"Streamlined Client Management with Minor Login Glitch"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has great dashboards and automations that help in managing and tracking client information effectively. The dashboards keep everything separate and organized client by client, which is super helpful. The automations are a real time-saver because they handle follow-ups with clients every certain number of days, so I don't have to remember to do it manually. Plus, once you're done with a deal, HubSpot sends automated emails to check on the client and see if there's additional business they can bring to us. This feature is really beneficial. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

It logs out every time you want to open it, it'd be great if the session would remain open. It was a bit hard to understand at first because it has many different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot Marketing Hub Makes Campaign Creation Seamless Across Channels"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The thing I like most about HubSpot marketing hub is the integrated nature of all of the different features - using the marketing studio feature to build a campaign, it's so easy to create content for email, social, ads, etc. easily from a single campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

My least favorite thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub would be not having the ability to hide or turn off the AI integration element to everything - as a company like financial services that is very strict on not using AI in copywriting, it would be nice to have the option to hide. (maybe that is an option and I don't even realize it!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Great Connectivity, and Strong Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Ease of use. Connectivity with other tools. Collaboration possibilities both internally and externally. No real onboarding needed as it is fairly easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

They might want to expand on other ad channels like Reddit and others. Also the price point for some of the higher tiers is hefty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Marketing Processes with User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like the ease of use and how HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes key marketing activities in a single platform. The intuitive interface reduces the learning curve and makes it simple to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns. This allows me to work more efficiently, focusing on strategy rather than administration. It's also great for planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing email marketing, creating and publishing landing pages and forms, automating marketing workflows, segmenting audiences, tracking campaign performance, and generating leads. The initial setup was a breeze, and overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easier to execute and monitor marketing efforts efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find some of the more advanced marketing automation and reporting features have a learning curve and can take time to configure effectively. Customizing reports and dashboards can also feel limiting without access to higher-tier platforms. I'd appreciate greater flexibility when building complex workflows, like more advanced branching logic, easier workflow debugging, and clearer visibility into why contacts progress through specific automation paths. "HubSpot Automation and Dashboards Save Time, with Helpful AI for Content"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The automation features have saved us a lot of time by reducing manual work, and the reporting dashboards make it easy to understand what's working and where we need to improve. We've also started using some of HubSpot's AI features, which have been helpful for creating content and speeding up routine tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is powerful, some advanced features can be expensive for growing businesses. There is also a learning curve when setting up complex workflows and automation. Certain customizations and reporting capabilities may require higher-tier plans to unlock their full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything in one spot"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like using HubSpot to place social media posts each week. I use it for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter to place all the messages for a week. I use this tool because I can schedule the entire week of posts at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I don't like that if I sort my blogs and open one the go back, I have to resort the list all over again. It doesn't remember that I only wanted to see published posts or whatever. Super annoying and time consuming.

I also wish it was easier to upload social media images directly into a defined folder not just a general open folder with every other image that is uploaded.

I don't know coding. I wish it was easier to create/build the webpages. Things like rounded corner boxes are extremely difficult. Also, even though I have certain fonts used on every page, when I add a new text field, that font is not available in the list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decent CRM, Needs Better Ticketing and Support"
2.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub primarily for ticket tracking, which lets me assist customers effectively. I like that I can use email features to track different devices. The direct contact with customers is really convenient, and having access to the customer's contact information in the CRM means I can call them or send emails, and leave notes as needed. It helps in tracking everything related to customer's issues within the portal. I think the integrations with tools like Jira and Slack are pretty cool and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I guess the only thing is, like, it's manually a CRM, not really a ticketing system. And I wish there was more emphasis on the ticketing side. I feel like for a new user, it can be kinda confusing to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Marketing with Effective Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for content, social landing pages, email, paid campaign management, and as a marketing CRM. I really appreciate the easy automation of workflows and data flows, which simplifies processes and makes things run smoothly. I like how much information is stored as it enhances our ability to keep track of everything necessary. The media library and campaign tagging systems are great, providing really clear organization and attribution, which allows our team to work faster. Plus, setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was fairly easy in terms of account connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find the inability to tag users on LinkedIn social posts limiting. Also, the lack of ability to categorize posts and blogs into themes makes it harder to measure unique content pillar performance and understand which topics resonate best with our audience. "Streamlines Marketing Efforts, But Costs Can Add Up"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub consolidates everything into one place, allowing me to spend my entire day managing all aspects of my marketing easily. I can author messages, design emails and landing pages, and craft forms for tracking information all within HubSpot. I appreciate not needing external connections for things like Google Analytics or my website analytics, as I can access everything directly from within HubSpot. Compared to previous solutions like Nutshell, which were clunky and not functional enough, or Salesforce, which is powerful but overwhelmingly difficult to maintain, HubSpot is smooth and easy to understand, with everything I need right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Honestly, the only things that I don't love about HubSpot are the cost of marketing contacts and inflexibility in updating some properties that the database considers 'read-only'. Managing tens of thousands of contacts as marketing contacts can easily cost tens of thousands of dollars a month. They can feel a bit steep at times, and sometimes we use outside tools to augment our marketing outreach because it can be done more cheaply in other systems (at a cost of losing some activity insights in HubSpot). Some data fields are also marked as 'read-only', making it difficult to update them via automations and workflows. Other than that, I really like HubSpot for everything else. "Effortlessly Organize and Score Leads"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I love how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use. It's so user intuitive with great UI/UX. The lead scoring is superb and shows you exactly how each lead got its score. It's super easy to set up lead scoring and change it if need be. It lets me know when leads are more active than others. The initial setup was so simple.

For someone who is not a creative, the marketing email templates are great for know where text and images go, and the go to sizes for everything. Also, the workflows available for emails are the most advanced I've seen out of any outreach platform.

In terms of integrations, we have it connected directly to our Convertr account. Therefore, there is a seamless flow from when leads are generated to ensuring they are follow-up up on with marketing emails. Therefore, the ROI of HubSpot for us is huge as there is no down time in our lead nurturing.

I have yet to use HubSpot's AI feature Breeze, but it seems helps with account research.

Lastly, HubSpot runs quickly and efficiently. Especially in the workstreams, they are easy to set-up up and do not fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Honestly, nothing major. Overall, the platform meets all of my needs. The only thing I wish HubSpot offered is the ability to send outbound emails that aren’t marketing-like and are more geared toward mass email outreach. That’s one downside, since we have to use other platforms for that (i.e., Outreach and Instantly.ai). The good news is those platforms connect very easily with HubSpot.
