## About HubSpot Marketing Hub
Marketing Hub consolidates marketing tools and customer data into a unified platform, eliminating scattered point solutions and simplifying software management for modern marketing teams. Core Value Proposition: HubSpot's Marketing Hub solves three critical pain points stemming from disconnected software: fragmented customer data, inefficient execution, and wasted time on tool management. Built as part of the HubSpot CRM platform, Marketing Hub keeps customer data central to all marketing activities– enabling sales alignment and clear ROI tracking across the full platform. Key Capabilities: Unified Data Architecture: Marketing Hub stores all marketing tools and customer data on one platform. This eliminates data silos and provides complete customer context for personalized marketing at scale. Time Efficiency: Marketers save time previously spent switching between applications, reconciling data across systems, and troubleshooting integration issues that plague multi-tool marketing stacks. Smart CRM Integration: Because Marketing Hub operates as part of the HubSpot CRM platform rather than as a standalone tool, customer information, interaction history, and engagement data remain accessible within the marketing workflow without manual data transfer. Sales-Marketing Alignment: With the complete HubSpot CRM platform, marketing and sales teams work in alignment. Unified reporting ties marketing activities to revenue, proving ROI. Marketing Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike individual marketing tools requiring manual integration and data transfer, Marketing Hub provides a native connection between email marketing, landing pages, social media management, and data analytics. This eliminates integration complexity and data sync challenges that fragment marketing operations. Marketing Hub delivers powerful capabilities without requiring extensive training, dedicated administrators, or technical implementation teams that complex enterprise platforms demand. Teams can adopt and use the system quickly, focusing on execution rather than software management. Who Should Use Marketing Hub: Marketing Hub serves marketing teams experiencing productivity loss from tool fragmentation, marketers requiring complete customer context for effective personalization, and organizations needing to demonstrate clear marketing ROI. The platform scales from small marketing teams to enterprise organizations without proportional increases in system complexity. Outcome: Marketing Hub enables marketers to save valuable time, provide personalized experiences that attract and convert the right customers at scale, and keep data at the center of everything they do– all while scaling their company, not complexity.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like how HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use; it's like the Apple of CRMs with its well-polished and intuitive UI. The platform's capabilities make it easy to do what I set out to achieve without needing to hire additional help. It has a wide range of features and functionality available all in one place, which I find incredibly valuable. For example, creating user journeys with scheduled social media posts, newsletters, forms, and automated emails is seamless. I can manage everything within one platform and associate them with a campaign, making it easy to execute and review different channel performances in terms of ROI. It helps save time by not having to jump between various platforms. Additionally, the integration with ERP systems and finance systems like Xero is very useful for seamless operations and notifications, like alerting teams when a project's been won or when an invoice is ready. The initial setup was quite simple, from setting branding to configuring workflows. Overall, it's a comprehensive tool that plugs into various systems and consolidates data effectively.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I think the integration with Google Analytics on HubSpot Marketing Hub could be improved. I have to go into the Google Hub to access more detailed information, and it would be nice to have a more seamless integration that offers better insights, like recommended SEO keywords. Right now, the connection isn't as strong as I'd like, and improving this area could really enhance my understanding of our SEO performance.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline communication, ensuring timely, relevant engagement with customers. It consolidates our marketing channels in one place, making it easier to execute campaigns and review performance, saving time and improving our customer interactions.

 ### 2. Clear Lead Source Insights and Customer Journey Tracking in One Place

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

love getting better clarity into where our leads are coming from. tracking those leads and really being able to understand the customer journey is huge for us. It also replace many different softwares and helps me to keep track of everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

the cost can be prohibitive at first. Especially when you go from the starter level package to the professional level. it is a big jump but worth it in my opinion. The only other issue is that the tool can be daunting to learn.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting that clarity on leads and being able to view the full life cycle from a lead coming in and being able to track them all the way through our sales cycle and attributing them properly is huge. We used to just say we brought 10 leads in last week. then we closed 2 two of them. without any real way of knowing where the 2 we closed specifically came from.

 ### 3. Centralized Data Management with Outstanding AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like how HubSpot Marketing Hub brings together all of our data that has historically been segmented and consolidates it in one place. Having this single source of truth makes it much easier to understand how we’re communicating with different segments and whether those messages are landing effectively. I’m also impressed with the AI features—especially the AI assistant—which is one of my favorite improvements HubSpot has introduced over the last five years.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

If anything, I just wish that for the price we were paying, there had been more support during the onboarding process. We ended up paying out of pocket for a third party, and in the end it was well worth it.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our data, which improves communication across teams and enables stronger contact management and segmentation. This helps us build a flywheel effect by converting guests into donors. It also streamlines list building and email sends, making it crucial for keeping the business moving forward. We’re using HubSpot’s out-of-the-box experience, but we’ve integrated our website forms so contacts and companies flow in seamlessly. As a result, our Group Sales performance and output have improved, and we now have much better visibility into our data—leads, leads closed/won/lost, calls, call reasons, and more. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance.

 ### 4. Powerful Audience & Campaign Tools, But an Overwhelming Interface and Limited Design Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave C. | Father, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The access to our entire marketing audience and customers' information and the ability to organize that information quickly and easily is enormously helpful. In addition being able to filter the info as needed to target individuals is also very useful. The tools available to create email campaigns, landing pages and website to easily analyze results is also enormously helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Though efforts are obviously there to simplify, the interface and options can be very overwhelming and confusing. The design features for email, website pages, etc, and in particular for designing mobile formats, is often frustrating and challenging. Given the vast number of website design options out there, I strongly recommend offering a What-You-See-is-What-You-Get type of design interface where the designer can move items around with more design freedom. I also highly recommend providing two design interfaces- one for desktop, one for mobile- so users can design each format independently for what I believe would be much better results that match what the designer is envisioning.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot quickly becomes the "point of truth" where all data/information/market interaction is measured, organized and readily available. Having a centralized tool for all this information is much more efficient than using various, separate 3rd party tools to create, manage, and analyze assets and results.

 ### 5. Easy Navigation, Centralised Data, Powerful Filters, and Great Value in HubSpot Marketing Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas G. | Creative Technologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The ability to navigate easily is the top reason I like HubSpot Marketing Hub. I can find every aspect that I need to watch on the left panel and nested options. I integrate HubSpot in the custom SaaS tools I make for internal use for the marketing and sales team. Going through 1000s of contacts at once quickly using filters make it very convenient to see the data that is relevant for me. HubSpot is also a value for money tool for me as it provides much more value than what I pay for it. Adding users and granting specific access is very easy to handle in HubSpot. I've used Breeze AI that is inside the HubSpot for getting things done super quickly. Whenever I get stuck somewhere, the customer support is always there to help me and provide pinpoint solutions for my need.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I feel like the UI can be improved a bit. As the tool is a well known name in the market, may be it's my personal say and not a general issue. It doesn't impact the results I try to achieve.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scattering of user data is the biggest problem that HubSpot solves for me. Centralized data on HubSpot lets me identify patterns and make better decisions. It has also fixed the issue of User activity tracking for me.

 ### 6. Streamlines Workflows with Robust Features and Easy Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Business Intelligence Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It helps automate and streamline a good amount of our work, and is easy to collaborate through. There is a robust number of features available for what is included in our subscription as well, which helps us experiment with a lot of new things and understand what helps us work best.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The AEO section is a bit confusing to me still, mostly just because it is new. We sometimes have trouble reporting out via the analytics there too, largely because we are not sure what level of depth with website activity is being captured since we don't build our website pages through HubSpot. Having that data fragmented and having to piece it to gether is a bit of a challenge for us.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us streamline a lot of activities and segment our audiences well. Seeing how we appeal to our target audience and how we best grow it has been insightful over the last few years.

 ### 7. Clean, Easy UI with Powerful Sales & Marketing Tools and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pat H. | Senior Technology Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I've used a number of different CRMs and HubSpot has the cleanest, easiest-to-use UIs. It also has powerful tools for managing both the sales and marketing process as a sales professional. It's ability to integrate into a variety of platforms (we tie ZoomInfo, Teams and M365 into it) means that data is collected from all the points that matter to save me time and effort in keeping up with prospect opportunities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I've not run into much that I dislike about HubSpot. For my needs, it checks all of the boxes (and then some as I know there's aspects that I'm not currently using that exist)

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the sales cycle/process as a sales professional. It's ability to tie into our website and track email opens helps a lot from a marketing aspect as well.

 ### 8. Centralized Excellence for CRM Management

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is one organized place where I can have everything in one central hub. It has everything I need, and all the data I require is in one place. I also value being able to see buyer intent, check out campaigns, all of my emails, and track what's going on with social media and even events. The lead scoring feature is really important to me as it lets me know which accounts to prioritize over others. Other marketing analytics are helpful too. The initial setup was very easy and super quick, it couldn't have been easier. I love HubSpot Marketing Hub, it's great.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Everything is great. There's nothing I dislike.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to solve CRM issues by organizing contacts and accounts. It centralizes all data, allows tracking of buyer intent, campaigns, emails, and social media, and provides lead scoring for prioritizing accounts. This hub keeps everything organized in one place.

 ### 9. Powerful GraphQL & UI Extensions That Streamline Complex Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google One Tap using a business email account

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I enjoyed working with the UI extensions and the API, especially GraphQL, because it helps optimize complex workflows. Instead of calling different APIs 10 times, I can get the required data in a single request. I’m also very satisfied with the email constructor. It’s natural to expect some limitations with tools like this, but it’s still very good and highly customizable. HabL was also a great addition to my knowledge base and overall experience. And of course, the AI assistant is highly efficient. It may struggle with more complex situations, but overall it solved about 9/10 prompts quickly. Code-related tasks were handled very efficiently as well.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The documentation feels somewhat outdated, and it seems like a few pieces are missing. This was the most confusing part, especially in development and live-testing sessions of UI extensions.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’d say that Hubspot allows a high level of customization, which helps cover even the smallest business features and specifications. And while developing UI extensions adds complexity and requires more maintenance resources, I’m definitely seeing the benefit of having a well-structured set of features and a solid overall architecture.

 ### 10. Required onboarding never delivered — then locked into a 3-year contract

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The CRM and help desk ticketing work well for basic contact management and support workflows. The interface is clean and the ticket pipeline is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot's own legal catalog and website state that onboarding is "required" for Professional-tier purchases. We signed a 36-month Professional Customer Platform contract in October 2024 covering five Hubs at approximately $14,248/year. Onboarding was never delivered, never charged, and never documented as waived. No implementation specialist was assigned. No customer success owner was transitioned to. In 18 months, proactive outreach to me as the account owner consisted of one mass webinar invite, one third-party audit upsell, and one automated drip sequence. Only 2.2% of our contacts ever received a marketing email. Marketing Hub, Content Hub, and Operations Hub were never activated. When I raised this, three HubSpot employees confirmed in writing that onboarding is "described as a required service." HubSpot refused all contract modifications and offered to sell me discounted onboarding instead.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for basic CRM and help desk ticketing — both of which are available on HubSpot's free tier. We have not been able to realize value from Marketing Hub, Content Hub, or Operations Hub due to the lack of onboarding and customer success support.

 ### 11. Effortless Email Logging and Prospect Insights for Better Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie D. | Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The ability to log emails and get specific information on prospects to use in email campaigns saves me a ton of time doing my own research. Providing me details that will help me connect on a personal level is perfect for salespeople to help establish commonality and likeability immediately.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

We're still early in using Hubspot, but what I see so far is difficulty in porting our current data over and challenges in maintaining the data over the two sales groups that use our system.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot helps me save time with the automated email that sends out marketing promotions and follow up emails, and pings me when a lead is ready to be contacted in person. Hubspot also helps track prospects through the sales cycle which helps me understand where I need to make improvements to my work flow.

 ### 12. Still a great platform, but Mngmt/Support lost their way.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wrote a glowing review for HubSpot many years ago after I had been at first a user, then Partner, and was deeply impressed and very satisfied with the product and especially the support. I am writing a NEW review today based on the experiences of the last few years which have been increasingly BAD. So, while I am still VERY happy with the UI/UX, the ever-growing functionality, integrations, performance, etc., there are other things this review will focus on that are a major source of dissatisfaction and client friction and frustration.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Aside from the ham-fisted "restructure" of the Partner program a few years ago and it's wind-down this year - something that really didn't make any client's life easier, but did let HubSpot retain more of its revenues, a tried and true 1980's "Shareholder Value" approach that has done more to ruin customer service for many of the world's biggest brands than any other "innovation" in the digital age. In addition, the pricing has become a bit schizophrenic, initially making a clear commitment to saying "goodbye" to small businesses as they reached for the Enterprise Golden Ring, but apparently not fully grasping it as they now seem somewhat sheepishly conciliatory and half-interest in the SMB segment again, thought it remains to be seen if they are prepared to support it.

And last but not least, a word on Support. After leaving the Partner program a few years ago, I was still supporting a few sites owned by friends or acquaintances. Last week one had a small emergency trying to get some permissions changed for a new developer they were working with. Long story short, a week had passed before it was resolved, and included being told they sent the request on to another "Internal Support/Verification Team", whose tickets were apparently inaccessible to them. Another follow-up was met with "still waiting on THEM", and a third follow-up (now Day 7) was met with "found an email they were going to send with additional steps but must not have sent it before leaving for the weekend" and fortunately, the person who we reached for that one pulled up the unsent instructions we should have had by Day 2 (at the latest) so we could finish. BUT, when responding to the original ticket, got an immediate response that we need to respond to the conversation with the "Internal Support/Verification Team", of which we did not have one. As of this writing, we STILL don't have resolution. All of this aside....how is it possible that there could be so much disconnect, dysfunction, and user impact by having two separate teams that apparently don't communicate well? I'm VERY upset not just about the time-suck, but the cavalier attitude about it and impact on the client/user. VERY disappointed to see what in many ways, was an entirely predictable decline once they decided to punch upwards into the Enterprise world and now are just paying lip service to the SMB segments.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

For a small or medium business, my advice would be to go "all-in" unless you have some special or unique process you need to maintain online. For any other standard set of online marketing goals, HubSpot is well-equipped to be your "Marketing Engine" that helps you either automate entirely, or massively simplify a set of tasks you need to do to create a lead-generation program that can directly contribute to growing your business.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not really relevant for this review.

 ### 13. Easily Searchable, Effective Client Outreach Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub's AI solves what I'm looking for and addresses customer pain points. I like that everything is easily searchable in one place, like customer escalations or notifications of new features. I find it useful to search customer profiles based on recent interactions, whether it's chat or email, and use their feature requests to inform them about new releases. I appreciate the ease of searching keywords to notify customers about product releases. Setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was very easy, and I received great implementation and speedy responses to my questions.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wish the marketing emails stood out more in regular activities and emails, or if there was a way to check that easily. It would be better if I didn't have to go to the all activities tab and could find it directly within the email tab.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves my search needs, finding account details and customer pain points effortlessly. It centralizes communication, managing customer profiles and marketing emails efficiently. I can also track customer requests and notify them of new feature releases effectively.

 ### 14. Powerful Visibility, Seamless Integrations, and Easy-to-Build Automations in HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love the visibility we get from HubSpot in terms of how're engaging different segments of our market (customers, churned customers, net new prospects, etc.). The integrations with other tools in our stack are immensely valuable. And the automations/workflows capabilities are super robust and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wish there were less of a learning curve with the reporting tools (although they're definitely robust, so it's not all bad). And the email editor can be a bit frustrating to work with - for example, when I paste in copy that I wrote in a document, more often than not the formatting gets messed up.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's bringing our customer data into one place and thus giving us visibility into the impact of our marketing activities, which helps us refine our strategy. It's also saving us a lot of time and bandwidth by allowing us to create automations.

Hubspot is a super user-friendly, intuitive marketing platform. New features roll out quickly, and most integrations are set up in just a few clicks. It’s a bit pricey, but when you look at the overall functionality, it still feels like a clear winner. On top of that, support is fast and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I’d like to see more ad channels added to HubSpot, like Reddit and Bing. Also, some features feel a bit buried deep in the settings and can be hard to find at times, but that’s exactly why I appreciate having the search bar.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to measure our marketing team’s performance across multiple channels, and the platform makes our lives a lot easier.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really appreciate having everything all in one platform with HubSpot Marketing Hub, because it makes it very accessible and easier to find everything I need. It's fantastic for building brand loyalty and offers an easy way to convert more visitors into qualified leads. I find it easier to make cold calls and bring in legitimate businesses for contracts. The initial setup was very easy, and the trial was really good, allowing our entire team to use it now.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It works well overall, but I would like to see more advanced reporting options, greater flexibility in workflow automation, and improved customization for forms. For advanced reporting, I want more flexibility to create highly customized reports that combine data from multiple sources without requiring complex workarounds. For workflow automation, having greater flexibility in building complex logic would be beneficial.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our tools, making everything accessible and easier to find. It boosts brand loyalty and simplifies converting visitors into leads, enhancing client attraction. It eases cold calls and supports my sales team effectively.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

They are misleading their customers

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I don't like HubSpot Marketing Hub at all. I feel there's a problem with misleading communication about the services and features you get with the marketing hub. When I tried to downgrade to a starter package, their support advised me to keep a higher tier package, saying it would allow my whole team to use certain features. This turned out to be incorrect, as only one person could access these features. The support's recommended solution didn't actually work, which was really frustrating. After changing to the new setup, they claimed the combination was impossible unless everyone had a professional seat. They now refer to the original text saying only one could have the professional calling access, which wasn't clear initially. My team can't work as needed, and I'm not getting a response to escalate this or resolve the issue. It's really unacceptable how they handled this by suggesting a non-functional solution and then leaving my team unable to work properly. I need an immediate response and for them to review the support communications thoroughly.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

Consider reviewing the support communication strategies to ensure clarity and accuracy in the information provided to customers.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with contacting new leads and clients.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I love most is that everything is centralized in one place: email marketing, landing pages, automation flows, and analytics, all directly connected to the CRM. This way, I don't have to jump between a bunch of different tools or worry about data desynchronization between platforms. Additionally, the native integration with Sales Hub makes the transition from marketing to sales feel smooth, simple, and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The main drawback is the price. As your contact base grows, the cost increases rapidly, and many of the more advanced features are locked in higher-tier plans. For small teams, it can become expensive quickly, and add-ons like additional reports or dedicated IPs make the bill rise even more.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, workflows go far beyond just sending emails. I use them to automatically update properties, assign leads to the right representative, send internal notifications, and trigger follow-ups without any manual effort. They have taken a huge administrative burden off my shoulders and those of other departments, making our overall process much more consistent because it no longer depends on someone remembering to do it.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Everything is in one place, ease of use for the whole team. We have integrations rolling with Google Sheets, Slack and Sales Navigator. Good value for our whole business with us being able to have good visibility alongside tracking performance on the marketing team. We have a great CSM who checks in regularly and is currently helping us with the AI side of Hubspot mainly the AEO setup - her advice is very valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Nothing much, it is expensive however we have seen value in this. there have been some small issues with email sends in the past however few and far between. It would also be good to have more control over contact engagement

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting good insight into the quality of our data - whether that be from campaign reports or social/email reporting. This then helps us to cleanse and update where needed in order to ensure we are achieving a good conversion on our sales side.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love that it connects to my email and text messages, because it lets me see all the communication I’ve had with a customer in one place. My entire team is able to use the platform all at once. I’ve really enjoyed using HubSpot. One of the biggest benefits for our team is being able to see all of our communication with parents and families in one place. Instead of having to ask a coworker whether they already sent a text, made a call, or followed up about a document, we can quickly look at the contact record and see what’s already been done.

I also really appreciate the reporting and analytics. Being able to see things like our average call length and, especially, our conversion rate from opportunities gives us a much clearer picture of how we’re doing. We’ve had such a positive experience that my coworkers are actively trying to get other teams within our organization to start using HubSpot as well.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The interface is a little bit confusing at first, but you get used to it. I also don't like that it won't pull up automatically who I have a meeting with that day.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows us which areas need to be improved. For example, based on our average call length, we realized we needed to reduce the call time from 45 to 35.

 ### 21. All-in-one marketing that's powerful, if you can afford the tiers

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What's helpful is the consolidation. Having email, landing pages, forms, and contact data in one place means I'm not stitching together separate tools or exporting CSVs to reconcile data. The contact timeline gives me full context on every account before I reach out, which directly improves my outreach quality.

The platform is genuinely fast. Pages and dashboards load without lag even with large contact lists, and the drag-and-drop editor responds in real time, so building a landing page or email workflow takes minutes rather than requiring a designer or developer. I can launch campaigns the same day I plan them.

Onboarding was smoother than expected. The HubSpot Academy resources and guided setup got me running actual campaigns within the first week, and bringing new team members up to speed is fast because the UI is self-explanatory. Support has been responsive whenever I've hit a wall.

The biggest unexpected win has been the workflow automation. Triggered sequences based on contact behavior run reactivation and nurture campaigns without manual follow-up, saving me hours each week and keeping accounts from slipping through the cracks. And the native CRM integration keeps marketing and customer-facing data in sync automatically rather than living in silos.

On ROI, the all-in-one model is worth it once you're using more than two of the hubs, since replacing several point solutions with one platform reduces both cost and the overhead of managing multiple vendors.

That now hits UI/UX, integrations, performance, support/onboarding, and pricing-adjacent value. Adjust anything that doesn't match your real experience.

The AI features have quietly become part of my daily workflow. The content assistant speeds up drafting email copy and subject lines, so I'm starting from a solid first draft instead of a blank page. The predictive lead scoring helps me prioritize which contacts to focus on rather than guessing, and the AI-generated suggestions for send times and subject lines have measurably improved my open rates. It's not flashy, but it removes enough small decisions and busywork that I get through campaign setup noticeably faster.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The main downside is pricing. Costs scale quickly as your contact list grows and as you add hubs or move into higher tiers, and several features I'd consider essential sit behind the more expensive plans, so the jump between tiers can feel steep for a smaller team. There's also a learning curve past the basics. Simple workflows are easy, but advanced automation, custom reports, and conditional logic take real time to figure out, and reporting itself is powerful but rigid. Customizing dashboards beyond the default templates is more limited than I'd like, and pulling a specific cross-object report sometimes means exporting data and finishing the analysis elsewhere.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot solves the fragmentation problem of running marketing across disconnected tools. Before, our contact data, email campaigns, landing pages, and engagement history lived in separate systems that didn't talk to each other, which meant constant manual reconciliation and an incomplete picture of each account. Having everything in one platform gives me a full timeline of every contact's behavior before I reach out, so my outreach is better targeted and I waste less time chasing the wrong accounts. The workflow automation also solves the problem of leads and accounts slipping through the cracks, since triggered sequences handle reactivation and nurture without manual follow-up, which has saved me hours each week and made our pipeline far more consistent.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to build and manage campaigns in one place. Landing pages, forms, email, workflows, contact segmentation, and reporting are all fairly intuitive, which makes it possible to launch and optimize programs quickly without relying heavily on technical resources.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The biggest challenge is managing a limited number of marketing contacts, especially with a one-way sync from Salesforce. It can make contact management more manual and difficult to control.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps centralize our demand generation efforts across email, landing pages, forms, workflows, segmentation, and lead management. It allows me to launch campaigns quickly, automate follow-up, better understand prospect engagement, and connect marketing activity back to our CRM.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub has been exceptional for me. The email automation is a standout - it's intuitive to set up workflows and nurture sequences, and it saves me a lot of time. The reporting and analytics are also excellent, giving me clear visibility into campaign performance so I can make data-driven decisions. Overall it's a powerful, easy-to-use platform that has delivered real value.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The pricing is a bit high, especially as you scale up and add more contacts or features. It would be great to see more flexible or affordable pricing tiers for growing businesses.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me streamline and automate my email marketing campaigns, which saves significant time compared to manual processes. The reporting tools also give me better visibility into what's working, allowing me to optimize campaigns more effectively and make more informed marketing decisions.

HubSpot makes connecting with clients easy and efficient. We have used it to track opportunities, deals and potential clients. We have sent out mailings targeted to specific client sectors. We are exploring using it to track subcontractors for the general contracting side of our business and hope to find a way to leverage its capability.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

So far I haven't found anything that we haven't liked, though still exploring its capabilities.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking clients by sector, tracking deals and opportunities through various stages, keeping in-house employees connected and updated on various projects. Hopefully soon we will be able to find a solution for tracking subcontractors.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like how simple the dashboard is. Everything is in one place, so I can access campaigns quickly, see all the metrics behind them, and find where my assets live without having to log into six different ad accounts.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I don’t like about HubSpot is that it doesn’t have an integration to pull our current spend in real time. I want to be able to access all of these metrics live so I’m not left guessing. I’d also appreciate more support on the onboarding side—when I came back to using it after not being in it for a while, it was definitely a bit difficult to get started.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot has really helped me view all my campaigns in one place. Getting organized used to be a challenge, but the UI makes it pretty simple to see everything I need at a glance and keep it all in one spot.

 ### 26. All-in-One Integration with Easy Workflow Automation

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

All in ine intergration, Workflow automation, and easy to use , contact are tied directly to marketintg activity.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub is powerful, but there are a few things that can be frustrating. The pricing is probably the biggest complaint, it gets expensive very quickly as your contact list grows, and moving up to the Professional or Enterprise tiers to unlock features like custom reporting, workflows, or A/B testing adds a significant jump in cost. The contact-based pricing model also means even old or unengaged contacts can inflate your bill unless you're diligent about cleaning your database. Another common frustration is that some features feel locked behind higher tiers unnecessarily, so smaller teams often find themselves needing to upgrade just to get basic functionality that other tools offer at a lower price point. The reporting and analytics, while decent, can feel limited or clunky when you need more advanced customization, often pushing users toward the Enterprise plan or third-party integrations. Some users also mention that the email builder and templates can feel a bit rigid compared to more flexible design tools, and heavy customization sometimes requires HTML/CSS knowledge. Lastly, because HubSpot bundles so many tools together, the platform can feel a bit bloated or overwhelming for teams that only need a few core features, and the learning curve for fully utilizing everything (workflows, sequences, reporting, etc.) can take time.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub mainly helps us bring everything into one place instead of juggling five different tools for email, landing pages, forms, and contact tracking. Before using it, our marketing and sales data was scattered, so leads would slip through the cracks and it was hard to tell what was actually working. Now everything from a visitor's first click to their email opens and form fills lives on one contact record, which makes it much easier to see the full picture and follow up at the right time. It's also saved us a lot of manual work, things like lead nurturing, follow-up emails, and internal notifications now run on automated workflows instead of someone having to remember to do them by hand. On top of that, the reporting gives us a clearer view of which campaigns are actually driving traffic and conversions, so we're not just guessing where to put our budget. Overall, it's made our marketing feel more organized and data-driven, and it's freed up time that used to go into repetitive tasks so we can focus more on strategy.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about the Marketing Hub is how easy it is to use and how centralized everything feels. It makes it simple to work with contacts, companies, and deals, and to manage database segments, workflows, and reporting all in one place. I also like the automation features, which help streamline repetitive marketing tasks and improve overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The reporting and customization options can be confusing at times, especially when I’m trying to create more detailed reports. A few features also take some time to fully understand, and when I’m working with a large amount of data, the overall management can start to feel complicated.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot helps us keep our marketing data, contacts, campaigns, and automation in one place. I find the Help Desk to be extremely helpful in centralizing the 1:1 communication with our customers. It was easy to set up - with enough options to fit our needs. And from there it has been easy to filter and organize to maintain multiple channels including SMS and chat. We have been able to better segment our customers and respond quickly. I utilize the snippets and find that the user interface is extremely intuitive and allows for quick replies. It is also easy to maintain and add snippets as I go. to best support my team. I like that it can easily connect to the knowledge base, adding even more efficiencies.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

My only complaint is that the interface is constantly evolving and changing. Which I understand is good for the progression of the technology but can make it harder to navigate, especially when key features have moved.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing hub allows for easy communication. As a lifecycle marketer, I am able to track each stage of the lifecycle and easily segment and target communication. I do not rely on a tech team to build email templates and can manage communications from start to finish completely on my own. It

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I love most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how flawlessly it bridges the gap between our marketing campaigns and our CRM. Instead of jumping between isolated email tools, social schedulers, and landing page builders, everything lives under one roof. The native integration gives us a genuine 360-degree view of our customer journey. Our onboarding time for new team members plummeted because the UI is incredibly intuitive compared to older enterprise platforms. It's an investment, but the time saved on data syncing and troubleshooting makes it completely worth it.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

While the entry tiers are affordable, the price jumps drastically as you upgrade to Professional/Enterprise or expand your contact list, leading to "sticker shock" for growing businesses.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem: Many teams juggle separate tools for email marketing, social media scheduling, landing pages, and ad tracking. Data becomes siloed, and you waste hours manually importing/exporting CSV files just to see if a marketing campaign actually led to a sale.
•	The Benefit to You: HubSpot unifies your entire marketing stack on top of a single Smart CRM. The moment a prospect interacts with your brand—whether opening an email, visiting a specific webpage, or downloading a guide—that data is instantly logged to their unified timeline. This cross-channel visibility eliminates data gaps and saves your team hours of tedious administrative work.

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how much it centralizes marketing operations in one place. The workflow automation, segmentation capabilities, email marketing tools make it much easier to scale campaigns while keeping data organised. I also appreciate how flexible the platform is for both marketers and operations teams, especially when combined with custom properties, integrations, and Ops Hub features.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One downside of HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some advanced features can become expensive as your business scales. There are also cases where certain workflow limitations or reporting customizations require workarounds. While the platform is very powerful overall, more flexibility in some areas of automation and data management would make it even better.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems HubSpot solves for us is scaling marketing automation while keeping data organized and actionable. The platform helps streamline segmentation, lead nurturing, lifecycle management, and reporting, which allows the team to focus more on strategy instead of manual processes. It also improves visibility across marketing activities and customer engagement.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

We love the simplicity of the WYSIWYG design elements for landing pages and emails.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It does not integrate with Salesforce CRM as advertised.
We've had serious, recurring problems with HubSpot's native Salesforce integration, and the support experience has been just as frustrating as the bug itself.

Three separate times, the sync has overwritten data in Salesforce, our system of record. The documentation doesn't match how the integration actually behaves, so there was no way to see this coming, and no way to find an answer on our own. We escalated and worked directly with HubSpot's product team. They gave us a fix, we deployed it, and it happened again. At this point, we still cannot effectively sync the two systems.

We've also heard this isn't unique to Salesforce. Other CRMs report similar sync issues, which point to a gap in HubSpot's support and documentation for integration behavior in general, not something specific to our setup.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is on hold until we resolve the sync.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find that the interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub does the job well, and it’s easy to navigate and get to what I want. The dashboards are clean, informative, and make it easy to delve into details on anything I'm interested in. It really saves time as I can build and ship pages, forms, and emails easily, and check performance without the need to export data or wait for reports. If something seems off, I can investigate it, which helps me catch problems early. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the customer support was great.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It's buggy. Editors can be laggy and suffer from weird formatting issues. This makes building emails particularly frustrating, and it's hard to get things to look how you want them to. For example, spacing sometimes looks different in sending/testing vs. in the editor. This has caused problems in the past. Also, sometimes the editor refuses to make something bold or formatted differently for literally no reason. I don't know why the editor is still as bad as it is. **What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps our company's messaging and management centralized. It saves time by making it easy to build and monitor pages, forms, and emails, and lets me quickly investigate any discrepancies to fix issues promptly.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

For the marketing hub, some of the features that I've really enjoyed is how simple the UI/UX is for users to navigate. Building out sequences and emails are a breeze and being able to add personalized tokens makes it easier to connect to customers. The support has been amazing as an Enterprise customer as their support team is extremely knowledgeable and very well informed. We've been able to market and track how our customers interact with our website, facebook, etc. and track our ROI on paid searches.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One of the things that we don't like is that when we're creating a form to send out to our customers, it requires that every single question that we ask is derived from a property. Some of these properties are set up by our internal staff who would know how we should answer certain fields versus our customers answering those same questions which forces us to build arbitrary properties.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the HubSpot problems that we had was that we didn't know how to segment our customers and see what industries they were in to send out effective communications. By being able to use the marketing hub in addition to company insights, we know a lot more about our customers than we did before.

 ### 34. Simple, Intuitive Marketing Platform That Helps You Improve Over Time

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot seems built on the idea that to make marketing effective, the tools you use to manage programs need to be as simple as possible. When I started using HubSpot 15 years ago, it was just as simple as it is today. That simplicity of getting onboarded to the platform and building campaigns has only been improved with the addition of perfectly-timed tooltips (like ones that help you optimize email copy for more clicks). The new AI tools that help you learn new features faster are great, too, because they're not too pushy. It's a platform that invites you to improve as you get comfortable, and you'll see that your campaigns perform better the more comfortable you are with the toolset.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Any CRM has some level of clunkiness, but HubSpot is really easy to adjust to. The only thing I personally dislike are the tier limits. The free tier is powerful but you'll find the ceiling quickly. The Starter tier will get you into more complex marketing but you need to be careful about your Marketing Contacts. I don't recall the limitations on custom properties, but the limits on HTML for email can be frustrating if you are more comfortable building that way. Little things. I always seem to come back to HubSpot after trying other tools.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing - getting me more leads
Integrations - helping me customize forms and user experiences on my website
Content Remix - this is so powerful. Widen your funnel with the content you already have
Automation - the social tools aren't perfect especially at lower tiers, but the workflows and such really help move things through the funnel

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I appreciate the flexibility HubSpot offers.

HubSpot forms allow us to easily collect and manage new and existing contracts. The API allows us to create and update contacts that do not initiate first connection through a form.

Our focus is on automating data entry as much as possible so that our sales team can focus on their customers.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

We use HubSpot marketing tools to send polished emails and alerts to our entire staff, which is over 800 people.

I wish we had a section of the marketing hub that allows for internal communications, with connections to our Active Directory information so that maintaining that type of contact is automated.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are primarily using hubspot marketing to send quarterly newsletters to contacts that have opted into them.

Having this in hubspot gives insight to out sales team

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I’ve had a great experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub because it brings everything together in one place. Rather than juggling separate tools for email, landing pages, forms, automation, and reporting, the whole marketing process stays connected to the CRM, which makes it easier to manage and keep everything aligned.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I dislike:

- Pricing climbs quickly as your contact database grows.
- Some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.
- Custom reporting and attribution take time to learn and set up.
- The automation builder is powerful, but once you’re managing a large number of workflows, it can get hard to keep everything organized without strong governance.
- Design customization for landing pages and emails can feel limiting compared with specialized design tools.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Generates more inbound leads through landing pages, forms, and content.
- Automates repetitive marketing tasks, saving time.
- Nurtures leads with personalized email workflows until they are ready to speak with sales.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I’m able to schedule my emails and check my dashboard to see how everything is performing to date.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It can be a bit confusing at times, because there’s so many features. The workflows built within hubspot can be complicated to understand.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to schedule emails in both HTML and plain text for our email marketing. We also track our marketing reports there to see how our efforts are performing. On top of that, we can see our leads coming into HubSpot, so sales and marketing can follow up, add them to sequences, and keep everything moving forward.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Smart content has been a big unlock for our company to better target our audiences without creating multiple email versions. In general, I appreciate all the analytics we get about emails and their performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

With the volume of emails we send, I find it confusing/difficult to find the correct email campaigns I am looking for. Also, after an email is sent/published, it can be difficult to view the email elements based on the different smart content variations. And the analytics don't provide insight into the performance of the different smart content variations either, to my knowledge.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple email campaigns with differing cadences, audiences, and conditional branching. Getting insight into how emails are performing for our different audiences. It benefits me to understand whether what we're doing with our content and targeting is working, and it makes it easy to test different ideas.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub helps in segmenting our customers, which is crucial for tailoring our strategies. I really appreciate its ability for fine-tuning our content and ensuring everyone gets the right message. The list and segments feature is probably the most valuable one for us. Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub from Mailchimp allowed us to integrate everything, particularly marketing, into one platform, which made perfect sense since we gather a lot of leads. The initial setup was amazingly easy, and we experienced zero friction moving to HubSpot, as it's pretty similar to other tools.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Nothing to share here! We have been loving it!

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps by sending out product updates, segmenting customers, and fine-tuning our content. It integrates marketing activities, consolidating leads and newsletters efficiently.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I particularly like the possibilities offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially how easy it is to click things together, combined with the workflows. These features save a lot of time in creating workflows as well as in everyday business. For example, in our agency case, I am allowed to rewrite the automated follow-up emails for each customer in fulfillment. Through the cloning function, you can quickly and easily rewrite functioning emails and quickly test them with other customers.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Yes, as is generally the case with HubSpot, the combination with other hubs becomes very expensive very quickly. And even if you don't need any additional features, you still have to buy everything. And it doesn't work in the agency case because only one signature is possible. This means that if I want to use automated emails for nurture campaigns, it doesn't work because our signature is included in the emails to customers, even though you can change the email addresses.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate the manual sending of follow-up emails in the sales process, which is helpful for both us and our customers. We save time and are also extremely fast, and it is convenient for fulfillment.

 ### 41. Unified Marketing Powerhouse with Low Learning Curve

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love how HubSpot Marketing Hub replaced like 4 or 5 separate solutions, including email software and social media schedulers. The drag & drop workflow builder makes it easy to visually map out lead nurturing, and we can automate drip campaigns and lead scoring without needing developers or code. The learning curve is very low, which is a huge plus, and HubSpot's account team is very helpful. Additionally, the platform provides a single source of truth with automated lead scoring and nurturing, transparent contact histories, and seamless attribution reporting. The ease of use and price were big factors in switching from Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

While the out of the box dashboards are clean, I don't love the custom report building. When it comes to deep attribution modeling, multi-touch analytics, and cross-object reporting, it requires upgrading to expensive higher tiers or exporting data to other tools.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solved our fragmented data issue and disconnected marketing-to-sales handoff, providing a single source of truth. It automates lead scoring, nurturing, and offers transparent contact histories, with seamless attribution reporting, all while replacing multiple separate solutions with an easy learning curve.

 ### 42. All-in-One HubSpot CRM with Powerful Automation and Easy Email Building

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google One Tap using a business email account

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The all-in-one nature of it; HubSpot really is a one-stop CRM shop, and it integrates with the other tools I was already using. A few things I keep coming back to: 1) Email builder: genuinely easy to use., drag-and-drop interface, I can put together a clean, on-brand email in minutes without needing a designer or developer. 2) The automation is the right kind of flexible. Creating workflows (welcome emails, list triggers, internal notifications) are self-explanatory and I can set them up in a few clicks, but when you need to build something more complex like a multi-touch nurture sequence with branching logic, it handles that just as well. It's just powerful! 3) The tracking URL builder is a hidden gem! It works like Google's UTM builder, but the analytics flow directly into HubSpot, so I can attribute traffic from socials, blog posts, paid campaigns, and our website in one place, and tie it back to campaigns and contacts. It makes measuring marketing performance so much cleaner.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The learning curve is steep at the start. There's so much packed into HubSpot that it can feel overwhelming in the first few weeks. Permissions and assignment levels get tedious. There are a lot of layers to toggle on or off for each user, and when you're working with several contractors who each need slightly different access, managing all those permission settings becomes a chore. I'd love a simpler way to apply role templates or bulk-edit access across teammates. The social posting scheduler has been unreliable. Every now and then a scheduled post just doesn't publish, with no clear reason or warning. It's not constant, but it's frequent enough that I've stopped fully trusting it and end up double-checking posts manually, which kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling. None of these are deal-breakers, but they're the friction points for me personally.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before HubSpot, our marketing stack was scattered across multiple tools. E.g.: one platform for email, another for analytics, a separate link tracker, a spreadsheet to keep tabs on contacts. HubSpot consolidates all of that into one place, which has solved a few big problems: 1) Fragmented data and attribution --now we can see which channels driving traffic and leads. 2) Disconnected sales and marketing. Because it's a full CRM, the marketing activity we run is automatically funnels leads to the sales side. That alignment has made handoffs cleaner and made it easier to measure marketing's real contribution to pipeline.

 ### 43. Fast, Reliable, and Intuitive: HubSpot Marketing Hub Makes Campaigns Easy

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its strong performance and intuitive UI. The platform is fast, reliable, and easy to navigate, which makes managing campaigns, tracking customer interactions, and finding important data much more efficient. I also like how organized the dashboard is, since it keeps everything accessible without feeling overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing I dislike is that some advanced features are locked behind more expensive plans, which can be frustrating for smaller teams. Certain reports and customization options also have a bit of a learning curve and could be more streamlined.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our support team manage customer communication and onboarding more efficiently by keeping conversations, follow-ups, and customer activity organized in one place. The intuitive interface makes it easy to track onboarding progress, respond quickly to questions, and ensure customers have a smoother experience from the start. The automation features also reduce repetitive tasks, allowing the team to focus more on customer support and relationship building.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Hubspot allows our team to remain consistent in our collection of data. The interface is easy for employees who are tech savvy or just getting used to integration and automation. The software makes our targeted outreach simple and clean. We find our customers appreciate our reliable follow through because we are able to document and task each step of the way.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The training videos created to help with onboarding show some outdated versions of the software. I was able to find the correct path to find the same features but that is worth updating.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot's integrations with our calendars, emails, etc keep everyone on the same page. It helps us truly use our time effectively which results in better sales and better return on our investments. The tasks feature allows for speedy turnaround time in booking our ads for clients.

 ### 45. Great Data Management but Needs Speed Improvement

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the capabilities of HubSpot Marketing Hub for hosting historical data, whether that's through the emails connecting and showing in the system or the ability to have all prior attachments tied to specific companies or deals. It's so helpful to be able to go in and get background info on clients and situations, as well as past deals and potential & completed sales.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find the platform to be extremely slow, which at times can cause frustration. Additionally, I do not like that you can't reassign a ticket after you create it to follow properly. For example, if my boss submits a ticket about an issue one of my clients is having, it's on me to keep up with the ticket and its progress and updates. While I can 'follow' the ticket, it does not tie it to me as the creator, so it will not show up in my tickets page using my 'My Open Tickets' filter because I did not originally create it. This makes it harder to keep track and stay on top of it. I would love if that could be updated.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub gives us a clean way to store client data and organize tickets, but its slowness can be frustrating. I also dislike that I can't reassign tickets once created, making it hard to track them accurately.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it brings everything into one place. It makes managing campaigns, customer data, and communication very simple without switching tools.

The automation is very helpful. You can set up workflows for emails, follow-ups, and nurturing leads, which saves a lot of manual effort.

I also like the reporting and analytics. It clearly shows what is working and what is not, so decisions become easier and more data-driven.

Overall, it helps in creating a more structured and consistent marketing process while improving customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing that can be challenging with HubSpot Marketing Hub is the pricing. As you scale or need advanced features, it can become quite expensive for growing teams.

The platform can also feel a bit complex at the beginning. There is a learning curve, especially when setting up workflows or advanced automation.

Sometimes, customization options can feel limited for very specific use cases, and you may need workarounds.

Also, support response time can vary at times, which can slow things down when you are facing urgent issues.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the problem of scattered marketing efforts. Earlier, managing campaigns, leads, and communication across different tools was difficult, but now everything is in one place.
It also solves the issue of inconsistent follow-ups. With automation, we can nurture leads and engage customers at the right time without manual effort.
Another big benefit is visibility. The analytics and reporting help us clearly understand campaign performance, which improves decision-making.
Overall, it saves time, improves efficiency, and helps us create a more structured and effective marketing process.

I like HubSpot Marketing Hub because it has an easy-to-understand display and I was able to start using it easily from day one. I appreciate the dashboard for tracking, which is my favorite feature. It helps me stay organized during my workday and keep track of my colleagues as well as my own assignments. I would recommend it to other companies or my own business. We track everyone's performance through the HubSpot dashboard, and overall, the initial setup was very easy as I learned to use it on the first day.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I guess maybe the font could be a little bit larger for some parts of it.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for better tracking of customers and sales and to keep better track of employee performance. The dashboard helps me stay organized and track assignments.

HubSpot makes securing leads incredibly easy and really tracks everything I need to do to stay on top of my leads, particularly with the documentation and follow-up tasks. The 3rd party integrations are fantastic and increase productivity significantly. HubSpot has made my daily customer engagement simple and easy. I am much more productive using HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

There is a small lag between the time I enter information and the time it is available on screen.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before HubSpot I had to go searching for nurturing emails and connect the dots - this wasn't easy. Now, with HubSpot, I can allow our Marketing Team develop content that is relevant, timely and gets subscribers to raise their hand when they want to be contacted. This is a much more efficient and smoother process and allows me to totally focus on outbound engagement.

What's most helpful is the native functionalities given to you upfront to begin building from. It's straight forward to find different objects but that can also be a problem depending on size of companies and customized wants.
Integrations are fair. Because of the limits in integrating data talking between softwares, I dont love the depth of it.
Never had a problem with performance. It's always worked.
Pricing structure as it feels you can be nickel and dimed as you get deeper into building an established database.
Support is great. Never had a problem there aside from features just not being available or too pricey.
AI is alright.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how advanced it is in terms of the amount of tools it can integrate with. There is definitely a learning curve but once you start unlocking more and more knowledge and getting comfortable with the system it becomes easy to use. The platform is very fast and has a wide variety of tools you can use to really get the most out of your subscription. Support was very helpful in getting us onboarded.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The pricing structure is frustrating. Costs rise quickly as you start adding more contacts which honestly feels like a tax on success, and its specially frustrating to have basic features that could be expected in the lower/basic pricing tiers up in the higher pricing tiers. I also found the landing page builder to be too simple, lacking in customization features.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**
