## About HubSpot Marketing Hub
Marketing Hub consolidates marketing tools and customer data into a unified platform, eliminating scattered point solutions and simplifying software management for modern marketing teams. Core Value Proposition: HubSpot's Marketing Hub solves three critical pain points stemming from disconnected software: fragmented customer data, inefficient execution, and wasted time on tool management. Built as part of the HubSpot CRM platform, Marketing Hub keeps customer data central to all marketing activities– enabling sales alignment and clear ROI tracking across the full platform. Key Capabilities: Unified Data Architecture: Marketing Hub stores all marketing tools and customer data on one platform. This eliminates data silos and provides complete customer context for personalized marketing at scale. Time Efficiency: Marketers save time previously spent switching between applications, reconciling data across systems, and troubleshooting integration issues that plague multi-tool marketing stacks. Smart CRM Integration: Because Marketing Hub operates as part of the HubSpot CRM platform rather than as a standalone tool, customer information, interaction history, and engagement data remain accessible within the marketing workflow without manual data transfer. Sales-Marketing Alignment: With the complete HubSpot CRM platform, marketing and sales teams work in alignment. Unified reporting ties marketing activities to revenue, proving ROI. Marketing Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike individual marketing tools requiring manual integration and data transfer, Marketing Hub provides a native connection between email marketing, landing pages, social media management, and data analytics. This eliminates integration complexity and data sync challenges that fragment marketing operations. Marketing Hub delivers powerful capabilities without requiring extensive training, dedicated administrators, or technical implementation teams that complex enterprise platforms demand. Teams can adopt and use the system quickly, focusing on execution rather than software management. Who Should Use Marketing Hub: Marketing Hub serves marketing teams experiencing productivity loss from tool fragmentation, marketers requiring complete customer context for effective personalization, and organizations needing to demonstrate clear marketing ROI. The platform scales from small marketing teams to enterprise organizations without proportional increases in system complexity. Outcome: Marketing Hub enables marketers to save valuable time, provide personalized experiences that attract and convert the right customers at scale, and keep data at the center of everything they do– all while scaling their company, not complexity.

 ### 1. True All-in-One Marketing Hub with Intuitive Workflows and Clean CRM Attribution

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The all-in-one nature is the biggest win for me. Email, workflows, forms, landing pages, and reporting all live in one place, so I'm not stitching together five different tools or fighting integrations. The workflow builder is intuitive enough that I can spin up nurture sequences quickly, and having marketing activity tied directly to CRM records makes attribution and sales handoff way cleaner. List segmentation is also flexible and easy to keep organized as contact volume

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

"The pricing tiers get steep fast, and a lot of the features you actually want, like advanced reporting and automation, are locked behind higher plans. Contact-based pricing can also punish you as your database grows, even if many of those contacts aren't actively marketed to. Beyond cost, some of the reporting customization feels limited compared to dedicated analytics tools, and the email editor can be rigid when you want more design control without touching custom modules."

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the fragmentation problem. Before, campaign execution, lead capture, email, and reporting lived in separate tools that never talked to each other cleanly. Now everything runs from one platform, so I can build a landing page, route leads into a nurture workflow, and track performance without exporting data or duct-taping integrations. The biggest benefit is visibility: marketing touches are tied to contact records, so I can see what's actually driving pipeline and prove ROI. It also saves real time on repetitive work, since automation handles follow-ups and lead routing that used to be manual."

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uso HubSpot Marketing Hub para planificar campañas, automatizar marketing y lead scoring, lo que ayuda a nuestro equipo a priorizar leads y alinear marketing y ventas en conversiones.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love the ease and simplicity about HubSpot Marketing Hub. It does not take long to learn your way around and it has great features that bring value and business to your brand.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The only thing that I would appreciate in the future is maybe a multiple editor option (similar to Google Drive) to see who is looking at and editing email campaigns and it saving simultaneously. It can get frustrating when you are making your own edits and changes to a draft but someone has the email open on one of their tabs and you get kicked out with none of your changes saved.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

HubSpot Marketing Hub can help even those in the most niche industries. It helps you create and manage digital campaigns and provides helpful analytics. Without HubSpot Marketing Hub, I don't believe our company would be able to reach its KPIs.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create, track, and monitor our marketing campaigns, grow our reach and engage with our customers on a more personalized level. Email is one of the leading performers that is bringing a lot of attributed revenue and traffic to our site. We can build awareness and reach with our HubSpot Marketing Hub, in addition, to knowing where exactly our users are coming from and how they interacted with us. We have been able to successfully automate customer journeys and nurture our leads to become valued customers.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like how HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use; it's like the Apple of CRMs with its well-polished and intuitive UI. The platform's capabilities make it easy to do what I set out to achieve without needing to hire additional help. It has a wide range of features and functionality available all in one place, which I find incredibly valuable. For example, creating user journeys with scheduled social media posts, newsletters, forms, and automated emails is seamless. I can manage everything within one platform and associate them with a campaign, making it easy to execute and review different channel performances in terms of ROI. It helps save time by not having to jump between various platforms. Additionally, the integration with ERP systems and finance systems like Xero is very useful for seamless operations and notifications, like alerting teams when a project's been won or when an invoice is ready. The initial setup was quite simple, from setting branding to configuring workflows. Overall, it's a comprehensive tool that plugs into various systems and consolidates data effectively.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I think the integration with Google Analytics on HubSpot Marketing Hub could be improved. I have to go into the Google Hub to access more detailed information, and it would be nice to have a more seamless integration that offers better insights, like recommended SEO keywords. Right now, the connection isn't as strong as I'd like, and improving this area could really enhance my understanding of our SEO performance.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline communication, ensuring timely, relevant engagement with customers. It consolidates our marketing channels in one place, making it easier to execute campaigns and review performance, saving time and improving our customer interactions.

 ### 5. Clear Lead Source Insights and Customer Journey Tracking in One Place

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

love getting better clarity into where our leads are coming from. tracking those leads and really being able to understand the customer journey is huge for us. It also replace many different softwares and helps me to keep track of everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

the cost can be prohibitive at first. Especially when you go from the starter level package to the professional level. it is a big jump but worth it in my opinion. The only other issue is that the tool can be daunting to learn.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting that clarity on leads and being able to view the full life cycle from a lead coming in and being able to track them all the way through our sales cycle and attributing them properly is huge. We used to just say we brought 10 leads in last week. then we closed 2 two of them. without any real way of knowing where the 2 we closed specifically came from.

 ### 6. With Hubspot, all Things are Possible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

In a word: automation. As a marketing team of one, I lean HEAVILY on Workflows, scheduling emails & social posts, and meeting links. The updates to the CMS add-on also make it so easy for someone who has ZERO experience creating web pages to create pretty snazzy-looking ones.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Marketing email is a bit of a sticking point. We very often run into issues where unengaged contacts are not receiving important emails. I know there are strategies for re-engagement (and we plan on exploring them), but it would be awesome if there were re-engagement tools baked into Marketing Pro.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead nurturing comes to mind. We have streamlined the lead assigning process when someone converts through our site, which allows our salespeople to get in front of prospects faster, and takes some of the workload off their plate so that they can focus on prospecting.

 ### 7. Marketing Studio Keeps All Assets and Campaign Performance Details in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the marketing studio and being able to review my marketing assets in one place. The performance area of the campaign also gives me all the details I need.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I don't like about the marketing hub is the consistency of the UX across the different tools. In segments I can do a folder filing set up but once move over to forms I can't organize it the same way. It would make more sense of the file/folder set up was consistent across all the tools.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The marketing hub makes it easy for me to view analytics across multiple channels and assets in one place. Before, landing pages, social posts, and emails were all in different places, which made it harder to pull everything together. Now I can review campaign results more efficiently and share the information with my team.

 ### 8. Centralized Data Management with Outstanding AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason N. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like how HubSpot Marketing Hub brings together all of our data that has historically been segmented and consolidates it in one place. Having this single source of truth makes it much easier to understand how we’re communicating with different segments and whether those messages are landing effectively. I’m also impressed with the AI features—especially the AI assistant—which is one of my favorite improvements HubSpot has introduced over the last five years.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

If anything, I just wish that for the price we were paying, there had been more support during the onboarding process. We ended up paying out of pocket for a third party, and in the end it was well worth it.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our data, which improves communication across teams and enables stronger contact management and segmentation. This helps us build a flywheel effect by converting guests into donors. It also streamlines list building and email sends, making it crucial for keeping the business moving forward. We’re using HubSpot’s out-of-the-box experience, but we’ve integrated our website forms so contacts and companies flow in seamlessly. As a result, our Group Sales performance and output have improved, and we now have much better visibility into our data—leads, leads closed/won/lost, calls, call reasons, and more. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance.

 ### 9. Powerful Audience & Campaign Tools, But an Overwhelming Interface and Limited Design Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave C. | Father, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The access to our entire marketing audience and customers' information and the ability to organize that information quickly and easily is enormously helpful. In addition being able to filter the info as needed to target individuals is also very useful. The tools available to create email campaigns, landing pages and website to easily analyze results is also enormously helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Though efforts are obviously there to simplify, the interface and options can be very overwhelming and confusing. The design features for email, website pages, etc, and in particular for designing mobile formats, is often frustrating and challenging. Given the vast number of website design options out there, I strongly recommend offering a What-You-See-is-What-You-Get type of design interface where the designer can move items around with more design freedom. I also highly recommend providing two design interfaces- one for desktop, one for mobile- so users can design each format independently for what I believe would be much better results that match what the designer is envisioning.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot quickly becomes the "point of truth" where all data/information/market interaction is measured, organized and readily available. Having a centralized tool for all this information is much more efficient than using various, separate 3rd party tools to create, manage, and analyze assets and results.

 ### 10. Easy Navigation, Centralised Data, Powerful Filters, and Great Value in HubSpot Marketing Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas G. | Creative Technologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The ability to navigate easily is the top reason I like HubSpot Marketing Hub. I can find every aspect that I need to watch on the left panel and nested options. I integrate HubSpot in the custom SaaS tools I make for internal use for the marketing and sales team. Going through 1000s of contacts at once quickly using filters make it very convenient to see the data that is relevant for me. HubSpot is also a value for money tool for me as it provides much more value than what I pay for it. Adding users and granting specific access is very easy to handle in HubSpot. I've used Breeze AI that is inside the HubSpot for getting things done super quickly. Whenever I get stuck somewhere, the customer support is always there to help me and provide pinpoint solutions for my need.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I feel like the UI can be improved a bit. As the tool is a well known name in the market, may be it's my personal say and not a general issue. It doesn't impact the results I try to achieve.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scattering of user data is the biggest problem that HubSpot solves for me. Centralized data on HubSpot lets me identify patterns and make better decisions. It has also fixed the issue of User activity tracking for me.

 ### 11. Streamlines Workflows with Robust Features and Easy Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Business Intelligence Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It helps automate and streamline a good amount of our work, and is easy to collaborate through. There is a robust number of features available for what is included in our subscription as well, which helps us experiment with a lot of new things and understand what helps us work best.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The AEO section is a bit confusing to me still, mostly just because it is new. We sometimes have trouble reporting out via the analytics there too, largely because we are not sure what level of depth with website activity is being captured since we don't build our website pages through HubSpot. Having that data fragmented and having to piece it to gether is a bit of a challenge for us.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us streamline a lot of activities and segment our audiences well. Seeing how we appeal to our target audience and how we best grow it has been insightful over the last few years.

 ### 12. Clean, Easy UI with Powerful Sales & Marketing Tools and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pat H. | Senior Technology Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I've used a number of different CRMs and HubSpot has the cleanest, easiest-to-use UIs. It also has powerful tools for managing both the sales and marketing process as a sales professional. It's ability to integrate into a variety of platforms (we tie ZoomInfo, Teams and M365 into it) means that data is collected from all the points that matter to save me time and effort in keeping up with prospect opportunities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I've not run into much that I dislike about HubSpot. For my needs, it checks all of the boxes (and then some as I know there's aspects that I'm not currently using that exist)

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the sales cycle/process as a sales professional. It's ability to tie into our website and track email opens helps a lot from a marketing aspect as well.

 ### 13. Centralized Excellence for CRM Management

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is one organized place where I can have everything in one central hub. It has everything I need, and all the data I require is in one place. I also value being able to see buyer intent, check out campaigns, all of my emails, and track what's going on with social media and even events. The lead scoring feature is really important to me as it lets me know which accounts to prioritize over others. Other marketing analytics are helpful too. The initial setup was very easy and super quick, it couldn't have been easier. I love HubSpot Marketing Hub, it's great.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Everything is great. There's nothing I dislike.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to solve CRM issues by organizing contacts and accounts. It centralizes all data, allows tracking of buyer intent, campaigns, emails, and social media, and provides lead scoring for prioritizing accounts. This hub keeps everything organized in one place.

 ### 14. Powerful GraphQL & UI Extensions That Streamline Complex Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google One Tap using a business email account

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I enjoyed working with the UI extensions and the API, especially GraphQL, because it helps optimize complex workflows. Instead of calling different APIs 10 times, I can get the required data in a single request. I’m also very satisfied with the email constructor. It’s natural to expect some limitations with tools like this, but it’s still very good and highly customizable. HabL was also a great addition to my knowledge base and overall experience. And of course, the AI assistant is highly efficient. It may struggle with more complex situations, but overall it solved about 9/10 prompts quickly. Code-related tasks were handled very efficiently as well.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The documentation feels somewhat outdated, and it seems like a few pieces are missing. This was the most confusing part, especially in development and live-testing sessions of UI extensions.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’d say that Hubspot allows a high level of customization, which helps cover even the smallest business features and specifications. And while developing UI extensions adds complexity and requires more maintenance resources, I’m definitely seeing the benefit of having a well-structured set of features and a solid overall architecture.

 ### 15. Required onboarding never delivered — then locked into a 3-year contract

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The CRM and help desk ticketing work well for basic contact management and support workflows. The interface is clean and the ticket pipeline is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot's own legal catalog and website state that onboarding is "required" for Professional-tier purchases. We signed a 36-month Professional Customer Platform contract in October 2024 covering five Hubs at approximately $14,248/year. Onboarding was never delivered, never charged, and never documented as waived. No implementation specialist was assigned. No customer success owner was transitioned to. In 18 months, proactive outreach to me as the account owner consisted of one mass webinar invite, one third-party audit upsell, and one automated drip sequence. Only 2.2% of our contacts ever received a marketing email. Marketing Hub, Content Hub, and Operations Hub were never activated. When I raised this, three HubSpot employees confirmed in writing that onboarding is "described as a required service." HubSpot refused all contract modifications and offered to sell me discounted onboarding instead.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for basic CRM and help desk ticketing — both of which are available on HubSpot's free tier. We have not been able to realize value from Marketing Hub, Content Hub, or Operations Hub due to the lack of onboarding and customer success support.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The ability to log emails and get specific information on prospects to use in email campaigns saves me a ton of time doing my own research. Providing me details that will help me connect on a personal level is perfect for salespeople to help establish commonality and likeability immediately.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

We're still early in using Hubspot, but what I see so far is difficulty in porting our current data over and challenges in maintaining the data over the two sales groups that use our system.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot helps me save time with the automated email that sends out marketing promotions and follow up emails, and pings me when a lead is ready to be contacted in person. Hubspot also helps track prospects through the sales cycle which helps me understand where I need to make improvements to my work flow.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wrote a glowing review for HubSpot many years ago after I had been at first a user, then Partner, and was deeply impressed and very satisfied with the product and especially the support. I am writing a NEW review today based on the experiences of the last few years which have been increasingly BAD. So, while I am still VERY happy with the UI/UX, the ever-growing functionality, integrations, performance, etc., there are other things this review will focus on that are a major source of dissatisfaction and client friction and frustration.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Aside from the ham-fisted "restructure" of the Partner program a few years ago and it's wind-down this year - something that really didn't make any client's life easier, but did let HubSpot retain more of its revenues, a tried and true 1980's "Shareholder Value" approach that has done more to ruin customer service for many of the world's biggest brands than any other "innovation" in the digital age. In addition, the pricing has become a bit schizophrenic, initially making a clear commitment to saying "goodbye" to small businesses as they reached for the Enterprise Golden Ring, but apparently not fully grasping it as they now seem somewhat sheepishly conciliatory and half-interest in the SMB segment again, thought it remains to be seen if they are prepared to support it.

And last but not least, a word on Support. After leaving the Partner program a few years ago, I was still supporting a few sites owned by friends or acquaintances. Last week one had a small emergency trying to get some permissions changed for a new developer they were working with. Long story short, a week had passed before it was resolved, and included being told they sent the request on to another "Internal Support/Verification Team", whose tickets were apparently inaccessible to them. Another follow-up was met with "still waiting on THEM", and a third follow-up (now Day 7) was met with "found an email they were going to send with additional steps but must not have sent it before leaving for the weekend" and fortunately, the person who we reached for that one pulled up the unsent instructions we should have had by Day 2 (at the latest) so we could finish. BUT, when responding to the original ticket, got an immediate response that we need to respond to the conversation with the "Internal Support/Verification Team", of which we did not have one. As of this writing, we STILL don't have resolution. All of this aside....how is it possible that there could be so much disconnect, dysfunction, and user impact by having two separate teams that apparently don't communicate well? I'm VERY upset not just about the time-suck, but the cavalier attitude about it and impact on the client/user. VERY disappointed to see what in many ways, was an entirely predictable decline once they decided to punch upwards into the Enterprise world and now are just paying lip service to the SMB segments.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

For a small or medium business, my advice would be to go "all-in" unless you have some special or unique process you need to maintain online. For any other standard set of online marketing goals, HubSpot is well-equipped to be your "Marketing Engine" that helps you either automate entirely, or massively simplify a set of tasks you need to do to create a lead-generation program that can directly contribute to growing your business.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love how intuitive and simple HubSpot Marketing Hub is. It's easy to use and enables anyone to perform tasks effectively. I also appreciate Breeze's assistant, which helps me whenever I get stuck. The marketing studio and campaigns feature is a standout for me. It allows our marketers to operate independently and provides a wealth of data to inform decisions on future campaigns. I really value the all-in-one nature of the marketing studio, making it a one-stop shop for our marketing needs. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly easy, and I could do it all myself without any significant issues.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I do think there's things regarding attribution that could be improved. It is not always reliable, especially if operations aren't flowing the way we want them to. So I think seeing improvements on that as well as AI layers that are not super efficient or operational. We wanna be able to see the campaign studio be our marketing studio campaigns be operationalized. And it feels like that's hard to do at this point. I think it all comes down to operationalizing things so that attribution works every time and AI isn't throwing in confusing and nuanced and bespoke layers of thinking that break the operations that we have set in place.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves our problems with marketing automation and ensures the right information reaches people based on their interests and interactions.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to turn account-level insights into action. From an ABX perspective, having marketing activity, engagement data, segmentation, personalization and reporting connected in one platform makes it much easier to build targeted experiences and understand how those efforts are influencing the customer journey and pipeline. I also really like the flexibility of the automation and workflows because they allow me to scale personalized campaigns without having to manually manage every touchpoint.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I don’t like that landing pages can’t be customized based on a visitor’s domain or target account.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the challenge of having account data, marketing engagement and campaign execution spread across different tools. Having these capabilities more connected makes it easier for me to identify and segment target accounts, personalize campaigns, automate follow-up and understand engagement throughout the buying journey. It ultimately saves me time, makes our ABX programs more scalable and gives me better visibility into how marketing activity is contributing to pipeline.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like how easy and intuitive it is to onboard new employees with HubSpot Marketing Hub. The AI features are becoming more advanced, which helps with our segmentation efforts and sends custom emails to the right prospects. The drag and drop templates are straightforward to use, even for someone who may not be a tech expert. I find that the AI is also very helpful in normalizing various datasets to identify the right audience for our email marketing and speeds up leveraging different dataset properties across custom objects.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find the advanced reporting from campaigns to be lacking, especially when it comes to carrying forward attribution from specific marketing touchpoints from lead to deal closure. Also, the initial setup was difficult due to the need to break down old architecture and rebuild with new architecture because of managing multiple clubs.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to segment our members and prospects for campaigns, which helps send custom emails to the right audience. The AI features speed up leveraging numerous datasets for effective email marketing.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like how easy it is to use as a nontechnical person. Scoring based on activity and ICP has been revolutionary for us being able to identify the hottest leads and who to follow-up with. We actually had no outbound sales follow-up based on marketing engagement before we implemented HubSpot Marketing Hub, and now we're able to identify the most engaged leads and direct them to an outbound salesperson for immediate follow-up, making the greatest impact. By identifying who's most engaged and what they're engaged in, we're able to streamline sending that contact to outbound sales, and then follow-up based on something relevant that they've been engaged with. Switching from Active Campaign to HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a huge improvement from an intelligence standpoint. Actually using HubSpot as a tool has been relatively easy, despite some challenges integrating with Microsoft Dynamics.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Building landing pages through HubSpot is not connected to our main site, which is based on WordPress. That has been a challenge for us.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us identify MQLs and ICP-driven leads, improving lead generation and enabling outbound sales to do immediate follow-ups. It streamlines life cycle navigation and is easy for non-technical users to use.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really appreciate the UI's ease of use with HubSpot Marketing Hub. The new features coming along with AI agents are also exciting. These AI agents are game-changers because they help create content quickly based on our actions and insights. It's nice knowing everything aligns with our brand and voice without waiting for a content writer. This setup really emphasizes time savings, allowing us to spend more time building customer relationships.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I think an MCP library or having a custom MCP on the pro level would really help. It would be amazing if these were even available at a starter level. This could unlock certain features and make the democratization of agents a lot better. It would be great to talk to things in different assets more quickly and have an integrated system. Also, getting more contextual data would be helpful.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save time with HubSpot Marketing Hub and get an all-in-one view, encouraging my team to optimize metrics while using AI agents to enhance customer relationships.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really enjoy using HubSpot Marketing Hub. From a marketer’s perspective, it makes it much easier to manage campaigns, automate repetitive tasks, and keep everything organized in one place. The platform is intuitive, and I don’t feel like I need to be overly technical to get value from it.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Can be overwhelming at first. HubSpot offers so many features that it can take some time to learn where everything is and how the different tools work together.
Advanced features definitely have a learning curve. While the basic marketing tools are fairly intuitive, some of the more advanced automation, reporting, and customization features require more time to learn.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me streamline campaign execution by allowing me to manage email marketing, forms, landing pages, segmentation, lead nurturing, and automation in one place. This reduces the need to rely on multiple disconnected tools and makes it easier to create consistent, personalized experiences for prospects and customers.

Another major benefit is automation. HubSpot allows me to automate repetitive marketing tasks and nurture leads based on their behavior and engagement.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The marketing hub keeps most, if not all of our marketing efforts in one place. We automate a lot of our marketing processes such as email, social media, and workflows. We also use Hubspot to manage our social media - we are able to schedule posts in advance, clone unpublished/published posts, and connect several accounts for each channel. The Social Analytics dashboard is very user-friendly and allows us to see current data as well as compared to past data performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Chatflows, I've struggled with getting our chat flows in Hubspot just right. I find them to be too aggressive.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the hub, we are able to easily and clearly see which website pages are most viewed, gain the most interactions, time spent on-page, and bounces. Their dashboards are more user-friendly than Google Analytics. We also have utilized the campaign feature in Hubspot - our campaigns set-up in HubSpot can be a combination of emails, website pages, landing pages, forms, CTAs, social posts, etc. We have the capability to see a summary of how a campaign is performing or we can drill down into each channel/piece of the campaign.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub has streamlined how we attract and engage prospects. From email campaigns and landing pages to social media and automation, everything living in one platform. The ability to track performance and tie marketing efforts directly to pipeline impact has made our campaigns smarter, more efficient and easier to scale.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The only drawback is the lack of flexibility in ad hoc add-ons without being an enterprise customer. More ad hoc options would make it even more powerful, and maybe even upsell us on additional solutions.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MarketingHub helps us solve some of our biggest marketing challenges. It eliminates data silos, with a one-stop shop, making it easier to see what's working. Automation reduces manual tasks and improves lead nurturing, while clear dashboards tie our efforts directly to revenue. Most importantly, it gives us visibility across the funnel so marketing, sales, and leadership can stay aligned and act on insights faster.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The best part about workflows is that there are so many options when creating a workflow. Workflows are a crucial part of getting the most out of HubSpot and once you learn how they can maximize your efficiency you'll be making them for EVERYTHING.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

My only con if I had to choose one would be the lack of tips and tricks resources out there. I find myself not knowing what I want and sometimes inspiration comes from all over. Being able to see how others are using workflows to streamline their business would be a major help in expanding out workflow library. With that it would also be good to know what pitfalls occur within in workflows. For example, can we over workflow? Would there be an example where too many workflows or a specific type of workflow might not be worth using.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reducing manual entry and giving employees time back to do other things. For the sales team it allows them to work on other tasks and do more prospecting now that we have enabled automatic deal creation based on inbound leads. We realized that by reducing stressful deal creation and having the automated deals pre-populate certain information for the sales team ahead of time they can worry less about adding each deal in one at a time and focus on the actual relationship with the client.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is having everything connected in one place. It allows us to manage campaigns, leads, automation, email marketing, landing pages, and reporting while keeping everything connected to the CRM. This makes it much easier to understand the full customer journey, measure what is actually generating results, and make better marketing decisions based on real data.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I dislike most is that HubSpot can become quite complex as you start using more advanced features. Some tools require a significant amount of setup and training, and pricing can increase quickly as your database and needs grow. I also think some of the reporting and customization options could be more flexible and intuitive, especially when trying to build very specific reports or dashboards.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve the challenge of having marketing activities, lead management, automation, and performance data spread across different platforms. By connecting everything with the CRM, we can track the entire customer journey from the initial lead through conversion. This gives us better visibility into campaign performance, improves coordination between marketing and sales, and allows us to make faster, more data-driven decisions.

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it can support companies at many different stages of growth. Smaller companies can begin with essential tools such as email marketing, forms, landing pages, contact management, and basic automation. As their marketing operations become more sophisticated, they can expand into advanced workflows, lead scoring, campaign management, personalization, attribution reporting, and integrations without having to replace the entire platform.

Another major advantage is the connection between marketing activities and CRM data. Marketers can see how individual contacts interact with emails, website pages, forms, advertisements, and sales representatives. This makes it easier to understand the complete customer journey and evaluate marketing based on actual business results, rather than only looking at traffic, clicks, or form submissions.

The user interface is also relatively intuitive compared with many enterprise marketing platforms. Team members can create and improve campaigns without depending on technical specialists for every change. At the same time, the platform provides enough flexibility for experienced teams to build more complex processes.

I also appreciate how Marketing Hub connects with Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and the wider HubSpot ecosystem. Having customer information and activities in one platform improves collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer service teams. This reduces disconnected data, manual handoffs, and disagreements about which information is correct.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The main challenge is that the total cost can increase significantly as the number of marketing contacts grows or when a company needs advanced features available only in higher subscription levels. The initial setup may appear simple, but companies should carefully plan contact management, data structure, user permissions, and subscription requirements before expanding their use of the platform.

HubSpot is easy to start using, but building a scalable and well-governed system still requires expertise. If workflows, properties, lists, forms, and campaigns are created without clear rules, the portal can gradually become difficult to manage. Duplicate processes and inconsistent data can reduce reporting accuracy. This is not unique to HubSpot, but the platform’s ease of use can sometimes encourage teams to create assets before establishing proper operational standards.

Some advanced reporting, attribution, permission management, and data governance requirements may also require higher-tier plans, additional configuration, or external tools. Large international organizations can face complexity when managing several countries, business units, languages, brands, and access policies within one portal.

I would also like clearer explanations of how certain features, limitations, and pricing rules differ between subscription levels. HubSpot regularly adds new functionality, which is positive, but frequent product changes can make it difficult for administrators and users to keep up. More detailed in-product guidance for complex settings would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve one of the most common problems in marketing: customer data and marketing activities being spread across separate systems. Without an integrated platform, website activity, form submissions, email engagement, advertising data, and sales interactions are often managed independently. This makes it difficult to understand the complete customer journey and determine which marketing activities are actually contributing to revenue.

By connecting these activities with CRM data, HubSpot gives our marketing and sales teams a shared view of each contact and company. We can create segments based on both profile information and actual behavior, deliver more relevant communications, automate follow-up processes, and pass qualified leads to sales with the necessary context. This has improved collaboration between teams and reduced the amount of manual work required to manage campaigns and leads.

Marketing Hub also helps us standardize our operations. Forms, landing pages, emails, workflows, campaigns, and reports can be managed within the same environment. This makes it easier to launch campaigns, measure performance, identify problems, and make improvements based on data.

The biggest benefit is not simply having more marketing tools. It is having marketing execution, customer data, and sales outcomes connected in one platform. This allows us to make better decisions, improve the customer experience, and scale our marketing operations without continuously adding disconnected systems.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love how HubSpot Marketing Hub powers our entire marketing operation, connecting campaigns, website, social media, and more. It's easy to use and very powerful, offering everything I need in one platform. Having everything in one place ensures a single view of the truth when it comes to marketing performance, including email send data, social, and website engagement. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially with the help of a partner. It's the best CRM, and I'm very likely to recommend it to others, giving it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The social media element could include an advocacy element for staff. I'd like to be able to provide approved social content to staff for them to use, and track engagement and performance.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The ease of use and the support team are great. There is a lot of ability to automate from a marketing and from a sales point of view.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes lacking detail. In certain cases it would be nice to be able to get a little more into the nitty gritty (ie, analytics for behavioural events based on specific contact lists/segments rather than the whole contact database).

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

Consider the amount of contacts you will be importing as you are billed for contacts. Other than that it's a great tool for email marketing, less for sales email sequences.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email nurturing is made a lot easier with workflows and contact lists. Most people on our team know how to use the email tool because it's not hard to learn.

 ### 33. Easily Searchable, Effective Client Outreach Tool

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub's AI solves what I'm looking for and addresses customer pain points. I like that everything is easily searchable in one place, like customer escalations or notifications of new features. I find it useful to search customer profiles based on recent interactions, whether it's chat or email, and use their feature requests to inform them about new releases. I appreciate the ease of searching keywords to notify customers about product releases. Setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was very easy, and I received great implementation and speedy responses to my questions.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wish the marketing emails stood out more in regular activities and emails, or if there was a way to check that easily. It would be better if I didn't have to go to the all activities tab and could find it directly within the email tab.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves my search needs, finding account details and customer pain points effortlessly. It centralizes communication, managing customer profiles and marketing emails efficiently. I can also track customer requests and notify them of new feature releases effectively.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has an easy-to-use interface with not a big learning curve. It's really intuitive and clear, so we save time by not having to search around for things. Best practices for UI are followed, and if we ever have questions, there are tons of resources available from other users. It's also great that everything we need to do is in one platform, making it seamless to manage our email marketing and campaigns, and we’re even moving our website over. The setup was simple and straightforward, with a solid knowledge base for any questions.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It's just a little pricey.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us stay in front of our leads and prospects regularly, which would be difficult without it. It also integrates all our marketing activities, making it efficient with a user-friendly interface that reduces the learning curve and speeds up our work.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like how the marketing studio in HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to view a specific campaign's metrics all in one centralized location, saving the hassle of switching between different screens. It automates report building, making it easier to see what's working and what's not. This helps our team readily improve and make decisions from the insights provided by these metrics. Also, the initial setup was very simple for our team once we understood how marketing campaigns worked, adding to the user-friendly experience. I also appreciate its effectiveness and user-friendliness, to the point that I'd choose it over some of its primary competitors like Salesforce any day.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes the asset list isn't easily navigated

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to organize and track the effectiveness of our outreach efforts across multiple campaigns, saving our marketing team a lot of time while providing valuable insights to improve future campaigns.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot was built marketing-first. Literally! Their campaigns provide unparalleled advantages compared to other tools in the market. From emails to social posts, lists to workflows, and to webinars and events - everything from planning to reporting and attribution can be centrally managed, filtered, commented on, you name it.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The biggest challenge is probably user adoption. HubSpot does a great job providing training and support resources, industry respected certifications, and more, but the capabilities can sometimes work against you if an organization is entrenched in simpler alternatives or users struggle with some of the more advanced concepts and capabilities.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot offers robust tools for automation, reporting attribution, but most importantly - serving as middleware between others CRMs, tools, and tech platforms to bring all of those capabilities together in one place. No cobbling together different siloed services - it's all there and easy to plug in and configure.

 ### 37. Powerful Visibility, Seamless Integrations, and Easy-to-Build Automations in HubSpot

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love the visibility we get from HubSpot in terms of how're engaging different segments of our market (customers, churned customers, net new prospects, etc.). The integrations with other tools in our stack are immensely valuable. And the automations/workflows capabilities are super robust and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wish there were less of a learning curve with the reporting tools (although they're definitely robust, so it's not all bad). And the email editor can be a bit frustrating to work with - for example, when I paste in copy that I wrote in a document, more often than not the formatting gets messed up.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's bringing our customer data into one place and thus giving us visibility into the impact of our marketing activities, which helps us refine our strategy. It's also saving us a lot of time and bandwidth by allowing us to create automations.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Workflows are the most helpful feature. They allow you to standardize emails to your entire contact list and saves you the hassle of individually emailing everyone.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes, it is difficult to move around within the workflows. They are only allowed in a certain way so it can be difficult to navigate and try new things you assume would be implemented in the feature.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

Do the HubSpot courses - they help! And don't be afraid to call support :)

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am creating email workflows for different sections of our target industries. It's been easier to view significant KPI's and seeing which pieces of content our leads engage with the most.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Hubspot is a super user-friendly, intuitive marketing platform. New features roll out quickly, and most integrations are set up in just a few clicks. It’s a bit pricey, but when you look at the overall functionality, it still feels like a clear winner. On top of that, support is fast and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I’d like to see more ad channels added to HubSpot, like Reddit and Bing. Also, some features feel a bit buried deep in the settings and can be hard to find at times, but that’s exactly why I appreciate having the search bar.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to measure our marketing team’s performance across multiple channels, and the platform makes our lives a lot easier.

HubSpot is extremely intuitive, well organized and provides so many marketing tools. It's very easy to use for marketers.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing that can be improved is showing the customer journey under each contact, each touchpoint and allowing customization of the contact view.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

If you are also considering SalesForce or Pardot you will find that HubSpot is much easier and simpler and may be easier to adopt for non-technical users.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really appreciate having everything all in one platform with HubSpot Marketing Hub, because it makes it very accessible and easier to find everything I need. It's fantastic for building brand loyalty and offers an easy way to convert more visitors into qualified leads. I find it easier to make cold calls and bring in legitimate businesses for contracts. The initial setup was very easy, and the trial was really good, allowing our entire team to use it now.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It works well overall, but I would like to see more advanced reporting options, greater flexibility in workflow automation, and improved customization for forms. For advanced reporting, I want more flexibility to create highly customized reports that combine data from multiple sources without requiring complex workarounds. For workflow automation, having greater flexibility in building complex logic would be beneficial.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our tools, making everything accessible and easier to find. It boosts brand loyalty and simplifies converting visitors into leads, enhancing client attraction. It eases cold calls and supports my sales team effectively.

I like how convenient HubSpot Marketing Hub is, allowing me to design my own campaigns. Marketing emails work really well, and the ability to send emails through my domain improves deliverability, which is a big plus for me. Additionally, tracking all my marketing efforts in one place helps me evaluate performance and guide my decisions for future campaigns. The initial setup was also very easy and fast, making it stress-free to get started.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wish there was more design flexibility within marketing emails so I could make them more customized without having to rely on external platforms like Canva and then import the designs. It would be great if there were more options to build out intricate email designs directly within HubSpot Marketing Hub.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps my marketing tracking all in one place, allowing me to monitor performance and guide future campaigns.

**Describe the project or task HubSpot Marketing Hub helped with:**

The service task overview provides a detailed look at the tasks involved in managing customer interactions and support.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

They are misleading their customers

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I don't like HubSpot Marketing Hub at all. I feel there's a problem with misleading communication about the services and features you get with the marketing hub. When I tried to downgrade to a starter package, their support advised me to keep a higher tier package, saying it would allow my whole team to use certain features. This turned out to be incorrect, as only one person could access these features. The support's recommended solution didn't actually work, which was really frustrating. After changing to the new setup, they claimed the combination was impossible unless everyone had a professional seat. They now refer to the original text saying only one could have the professional calling access, which wasn't clear initially. My team can't work as needed, and I'm not getting a response to escalate this or resolve the issue. It's really unacceptable how they handled this by suggesting a non-functional solution and then leaving my team unable to work properly. I need an immediate response and for them to review the support communications thoroughly.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

Consider reviewing the support communication strategies to ensure clarity and accuracy in the information provided to customers.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with contacting new leads and clients.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I love most is that everything is centralized in one place: email marketing, landing pages, automation flows, and analytics, all directly connected to the CRM. This way, I don't have to jump between a bunch of different tools or worry about data desynchronization between platforms. Additionally, the native integration with Sales Hub makes the transition from marketing to sales feel smooth, simple, and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The main drawback is the price. As your contact base grows, the cost increases rapidly, and many of the more advanced features are locked in higher-tier plans. For small teams, it can become expensive quickly, and add-ons like additional reports or dedicated IPs make the bill rise even more.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, workflows go far beyond just sending emails. I use them to automatically update properties, assign leads to the right representative, send internal notifications, and trigger follow-ups without any manual effort. They have taken a huge administrative burden off my shoulders and those of other departments, making our overall process much more consistent because it no longer depends on someone remembering to do it.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is very user-friendly and adaptive, which I find valuable. I like that I have the ability to easily make edits as needed. The email platform is good, and the social media platform provides good analytics. These features make the platform more valuable as it allows me to do everything in one place for my multiple accounts. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the help of an agent.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I would like to see a lot more productivity come out of the social side. I don't feel like the inability to cross-promote is useful. I want to be able to cross-promote my brands.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easier to contact and track information. It's user-friendly, allowing me to make edits as needed. The email and social media platforms are valuable for managing everything in one place for multiple accounts.

Everything is in one place, ease of use for the whole team. We have integrations rolling with Google Sheets, Slack and Sales Navigator. Good value for our whole business with us being able to have good visibility alongside tracking performance on the marketing team. We have a great CSM who checks in regularly and is currently helping us with the AI side of Hubspot mainly the AEO setup - her advice is very valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Nothing much, it is expensive however we have seen value in this. there have been some small issues with email sends in the past however few and far between. It would also be good to have more control over contact engagement

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I also find the AI platform helpful in providing suggestions on what to say to customers, making the customer journey more personalized.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love that it connects to my email and text messages, because it lets me see all the communication I’ve had with a customer in one place. My entire team is able to use the platform all at once. I’ve really enjoyed using HubSpot. One of the biggest benefits for our team is being able to see all of our communication with parents and families in one place. Instead of having to ask a coworker whether they already sent a text, made a call, or followed up about a document, we can quickly look at the contact record and see what’s already been done.

I also really appreciate the reporting and analytics. Being able to see things like our average call length and, especially, our conversion rate from opportunities gives us a much clearer picture of how we’re doing. We’ve had such a positive experience that my coworkers are actively trying to get other teams within our organization to start using HubSpot as well.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The interface is a little bit confusing at first, but you get used to it. I also don't like that it won't pull up automatically who I have a meeting with that day.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows us which areas need to be improved. For example, based on our average call length, we realized we needed to reduce the call time from 45 to 35.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is having everything connected in one place. It allows us to automate processes, manage campaigns, track leads throughout their journey, and use real-time data to make better decisions. I especially value how it connects marketing and sales, making it easier for both teams to work toward the same goals and continuously optimize performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing I dislike is that some advanced features are limited by subscription tier, which can make it difficult to fully optimize processes without upgrading. I also think some reporting and customization options could be more flexible, especially when building more complex dashboards or analyzing data across different campaigns and teams.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot helps us automate processes, manage leads, and align marketing and sales. It saves time, centralizes our data, and helps us make better decisions based on real-time results.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What's helpful is the consolidation. Having email, landing pages, forms, and contact data in one place means I'm not stitching together separate tools or exporting CSVs to reconcile data. The contact timeline gives me full context on every account before I reach out, which directly improves my outreach quality.

The platform is genuinely fast. Pages and dashboards load without lag even with large contact lists, and the drag-and-drop editor responds in real time, so building a landing page or email workflow takes minutes rather than requiring a designer or developer. I can launch campaigns the same day I plan them.

Onboarding was smoother than expected. The HubSpot Academy resources and guided setup got me running actual campaigns within the first week, and bringing new team members up to speed is fast because the UI is self-explanatory. Support has been responsive whenever I've hit a wall.

The biggest unexpected win has been the workflow automation. Triggered sequences based on contact behavior run reactivation and nurture campaigns without manual follow-up, saving me hours each week and keeping accounts from slipping through the cracks. And the native CRM integration keeps marketing and customer-facing data in sync automatically rather than living in silos.

On ROI, the all-in-one model is worth it once you're using more than two of the hubs, since replacing several point solutions with one platform reduces both cost and the overhead of managing multiple vendors.

That now hits UI/UX, integrations, performance, support/onboarding, and pricing-adjacent value. Adjust anything that doesn't match your real experience.

The AI features have quietly become part of my daily workflow. The content assistant speeds up drafting email copy and subject lines, so I'm starting from a solid first draft instead of a blank page. The predictive lead scoring helps me prioritize which contacts to focus on rather than guessing, and the AI-generated suggestions for send times and subject lines have measurably improved my open rates. It's not flashy, but it removes enough small decisions and busywork that I get through campaign setup noticeably faster.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The main downside is pricing. Costs scale quickly as your contact list grows and as you add hubs or move into higher tiers, and several features I'd consider essential sit behind the more expensive plans, so the jump between tiers can feel steep for a smaller team. There's also a learning curve past the basics. Simple workflows are easy, but advanced automation, custom reports, and conditional logic take real time to figure out, and reporting itself is powerful but rigid. Customizing dashboards beyond the default templates is more limited than I'd like, and pulling a specific cross-object report sometimes means exporting data and finishing the analysis elsewhere.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot solves the fragmentation problem of running marketing across disconnected tools. Before, our contact data, email campaigns, landing pages, and engagement history lived in separate systems that didn't talk to each other, which meant constant manual reconciliation and an incomplete picture of each account. Having everything in one platform gives me a full timeline of every contact's behavior before I reach out, so my outreach is better targeted and I waste less time chasing the wrong accounts. The workflow automation also solves the problem of leads and accounts slipping through the cracks, since triggered sequences handle reactivation and nurture without manual follow-up, which has saved me hours each week and made our pipeline far more consistent.
