interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub does the job well, and it’s easy to navigate and get to what I want. The dashboards are clean, informative, and make it easy to delve into details on anything I'm interested in. It really saves time as I can build and ship pages, forms, and emails easily, and check performance without the need to export data or wait for reports. If something seems off, I can investigate it, which helps me catch problems early. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the customer support was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

It's buggy. Editors can be laggy and suffer from weird formatting issues. This makes building emails particularly frustrating, and it's hard to get things to look how you want them to. For example, spacing sometimes looks different in sending/testing vs. in the editor. This has caused problems in the past. Also, sometimes the editor refuses to make something bold or formatted differently for literally no reason. I don't know why the editor is still as bad as it is. Please, for the love of god, fix the editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple UI, Effortless Email Sequences, and Enterprise-Level Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

For the marketing hub, some of the features that I've really enjoyed is how simple the UI/UX is for users to navigate. Building out sequences and emails are a breeze and being able to add personalized tokens makes it easier to connect to customers. The support has been amazing as an Enterprise customer as their support team is extremely knowledgeable and very well informed. We've been able to market and track how our customers interact with our website, facebook, etc. and track our ROI on paid searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

One of the things that we don't like is that when we're creating a form to send out to our customers, it requires that every single question that we ask is derived from a property. Some of these properties are set up by our internal staff who would know how we should answer certain fields versus our customers answering those same questions which forces us to build arbitrary properties. "Simple, Intuitive Marketing Platform That Helps You Improve Over Time"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot seems built on the idea that to make marketing effective, the tools you use to manage programs need to be as simple as possible. When I started using HubSpot 15 years ago, it was just as simple as it is today. That simplicity of getting onboarded to the platform and building campaigns has only been improved with the addition of perfectly-timed tooltips (like ones that help you optimize email copy for more clicks). The new AI tools that help you learn new features faster are great, too, because they're not too pushy. It's a platform that invites you to improve as you get comfortable, and you'll see that your campaigns perform better the more comfortable you are with the toolset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Any CRM has some level of clunkiness, but HubSpot is really easy to adjust to. The only thing I personally dislike are the tier limits. The free tier is powerful but you'll find the ceiling quickly. The Starter tier will get you into more complex marketing but you need to be careful about your Marketing Contacts. I don't recall the limitations on custom properties, but the limits on HTML for email can be frustrating if you are more comfortable building that way. Little things. I always seem to come back to HubSpot after trying other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible HubSpot Forms and API That Streamline Data Entry"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I appreciate the flexibility HubSpot offers.

HubSpot forms allow us to easily collect and manage new and existing contracts. The API allows us to create and update contacts that do not initiate first connection through a form.

Our focus is on automating data entry as much as possible so that our sales team can focus on their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

We use HubSpot marketing tools to send polished emails and alerts to our entire staff, which is over 800 people.

I wish we had a section of the marketing hub that allows for internal communications, with connections to our Active Directory information so that maintaining that type of contact is automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
