It doesn't really group contacts together in the one organisation, which in a B2B can make life difficult as we're not talking about one person buying one thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So, it appears that I have to provide a more detailed description of my experiences with HubSpot for G2 to post my review. Okay, here it goes. The best part about HubSpot, in my opinion, was the CRM, it’s free, and because of this, I wanted to get into the platform more deeply. I signed up for the starter packages for all the services they offered. This, in turn started me down the path of using their system exclusively for my business. This leads to what I dislike about HubSpot and the unfortunate decision to stop business with them and the platform. We had two hurricanes hit us in Florida, and for some reason, I found that I was logged out of my account on all devices. I have no clue how that could happen, but it is what it is. And, of course, my other administrator is here as well, so both of our power and internet were down for over 2-weeks. So, with that being said, I could not get signed into my account due to the two-factor authentication. So, I tried multiple times to get support to help me. Now, due to me only having the starter package, they would not support me on the phone, so this was done through email. Unfortunately, they could not understand that I was offline and could not log into my account. The support agents, as well as the agreements or subscription agent, kept telling me in order for them to help I needed to log in and create a support ticket. Unreal, they could not get the fact that I could not log in. So, this is why I no longer suggest using this platform unless you are ready to spend the big dollars so that you can get phone support! From workflows, emails, forms, blogs, landing pages, lead scoring, CTAs, and more, Hubspot is full of features that can allow marketing teams big and small to bring their products to market. I find it very easy to use and I use it every single day. We haven't had to use customer support often but the support seems sufficient. I didn't implement the system at this company but overall it seems easy to implement. The integrations can get a bit messy but they do the job we need them to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integrations can be a bit lacking and difficult to manage. I see a lot of errors that seem to difficult to fix but also don't seem to disrupt our systems. My largest dislike is that I think the reporting is very limited. Its difficult to track the customer journey and understand the timeline of marketing events at a high level. There are also a few limitations that simply don't make sense or don't have an automation workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been living in HubSpot Marketing Hub daily, and honestly, it's become my marketing command center. What really stands out is how they've managed to pack a ton of powerful features into something that doesn't give you a headache to use - everything from email campaigns to landing pages just flows naturally. The real beauty is that you can have it up and running in no time, and it plays nice with pretty much every other tool you throw at it.
The best part? Despite all its capabilities, I haven't had to bug support once because everything is so intuitive. For someone who needs a robust marketing platform that won't slow them down with technical hassles, HubSpot Marketing Hub is basically the "easy button" for digital marketing.
I've found myself using features I didn't even know I needed because they made them so accessible - it's like having a Swiss Army knife where every tool is actually useful and you can find it without digging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Speaking from daily HubSpot Marketing Hub use, the pricing jumps between tiers can give you serious sticker shock - we're talking thousands of dollars difference just to unlock features that honestly should be included in lower tiers. It's also frustrating that they lock basic automation features behind the higher-priced plans, forcing you to upgrade even if you only need that one capability. HubSpot Marketing Hub is an incredibly versatile platform that combines ease of use with powerful marketing tools. One of its standout features is the intuitive interface, which makes navigating through complex campaigns feel straightforward—even for those without extensive technical expertise. While HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a comprehensive suite of marketing tools, its pricing structure can be a concern for some businesses. The costs can escalate quickly, especially as your contact list grows or you require more advanced features. For instance, the Professional plan starts at $890 per month for up to 2,000 contacts, with an additional onboarding fee of $3,000. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hubspot really simplifies marketing automation, it is very intuitive and has a great customer service. Their academy section is extremely complete and even though it is a complex tool which includes many different features, it is always easy to find an answer or solution to any problem. Its price would be the biggest downside. If your company is relatively small and you do not have a full-time person dedicated to working the inbound marketing strategy, or work together with an inbound marketing agency, Hubspot prove to be too much for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about HubSpot marketing is the fact that it works really well in trying to align sales and marketing together. It keeps everyone on the same page and the platform easily allows everyone in my organization to check the status on email campaigns, social media posts, contacts last touches etc. Before joining this company who has been using HubSpot for quite some time prior to me joining on (thankfully) it made the transition so easy with HubSpots easy to use features. The CRM is the most user friendly CRM I have used yet. The best part? If you ever get stuck their is a live chat box that you can message in real time with super fast response times. You can't beat that support. On top of its ease of implementation and customer support factors, its also extremely useful in integrating other software systems like excel spreadsheets when creating lists for instance. Recently my sales team came back from one of the biggest expos in our industry and collected an immense amount of leads (I'm talking thousands) and I was able to take the excel spreadsheet they collected this data on and I got it all trasnferred to a contact list, ready tyo be utilized for an email campaign. It turned out great and we made some extremely vlauble business from that project thanks to HubSpots Marketing Hub. HubSpot is something we believe in heavily here at our company and will continue to utilize for years to come. I check my HubSpot frequently. In fact, every morning when I clock in the first thing I do is log on to HubSpot and monitor any of our social media to see if we drove any conversations, gained some reactions etc. and I will do the same with our email campaigns. On top of that I will usually check in monthly if not bi-monthly to analyze the data HuBSpot so easily compiles for you and I will check to see how well our social media accounts are doing and our email campaigns to check the effectiveness and if we are reaching our consumers in the way that we want. This practice has been great for our company as it allows us to fine tune things that aren't working and none of that would be possible if it weren't for HubSpots Marketing Hub. I can't thank the CRM enough for the amount of time and energy it has saved me and helped me become way more efficient and effective in my role! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a marketer with more of a digital media focus/mind I often find myself getting frustrated with one thing in particular on HubSpots Marketing Hub and that is the lack of ability to design in the email portion of HubSpot. I do truly love everything about HubSpot and its Marketing Hub but some times when I am designing emails I have do too much to resize my images so they look smaller in the header or I can't place a video where I please and increase or decrease the size of the video and how it appears on the email. I will say though HubSpot does still give me plenty of options with its plethora of email templates to select from which are extremely diverse and fit any occasion. If I could change one thing on HubSpots Marketing Hub it would have to be to have a little more freedom and flexibility with the design portion of emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using HubSpot for marketing emails, blogs for our website, and CRM, has been incredibly easy. Keeping everything in one location, being able to come back to it and knowing it is kept safe in my HubSpot Marketing Hub has been such a great way to stay on top of my work. I was able to easily sync my email through Microsoft Office 365 with HubSpot, it took only a few steps and an hour or so. Now I am able to send multiple emails and the recipients know it is coming from me. When I need to look up a contact to get5 their information, I go to my HubSpot Marketing Hub. When I need to send or schedule emails with links and ways to track what my contacts are in to, I use my Hubspot Marketing Hub. It is absolutely necessary for me to be able to go back and see what potential customers find useful, and what did not attract their interests in my emails; and with my HubSpot Marketing Hub, I can analyze all of that. Anytime I don't know how to do something, I reach out to the HubSpot team and they are able to help guide me with support that I can follow. I just now found the "Forms" under "Marketing" section and I will find that very helpful. I look forward to using those more, along with all the other handy tools that are available. HubSpot is a managing software that I use everyday and I would be lost without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is so much to my HubSpot Marketing Hub, it really takes time to get used to it all. I have had it for almost a year now and I still am only working in a few areas. There is still so much left to explore! I am looking forward to looking more into the Commerce section. I think it will be very handy to have all of those things in one place in my HubSpot Marketing Hub and I am interested to find out more about it and play around with it a little bit. It really does everything you could ask for and more. Not only does it track your contacts, it also tracks all your sales leads, with financial weight attached so you know how much business you are winning or losing. You then have the ability to generate specific reports to really assist in managing your business through data, not just gut. Its application to run your website so much easier than wordpress especially for smaller updates being completed by a novice. It can also generate and manager email marketing champaigns. It really is the best CRM I've ever used, and it is not overly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does so much, you really need to dive in and start using it. If you limit yourself to just the basic collection of contacts or even job management, then you wont get your values for your money. The task management system isn't the best, but its also not the worst I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HubSpot Marketing Hub stands out for its comprehensive all-in-one approach. The platform excels in marketing automation, making it easy to create sophisticated email campaigns and workflows without needing technical expertise. The CMS and landing page builder are particularly intuitive, offering drag-and-drop functionality that saves considerable time. I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with the CRM, giving us a complete view of our customer journey. The analytics and reporting features provide actionable insights, and the A/B testing capabilities help optimize our campaigns effectively. The template library is extensive, and the SEO tools have significantly improved our content strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve can be steeper for team members who are new to marketing automation platforms, though HubSpot's extensive documentation helps mitigate this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you're wanting to get marketing emails done in an easy way, HubSpot is the way to go. My company is using HubSpot to manage all newsletters, email templates, sign-up forms and it's very easy to do.
The user interface is so easy to understand with so many hint and navigation to make sure that you're not skipping any important steps. On top of that, HubSpot provides the best supports in case you are stuck with something. I often use the knowledge base and would sometimes have a chat with a HubSpot customer service reps to troubleshoot something.
Overall the system is very good: easy to use, great supports, and can do all of your email marketing management in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some features that are not available unless you pay for an upgrade. Things such as adding branches to a form, advanced automation/workflow, and some reporting features. I hope that more of these features can be made readily available in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
