## About HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales Hub combines sales engagement tools, AI-powered productivity features, and workflow automation into a unified platform designed to help growing teams close deals faster. Key Capabilities Sales Engagement Tools: Sales Hub provides email tracking, meeting scheduling, document sharing, and communication templates that streamline prospect interactions and eliminate administrative friction in the sales process. AI-Powered Productivity: The platform includes AI features that automate repetitive tasks, suggest next actions based on deal context, and surface relevant customer insights, helping representatives focus on selling rather than administrative work. Unified Customer View: Because all customer data, communication history, and deal information exists within the Smart CRM, sales representatives see complete context without toggling between systems. This includes visibility into marketing interactions, service tickets, and prior sales conversations. Workflow Automation: Sales Hub automates routine sales processes, ensuring consistent execution without manual coordination. **What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most is that HubSpot keeps a lot of the sales process in one place. The interface is pretty straightforward to navigate, and having contacts, deals, emails, and activity history together makes it much easier to stay organized. I also like how easily it connects with the other tools we use, so I’m not constantly having to move information around manually.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The main thing I dislike is that some of the more useful features are locked behind the higher-tier plans, so the cost can add up pretty quickly. It can also feel a little overwhelming when there are a lot of features and settings to work through, and some parts of the platform can feel slower when you’re dealing with a lot of data.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot makes it easier to keep track of leads, deals, and customer activity without having to manage everything separately. Having the sales data and communication history in one place saves time, and the automation and AI features help with things like following up and prioritizing leads. It also connects well with the other tools we use, which makes the overall sales process more efficient.

  ### 2. Excellent Prospect Visibility and Sequences for Consistent, Personalized Outreach

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is the visibility it gives me into prospect engagement. Being able to see when someone opens an email helps me better understand interest and determine the right timing for follow-up.

I also really value Sequences. They allow me to stay consistent with outreach, automate follow-ups, and make sure opportunities do not fall through the cracks while still keeping the communication personalized. Overall, I think the value is strong for what we are paying. The time saved through sequences, email tracking, and centralized sales activity makes the platform worthwhile, especially when managing a large number of prospects and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think HubSpot could do a better job of recognizing and flagging duplicate contacts and companies. Duplicates should be easier to identify and merge before they create confusion with outreach, sequences, and activity tracking.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me stay organized with prospecting, follow-up, and overall sales activity. Email tracking gives me better awareness of engagement, while sequences help make sure I stay consistent with outreach and do not let opportunities fall through the cracks. It saves me time, improves follow-up, and gives me a clearer picture of where prospects are in the sales process.

  ### 3. HubSpot Sales Hub’s AI Turns CRM Data Into Actionable Outreach Lists Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa P. | BDM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how much time it saves me when researching and organizing prospects. I use its AI features to filter clients, identify relevant contacts and outreach information, and organize companies based on specific criteria. It makes it much easier to turn a large amount of CRM data into focused, actionable outreach lists without doing everything manually.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The biggest drawback is the learning curve. There is a lot going on, and if you don’t already understand how the tools work together, it can be difficult to know which features to use. I’m technically and operationally minded, but the average salesperson may not discover the most useful workflows on their own. HubSpot could improve this by proactively recommending relevant tools, guides, and best practices based on each user’s activity and the successful workflows already established by an organization’s super users.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of scattered client information and time-consuming manual prospecting. I use its AI and filtering tools to segment clients, research organizations, find relevant contacts and outreach information, and keep everything organized in one place. This saves me significant time, helps me build more targeted outreach lists, and allows me to focus more energy on strategy and relationship-building instead of repetitive research and data organization.

  ### 5. Intuitive Interface and Flexible Data Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taryn Q. | Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The interface is intuitive, so it's easy to know where everything is without much hunting around. That also makes it simple to teach new starters how to use it, since they pick it up quickly. Importing and updating data across contacts, companies, and deals is straightforward, and we can add or remove properties ourselves as our needs change, without needing to loop in an implementation partner.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Nothing. It would be nice to have unlimited AI credits, but I get why that's not possible!

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were relying on spreadsheets, which meant we had no way to look across every vertical since each one lived in its own separate spreadsheet. On top of that, everyone was sending emails from their own personal inbox, so nothing was shared or tracked against accounts. We struggled to know which verticals were actually worth pursuing and to measure ROI. Now that information is easily traceable and reportable in one place, so we can quickly see performance across verticals and make more informed decisions about where to focus.

  ### 6. HubSpot Sales Hub: Intuitive CRM That Streamlines Selling for Growing Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prateek M. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub makes sales management feel painless thanks to an extraordinarily intuitive, easy-to-adopt interface. Its powerful automated sequences and built-in calendar scheduling cut down on tedious admin work, so reps can spend more time selling. With native cross-department alignment, sales teams gain clear visibility into each customer’s full journey. Overall, it feels like an ideal CRM for growing teams that want robust pipeline tools without the complexity of an enterprise system.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub gets expensive quickly as team seat costs scale up on higher tiers. The reporting and customization options are noticeably less granular than enterprise rivals like Salesforce. Advanced automation and core features are locked behind high-tier subscriptions like Professional or Enterprise. Additionally, its contacts-based pricing structure can lead to unexpected bills as your database grows.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub eliminates messy spreadsheets, manual data entry, and fragmented customer communications by unifying sales tools into one platform. Its automated follow-ups and frictionless scheduling save sales reps hours of tedious admin work every week. For businesses, this speeds up the deal cycle, improves pipeline visibility, and keeps prospects from falling through the cracks. Ultimately, it allows sales teams to close more deals faster while maintaining a smooth customer experience.

  ### 7. User-Friendly, Highly Customizable, and Complete—Covers Everything I Need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Genesis A. | North America Regional Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: G2 invite on behalf of seller:** Invitation from G2 on behalf of a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

User-friendly and easy to personalize, with deal properties that help me track specific areas for my clients. I also really like the dashboard option, where I can compare data and display it in a graphic with easily traceable information. Overall, it’s a very complete tool that covers everything I need.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The main package includes only a few sales seats, and each additional seat is expensive. I think offering discounted pricing at certain seat quantities would be a strong selling point and would encourage people to purchase more seats when they need them.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep our pipeline organized, so I always know exactly where my team and I stand in relation to our goals. Thanks to the email tracker, my team and I don’t have to guess which client is more interested or who has received the information. That insight and data really help us stay on top of follow-ups and close more deals.

  ### 8. Highly Customisable, but Easy to Underutilise Without Training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is the flexibility it gives us to build the system around how our sales team actually works.

We used the private app feature to connect our company website to HubSpot, so online enquiries are automatically created as contacts and assigned to sales representatives via round-robin. This reduces the risk of leads being missed or followed up late, because every enquiry has a clear owner from the start.

I’ve also used the API to strengthen our duplicate-management process. When a new contact or lead comes in from an online source, the system checks the existing database within seconds which is over 50,000 contacts which is quite fast. Clear duplicates can be merged automatically, while more complex cases are routed into review tasks. This saves time, cuts down on manual effort, and helps prevent two salespeople from following up with the same customer.

We also connected 3CX to HubSpot through a private app, which allows sales calls to be recorded and linked to the correct contact record. As a result, the team has a clearer history of customer conversations and can rely less on manual notes.

Overall, HubSpot has helped us improve lead assignment, follow-up, data quality, and accountability. The private apps and API are especially valuable because they let us automate routine work and solve real operational problems in a way that fits our process.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One area where I think HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is its dashboards. They work well for standard reporting, but they aren’t as interactive or flexible as Power BI dashboards, especially when users want to drill into the data and explore it in more detail.

The marketing contact limits can also be challenging, because going over the allocated number leads to additional costs. That makes it important to manage contacts carefully, particularly for businesses with a large database.

Another issue is that HubSpot includes many useful features that aren’t always easy to discover. We sometimes only learn about certain tools or capabilities much later, even though they could have helped us earlier. Clearer guidance on what features are included in each subscription, along with practical examples of how to use them, would make a big difference.

The initial setup also took a lot of time and effort. It took us about a year to backfill historical data, and another six months to train the sales team to use the CRM properly. With staff turnover, new employees also need regular training, which adds to the ongoing workload.

Overall, HubSpot has a lot of features and settings that users need to understand before they can fully benefit from the system. Without proper training and continued support, it’s easy for a company to underutilise the CRM and miss out on features it’s already paying for.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub mainly to keep our sales data clean and well organised. It helps us capture enquiries from our website and other platforms in one place, which makes it easier to follow up and spot data-quality issues before they turn into bigger problems.

It has also strengthened our lead management. We can assess and score enquiries based on their potential value, helping the sales team prioritise the strongest opportunities and focus resources where they’re most likely to make an impact.

Another major benefit is automation. HubSpot lets us automate several activities that previously required manual follow-up, including lead assignment, task creation, duplicate checks, and other routine processes. This saves time, improves consistency, and reduces the risk of important actions being missed.

  ### 9. Excellent CRM for sales teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google One Tap using a business email account

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from Spanish; Castilian using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it centralizes the entire sales process in one place. It makes it easier to track opportunities, manage contacts, and automate repetitive tasks, allowing the sales team to be more organized and productive.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would like some advanced features to be more accessible in the basic plans and for the customization of certain reports and automations to be simpler. Initially, the platform can also be a bit complex for new users due to the number of tools available.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep the entire sales process organized, from managing leads to closing deals. Thanks to automation, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility, the team can work more efficiently, reduce manual tasks, and improve the sales conversion rate.

  ### 10. Affordable, Yet Feature-Rich for Tracking Engagement

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub because it's quite affordable, practically free when we started using it. I love the simplicity of its usage; it has everything we need without unnecessary features. The email and click tracking work seamlessly with Gmail, which is fantastic since there's no setup required. I'm also happy that I switched from the previous software to HubSpot, mainly due to its better design and cost-effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Right now, HubSpot Sales Hub can't track certain subtle signals like when emails are just skimmed over without being fully opened or clicked on. It would be great if it could track more subtle engagement, like how much time recipients spend reading an email or if they only read the subject line. Also, the initial setup wasn't very easy for me. It took a month to import and reformat all the data from our previous CRM to make it work with HubSpot.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps our inside reps track emails, opens, and clicks to follow leads efficiently. It enables us to distinguish variable leads and subscriber engagement from a vast number of them, simplifying our sales process.

  ### 11. Streamlined Sales with Insightful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really appreciate how seamless the migration from Salesforce to HubSpot Sales Hub was, with the transition quick and my team adapting without much trouble. The way Marketing Hub integrates with it is a big plus, as I can track the source and behavior of enquiries from installers right away. This connectivity means I have all the information I need in one place, including browsing history, datasheet downloads, and quote requests, which gives me a clear insight before even making that first call. Knowing which installers are actively pricing a project helps me prioritize and time my outreach effectively. It’s also great how everything communicates well within the system, making it a breeze to keep track of notes, transcripts, and the actual status of deals. Plus, the initial setup was so efficient that we were working leads within the first week. Lastly, the integration with other tools like Aircall and Experlogix enhances the functionality, logging calls automatically and pulling quotes directly from deals, which saves a lot of time and effort.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

My one criticism concerns the layouts. Deal views and account screens feel busier than they need to be, and when I am working through a long list of prospects I click far more than I should to reach the information I want. The function is sound; the presentation could be tidier.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage many small installer accounts efficiently. It helps me track follow-ups, maintain accurate forecasts, and prioritize leads. Integration with Marketing Hub gives me insights into customer behavior, streamlining my outreach efforts.

  ### 12. Uncluttered and Efficient CRM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I love how easy, clean, and smart HubSpot Sales Hub is. It's simple and uncluttered, which makes it fast and mobile-friendly. The mobile app is a big plus for us because our field reps can capture content quickly while they're out with customers and prospects. The new meeting recording feature is a game-changer for us—it reduces our sales team's typing and debriefing time after meetings by capturing all the notes and action items automatically. This makes follow-up tasks so much faster, applying the "eighty twenty rule" to our admin work after calls and meetings.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We would love for the prospecting agent to help us find buyer intent. It was not easy to set up initially, but we muscled through it, although that was a long time ago.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps with organization and account management, plus the meeting recording option cuts down admin work by capturing notes and action items automatically.

  ### 13. Paradigm Shift with HubSpot Sales Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from Portuguese using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is a platform that consolidates all company information, providing proper context. With the help of AI, it's possible to turn information into actionable insights, which signifies a major paradigm shift. The platform makes everything more practical and easy to use, consolidating data and offering valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think the implementation of AI still has room for improvement in HubSpot Sales Hub. The information is already well integrated into the platform, but turning it into practical actions in daily life doesn't seem so easy yet. This might be a cultural or usability issue that, with more refinement, could become simpler in the future.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves pipeline management and integrates all company information in one place, making the team faster and more efficient. It was previously impossible and segmented, now it's easy and practical.

  ### 14. Customizable and Cost-Effective CRM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey C. | Director, Customer Relations & Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Incentivized:** The reviewer received either a gift card or a donation made to a charity of their choice in exchange for writing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub gives our team visibility through various dashboards, and we've managed to create some automated workflows to simplify processing our activities. One of the standout features for us is the extreme customization, which allows us to tailor how we use it, track fields, and manage our data. Additionally, the ability of HubSpot to quickly create simple workflows for our team was a major advantage. Our team is also happy with how easily we could customize the sales process and quickly achieve simplicity in our workflows with HubSpot Sales Hub. These features have made our transition from Salesforce, which was more of a glorified rolodex, an extremely valuable move for us.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

For our team, we have a couple of older employees who really struggle with any technology. One of the challenges is creating engaging demonstrations and training things. The HubSpot training is phenomenal as a general concept, but it isn't specific enough to what we're doing or engaging enough for our sales team. Also, the initial setup was a bit bumpy, and it took us almost 9 months to get it up and running, even with the help of a mini genius to build us an amazing system.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub gives us visibility with dashboards, customizes workflows, and integrates data from multiple sources, unlike Salesforce. It simplifies our sales process, engages our team, and offers flexibility in managing data, although the initial setup took time to perfect.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub gives us a very clear view of the entire sales process in one place. The combination of CRM, pipeline management, automation, sequences, reporting, and integrations makes it much easier to manage opportunities and keep the team aligned. I especially value how flexible the platform is for building processes while still being intuitive enough for sales teams to actually use it. The ecosystem of integrations is also a major advantage.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

As the operation becomes more complex, HubSpot requires much more deliberate CRM governance. Reporting and automation are powerful, but some advanced use cases can become difficult to structure without someone owning the CRM architecture. Pricing can also increase significantly as you add seats and more advanced features. Some native communication capabilities could also offer more flexibility for teams that rely heavily on channels such as WhatsApp.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot helps us centralize our sales data, manage pipeline visibility, automate repetitive tasks, and create more consistent sales processes. It gives us better visibility into where opportunities are getting stuck and allows us to use data to improve forecasting and execution. It also reduces the fragmentation between prospecting, sales activity, reporting, and the rest of our GTM stack.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I’m able to easily see what needs to be done today, and to easily track my progress with any deal I am working on.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Nothing. The product continues to evolve and improve. It’s a wonder SaaS app.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot allows me to track my customers, tasks, deals, and successes all in one place. It is also a smart resource to see what's next.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find the HubSpot Sales Hub to be incredibly valuable for automation, clarity, and ease of use, both for end users and administrators. I appreciate the Prospecting Agent, which saves me hours by automatically researching and validating new leads without manual effort. The platform's flexible administrative tools help keep my team's workflow smooth and ensure everyone knows what's important at the start of the day. I also find the setup very easy; while it's not as customizable as Salesforce, it's straightforward to navigate for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I wish there was a stronger "Home Base" my team can use to power and direct their work and energy. The Sales Workspace is a great module, but it leaves room for desire when it comes to customizability. The cards, layouts, and tabs are mostly out of the box. While holistic, it lacks the specific focus we wish to force on it.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub makes admin tasks easier, keeps my team's workflow smooth, and highlights important tasks daily. The Prospecting Agent saves hours by automating lead validation and research, ensuring efficient and targeted efforts.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate. The knowledge base is another standout feature, providing valuable information whenever I need it. I'm also really impressed with the support team, both the online chat and human support, which are crucial for resolving issues quickly. Overall, it truly acts as a one-stop shop for managing everything I need, from lead management to customer engagement. I also like the Breeze addition, which adds to the overall positive experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub doesn't handle international payments as well as I'd like, especially for a global support setup. We ended up using Paddle instead, as it allows us to apply taxes across the 27 countries where we support customers. If HubSpot could provide more information or capacity for handling global payments, that would be helpful. Right now, it just doesn't meet our needs in that area.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub acts as our all-in-one tool, giving valuable data on customer info, sales funnel, sales cycle, and even conversation tracking. It ties intercom activities to customers, offering a complete view of customer engagement.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I love HubSpot Sales Hub for its AI capabilities, which help in summarizing historical data, identifying pain points, offering tips for next steps, and tracking sales through deals. The AI also makes it easier to personalize client information and maintain focus on what's important to customers. Additionally, I appreciate how it integrates with multiple external data sources and other HubSpot hubs.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find the permissions settings in HubSpot Sales Hub a bit limiting. Right now, we have the option to "can see/edit everything in a team," but I would prefer having an "can't see/edit everything part of this team" option to exclude and separate visibility more easily. This would make managing exceptions to viewing a lot smoother.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps track of all historical data, uses AI to summarize it, helps us personalize client communication, and identifies sales pain points. It tracks user engagement through multiple channels, nurtures leads, and finds the best next steps.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Nothing, I think it's a great tool. I do think paid sales seats get a bit expensive but other than that it's great.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Activity logging. For a long time we have been using a legacy CRM system and this has opened up so much possibility within our sales team.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub excels at reducing administrative friction by combining an exceptionally user-friendly interface with native marketing integration. Its unified timeline automatically captures email tracking, meeting logs, and prospect behavior, allowing reps to run automated outreach sequences and manage deal pipelines without burning hours on manual data entry.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub's main drawback is its complex pricing structure and feature gating. Navigating the volume of plans, tiers, and add-ons can feel like solving a puzzle, and it is frustrating to find that a crucial feature - such as custom reporting, advanced automation, or permissions management is locked behind a higher subscription tier. This paywall setup makes scaling expensive quickly and creates confusion about what your team actually has access to without executing a costly upgrade.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves data fragmentation and time-consuming manual admin work by centralizing all customer interactions into a unified platform with automated logging and sequences. This benefits teams by eliminating hours of repetitive spreadsheets, giving clear visual pipeline visibility, and ensuring reps can focus directly on building relationships and closing deals rather than tracking down missing context.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like that HubSpot Sales Hub provides a unified platform for managing contacts, campaigns, sales activities, and reporting. The interface is user-friendly, and I find the integrations and automation tools very helpful in streamlining workflows. I appreciate the comprehensive management of the sales pipeline it offers, from lead generation to deal closure, with detailed micro-level insights and broad overviews. The customizable dashboards and reports are particularly valuable, as they allow me to zoom into individual deals or analyze overall revenue forecasts and sales team productivity. This dual perspective truly empowers data-driven decisions, helping to identify bottlenecks and drive strategic growth.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The Sales Hub offers a solid set of tools, but there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Reporting flexibility could be enhanced to allow more custom, dynamic views and easier data segmentation. Additionally, the advanced automation and workflow features, while powerful, could be made simpler to configure and manage, reducing the learning curve and saving time for users. Streamlining these aspects would make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub unifies our contact management, sales tracking, and reporting, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency. Its detailed and broad insights help identify bottlenecks and drive strategic growth.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really value the ability to see all communications that have been sent to a lead. It helps me track what works, what they clicked on, and what they didn't. I also love the insights on how often they're engaging with content. The AI summaries and the Breeze tool are incredibly helpful for determining whether a lead is hot or cold. I manage a team, and using Breeze to analyze adviser's tactics both individually and against each other has been really helpful. These analytics have allowed us to implement process improvements as a result.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The ux sometimes gets confusing on where to go for things especially when the icons aren’t memorized.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us track and manage leads efficiently, ensuring they have the right information to convert. It helps manage duplicate leads, allows managers to track team activities, and its AI tools facilitate process improvements through helpful insights and summaries.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the ease of use across both desktop and mobile, especially the mobile application. It's very valuable for our field service teams who need to update quickly on the go. The ability to dictate notes directly into the CRM on devices like the iPhone or Samsung is hugely helpful. This feature has reduced a lot of friction when it comes to updating the CRM and capturing valuable information immediately after calls and meetings. I also appreciate the workflow automation that helps update CRM records automatically, which is great for categorizing conversations and gaining better data and insights. The basic CRM functionality helps us build a solid working history with our accounts by allowing us to log calls, meetings, notes, and tasks easily. It's much easier now for a seller to go in and complete their tasks while on the road.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think there's a lot of functionality we could unlock if we had more team members on the Sales Professional seats instead of core seats. There's more automation features at that level which we can't take advantage of right now. What we have is working well, but I would like to access those more advanced features.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub provides visibility across the sales ecosystem, allowing us to manage customer information efficiently. It reduces friction in updating the CRM and captures valuable data, enabling cross-team collaboration and improved customer service.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

A single place to keep our entire customer database is a big plus. I like the customization of views and the association of deals, contacts, and custom objects. The integration of the Service Key API is cool as well. Performance is smooth on both desktop and mobile, and the AI Breeze is awesome and genuinely helpful for non-technical team members who use the app. On the pricing side, the sales team seat pricing means we have to add more people, which can be a drawback. Support has been good, and the knowledge base content is helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

User access needs to be defined more properly. Right now it’s only set up by country and team, but we also need continent-based access information. Also, the email integration makes sensitive content available to everyone, which is a concern. Email logging should be done on a deal basis, and the dropdown should automatically filter based on the associated property.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place to track and close deals. When one team member is absent, another can easily take over because they can still see the deals. The dashboard and reports help track progress and business growth, and revenue is also being tracked. One improvement I’d like is for custom objects to include a map view with coordinates.

  ### 26. A CRM That Helps Me Focus on My Clients

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it keeps all of my client information, communications, and project history in one place. As a kitchen cabinet designer, my projects often involve multiple consultations, design revisions, quotes, and long decision timelines, so having everything organized in a single platform helps me stay on top of every opportunity.

I also appreciate how well HubSpot integrates with other tools we use, making it easier to keep information connected without constantly switching between applications. The platform performs reliably, even as my pipeline grows, and the reporting gives me valuable insight into where projects stand and how my sales process is performing.

The AI features are becoming increasingly useful for drafting emails, summarizing conversations, and helping me work more efficiently. HubSpot also offers excellent customer support and educational resources whenever I need assistance or want to learn about new features. Finally, I feel the value I get from the platform justifies the investment, especially considering how much time it saves and how much it improves client follow-up and organization.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One area where HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is pricing as additional features are added. Some of the more advanced tools are only available in higher-tier plans, which can make it difficult for smaller businesses to justify upgrading.

I would also like to see deeper integrations with more industry-specific software, along with additional customization options for managing complex project-based sales processes like kitchen design. While the AI features are promising, I think they still have room to become more tailored and proactive for industry-specific workflows.

Finally, because HubSpot offers so many features, there can be a learning curve for new users. Simplifying some workflows and making advanced functionality easier to discover would help teams get even more value from the platform.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in my business: managing long, detail-oriented sales cycles while providing a great client experience. Kitchen cabinet projects often involve multiple meetings, design revisions, quotes, product selections, and coordination over several weeks or months. HubSpot keeps all of those interactions, emails, notes, tasks, and documents organized in one place.

It also helps me stay consistent with follow-ups so potential clients don't fall through the cracks. The pipeline gives me a clear view of where every project stands, making it easier to prioritize my time and forecast upcoming work. The reporting tools help me identify what's working in my sales process. At the same time, automation and AI save time on routine tasks so I can focus more on designing kitchens and building relationships with my clients.

Overall, HubSpot has made my sales process more organized, efficient, and professional, allowing me to spend less time managing information and more time serving my clients.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What stands out most about HubSpot Sales Hub is its incredibly simple and user friendly interface. Exploring the features is easy and useful. Using it on a weekly basis, the real time tracking and reporting tools have become essential for delivering deep insights into our sales success and consumer behavior.
The recent product rollout have improve our productivity. The new design of sales workplace is more better then before. Smart deal progression and breeze ai agent have automated manual follow ups.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Whole platform is excellent, the pricing structure canberather costly for startups and small businesses. The cost scales up quickly, particularly when add more seats for growing users which can make it a heavy investment for small business.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub has simplified our sales operations by concentrating our sales efforts on a single platform. Before utilising HubSpot, we struggled with disconnected systems and manual data input, often resulting in errors and inefficiencies. Automated workflows handle routine duties like sending follow-up emails and updating data, allowing our team to focus on more strategic operations. The centralised database keeps all customer information up to date and conveniently accessible, which improves our communication and client interactions.

  ### 28. Intuitive Deal Pipeline and Email Tracking for Complex B2B Sales Visibility

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from English using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I value most is the complete visibility it provides over complex, long-cycle B2B sales. Managing high-value industrial automation projects requires tracking multiple stakeholders, and the visual Deal Pipeline combined with automatic email tracking is a game-changer. The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive, eliminating the guesswork around where a project stands.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

While the platform is excellent, the pricing structure for upper tiers scales up significantly, making it a major investment for medium-sized teams. The requirement to purchase bundles or seats in fixed increments is restrictive. And the reporting and customisation tools, while powerful, have a steep learning curve when you need to adapt them to highly specific, non-standard industrial workflows. Setting up custom objects for complex engineering projects requires advanced admin knowledge, and some of the out-of-the-box forecasting models are clearly designed for transactional SaaS businesses rather than long-cycle B2B engineering and manufacturing projects.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before adopting HubSpot, our main challenge was information silos. With long-cycle engineering projects, critical interactions with procurement, plant managers, and technical directors were trapped in individual inboxes. HubSpot has successfully centralised our communication and data, giving everyone real-time visibility into the history of every account.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is very intuitive, I didn't need any special training to use it. It also allows me to customize to a large extent even on the basic plans. It's very easy to use, which really helps. Plus, it's not very expensive compared to other solutions. I appreciate that it integrates with multiple other tools like Gmail, making it easier to track emails and conversations in one place, and on higher plans, it's great that it connects with LinkedIn. The initial setup was pretty easy, and now with the AI features, it's been easy to upload our existing data and start working right away. All these aspects make it very viable for businesses of all sizes.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

That many of the core features are locked behind higher plans that are not cost effective. THewre is o clear ROI

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub gives me one place to track all my deals and leads, and allows me to reach out to prospects efficiently.

  ### 30. Great for Centralizing Sales Work—But the Workspace Tasks Tool Feels Outdated

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It's super helpful in having my sales team centralized in a single place for their day to date tasks instead of making them navigate through a bunch of different objects to get their work done

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only thing I dislike in the sales workspace is the fact that the "Tasks" tool inside of it is supper different that the general tasks tool. The general tasks tool got a MAJOR update and there's so many things you can do. Unfortunately I don't know why the task tool inside the sales workspace stayed the same.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps my sales team spot deals easily. Continuation and customer support is also easy to do. My sales team would have specific tasks according the case, not all of them are equal and so, because we have done such a great job with the integration, my sales team is getting the benefits.

  ### 31. One of the few CRMs our team actually keeps updated

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

For me, the best part is how little manual CRM work I end up doing unlike I was a few years back.

We have email/calendar connected, so if I come back to a prospect after 2 weeks, I can open the contact and see the last 5-6 emails, meetings, notes and next steps without searching through Gmail or Slack.

Sequences are probably what I use most. Before this, follow-ups were part spreadsheet, part calendar reminders, part memory. Now I can put someone into a sequence, personalize the important bits, and let HubSpot handle the timing/tasks.

Small thing, but I also really like how quickly I can go from a company to contact to deal to full activity history. I have used CRMs where getting that context somehow takes 10 clicks. It's the best in the market

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The pricing gets painful pretty quickly.

The free/Starter experience makes HubSpot feel very accessible, but a lot of the features that make it genuinely useful for a sales team sit higher up the plans. Once you want proper sequences, automation, custom reporting, etc., it becomes a much bigger software decision.

Reporting is probably my other frustration. 80% of what I need is easy. The remaining 20% can turn into "why is this so difficult to build?"

I also use the AI features, mostly for summaries and first drafts. Useful, yes. Something I would send to a prospect untouched? Definitely not yet.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest difference is that we have one place to answer: what happened with this account and what happens next?

A real example is follow-ups. We used to have leads where someone would realize a week later that nobody had replied. Sequences + tasks have removed a lot of that.

It has also cut down the amount of time I spend reconstructing context before replying to someone. What used to mean checking an inbox, calendar and maybe Slack is usually just one contact timeline now.

If I had to put a number on it, I would say it saves me around 10-12 per week just on follow-ups, context switching and CRM admin.

It is not cheap once you move up the plans, but if the team is actually using the automation and integrations, I can see the ROI.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It includes all the information I need about a client, and it’s easy to search and quickly find the details I’m looking for.
I also enjoy the suite of integrations available with Hubspot, either a direct integration or through Zapier.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It's a bit complicated to navigate. There's a lot of different pages with sub pages so it's a bit hard to know where to look to find what you want. The UI is also a bit too heavy with information.
For example, when on a company profile, you have information about the deal which opens a new page, and then you have information about the actual sale which opens a new page. I find this a bit confusing to navigate.
Also, you can find emails between you and a customer on the company page and on the contact of a company. To me, it's a bit complicated.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a track record of all the interactions we have with a customer making the knowledge transfer between department and colleagues easier.

**Describe the project or task HubSpot Sales Hub helped with:**

HubSpot Sales Hub offers a comprehensive suite of tools for lead generation, CRM management, and task automation. Its intuitive interface and seamless integration with other platforms make it a valuable asset for sales teams.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub incredibly useful for lead generation, CRM management, and sequencing. I love the ease of use and how intuitive it is, even with updates. The snippets and message templates are brilliant for quickly adding frequently used content and streamlining communication. Setting tasks is an essential feature for me, keeping my day organized with schedules and reminders. I truly appreciate the full setup that HubSpot offers, allowing for effective sales management. The seamless integration with other tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo enhances its functionality. Additionally, the smooth transition from our previous tools and the easy setup were great. Overall, I am happy with how HubSpot brings everything we need into one platform and continues to innovate.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I'm not a huge fan of the monochromatic grayscale design in HubSpot Sales Hub. While it's cleaner in some aspects, I think it lacks color, which makes it harder to use, especially for tasks and reminders. I'd love to see more color added back. Also, managing bookmarks is annoying since I can't reorder them; they just stay where they're saved. It would be helpful to have more AI features for setting reminders and automatically mapping tasks from email content, like auto-reminders based on email requests. Additionally, a better integration with LinkedIn for direct InMail and connection requests from HubSpot would be a huge time saver.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

To enhance user experience, consider adding more color to the interface and improving bookmark management by allowing reordering. Integrating more AI features for task automation and better LinkedIn connectivity could also be beneficial.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me with lead generation, CRM management, and creating sequences. I use snippets and templates for quick message solutions and tasks to organize my day. These features save time, ensuring nothing is missed while improving communication efficiency with my team and partners.

  ### 34. The system I run my sales day in, and it has never let me down

**Describe the project or task HubSpot Sales Hub helped with:**

HubSpot provides a comprehensive platform for managing sales activities, from initial contact to closing deals. It integrates seamlessly with tools like Outlook, allowing for efficient email logging and task management. The system's pipeline views and task queues help sales teams stay organized and focused on their goals. While there are some limitations in terms of database flexibility and workflow automation, the overall functionality supports a streamlined sales process. This makes it an ideal choice for small teams looking to optimize their sales operations without the need for extensive technical expertise.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot is where my entire sales day happens and I have no real complaints. The sales calling side has been the biggest win: calls log to the contact and deal on their own, so there is no separate dialer or note-taking step, and outcomes feed straight into the next task. Beyond that it is the overall organization. Every deal, contact, company, meeting and task sits in one place and stays organized without much effort. The meetings booking link turns an inbound demo request into a working deal with no re-keying, task queues let me run a daily loop through everything due, and the Outlook extension logs email where the work already happens. Pipeline views are clear enough that a weekly review takes minutes, and the full history on every account means I can pick a deal back up after six months and know exactly where it stands. I am fairly technical, so setting up views, properties and sequences exactly the way I want is easy and the product rewards that. Support and documentation are also better than most tools at this price. For a small sales team with no sales ops person, it is reliable, fast and hard to break.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

A few honest notes rather than complaints. The database is stiff once you go past the basics. There is no real parent-child relationship between records, so a contact list cannot carry company details beyond the company name. Pulling HR contacts with each company's employee count, industry and country beside the name means custom views or copying company properties down to the contact. Workflows are also more limited than they first look when the logic depends on a related record, and a lot of everyday setup ends up being custom views built by hand. Calling could not reach our Caribbean numbers, so we added Twilio alongside it for those markets, which worked well. The Marketing Hub side did not earn its place for us; our pipeline comes from demos, directories and RFPs rather than campaigns, so the sales tools did all the work. And while it is easy for me because I am technical, some team members find the setup and the number of views harder to get comfortable with. None of this is a blocker and it has never stopped me getting the job done.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

For a small sales team with no dedicated sales operations person, HubSpot is a reliable and efficient tool. It streamlines the sales process by organizing all aspects of sales in one place, from calls and emails to meetings and tasks. The system's integration with Outlook and its clear pipeline views make it easy to manage and review sales activities. While there are some limitations, such as the lack of a parent-child relationship in the database and the need for custom views, these do not hinder the overall functionality. The tool is particularly beneficial for teams that rely on demos, directories, and RFPs rather than marketing campaigns.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It organizes the entire pipeline for a small team selling HR and payroll software into Canada and the Caribbean. Inbound demo bookings, paid directory leads, RFP deals, contacts, calls, tasks and meetings all live in one system, so nothing falls between calls and follow-up happens the same day instead of at the end of the week. It gives us a clean history on every account, which matters when a prospect goes quiet for six months and comes back, and it means a colleague can pick up any deal cold and know exactly where it stands.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Easy to access tabs and work on specific sequences As a BDR, I use HubSpot primarily to manage and organize my outbound prospecting activity, track engagement, and keep my pipeline organized. I use sequences to automate and manage email outreach while monitoring opens, clicks, and overall engagement to identify prospects who are showing interest.

I also use HubSpot to keep track of contacts and accounts, document outreach activity, and prioritize follow-ups based on engagement. This helps me stay organized while managing a high volume of prospects and allows me to adjust messaging and targeting based on campaign performance.

Overall, HubSpot has become an important part of my daily workflow by helping me streamline outreach, maintain visibility into prospect activity, and improve the efficiency of my BDR efforts.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I wish there was a few more options to work form

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub consolidates everything into one place. Having contacts, email threads, and the details of each customer all in one spot saves me from sifting through scattered notes. This makes my workflow much smoother. The dashboard is fantastic too; it provides a clear overview of each inquiry and what still needs attention, helping me stay organized throughout my day. I also love how having all order history gathered into one record means that I have everything I need right there when a customer calls, which keeps conversations smooth and efficient. Plus, using it with tools like Aircall and Salesmsg gives me instant access to customer histories and makes follow-ups a breeze.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The more advanced corners, like setting up automation or building a detailed report, gave me pause at the outset, and I had to set aside time to learn my way around them properly. A gentler path into those features would not go amiss for anyone starting out.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps customer order info in one place so I can see orders at a glance, helping me avoid putting callers on hold. It integrates contacts, email threads, and order details, which smooths customer interactions by having their history readily available.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the part where it is possible to intertwine the data entered by one department, such as the office I work for, "bids and tenders", with another department, such as the commercial one, to extract data that can be truly significant. This feature helps me really understand if a customer is profitable for the company or not, and also provides the possibility of cross-selling between the various commercial departments.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would make the general interface even more basic: it would be useful to have the possibility to disable certain features/views to make the platform even more basic. It would also be useful to be able to have your AI query the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me remember contract deadlines and plan various renewals or check if the customer has subscribed to all our products. The intersection of data between departments allows me to determine if a customer is profitable and propose cross-selling.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I appreciate having HubSpot as a single source of truth for our sales or go-to-market team, allowing us to all look at the same metrics and surface appropriate data points effectively.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think the fact that so many people want to build a spreadsheet to get their job done rather than build it in HubSpot has been my longest gripe. I also find it frustrating that sales engineers often need to build the most effective dashboards. It's pretty difficult to make a good dashboard. I use external tools like Claude and MCP server to get more out of HubSpot. Making HubSpot more user-friendly so that updating and working out of HubSpot feels like an advantage instead of a task would be a big improvement.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a single source of truth, enabling my team to look at the same metrics. However, creating effective dashboards is difficult, which discourages people from using HubSpot fully.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The best feature of the platform is that it reduces manual work of the sales representatives by allowing them to automate follow-up emails, task reminders, and outreach sequences. This reduces manual work and helps ensure no lead is forgotten.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One of the most annoying feautures of the platform that I came across was cost increases significantly when adding users and unlocking advanced features.

•Advanced features can become expensive as your team grows

•Some automation and reporting capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is the most valuable thing while working a sales role. Sending emails and following leads may become overwhelming at times, which is when Hubspot Sales Hub helps by allowing us automate follow up emails reducing a reps manual work. The visual pipeline makes it easy to track deals through different sales stages.

Moreover, The platform can record, transcribe, and analyze sales calls, helping teams identify successful sales tactics and coach representatives more effectively.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot keeps everything in one place — contact records, pipelines, and outreach all organized by product line. Breeze AI has been a game changer for building lead lists fast. The ability to manage a whole team's activity, track where every prospect stands, and upload bulk contacts saves me hours every week. It's the backbone of how I run business development across multiple service lines.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Breeze AI can lag — sometimes it freezes the page I'm on until the response loads, and occasionally it won't insert generated content into my records properly. I'd also love the ability to have two HubSpot tabs open simultaneously with Breeze running independently in each. For someone who moves fast and inputs a lot of information quickly, the response speed needs to catch up.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot solves the problem of managing high-volume business development across multiple product lines without losing track of anyone. Before having everything centralized, keeping up with hundreds of prospects across ATM processing, ACH, and property management would be chaos. Now every contact, every outreach stage, and every team member's activity lives in one place. Breeze AI speeds up lead research and contact building that would otherwise take hours manually. It essentially acts as my entire BD operation — research, organize, outreach, track, follow up — all without switching between a dozen different tools.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The best feature of Hubspot is being one platform of all sales process like I can track email, track my pipeline, scheduling meeting and having reporting tool. it helps me building better relationship with my clients and stay organized.

even the interface is also very user-friendly I could easily manage my leads and it helps me gain productivity. so basically everything at one place Lead management, Reporting, Ease of use, Sales productivity.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot is a solid platform overall and is fairly easy to navigate, but one thing I find challenging is that some of the more powerful features are only available in the higher-priced plans. As a company grows, the costs can add up quickly. I've also noticed that certain reporting and customization options don't always offer the level of flexibility that larger or more specialized sales platforms provide.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep all my sales activities organized in one place. Instead of switching between different tools or tracking information manually, I can manage contacts, monitor deals, and keep track of customer interactions more efficiently.

The biggest benefit for me is that it saves time and makes it easier to stay on top of follow-ups. The automation features reduce repetitive tasks, and the visibility into the sales pipeline helps me prioritize opportunities better. Overall, it has helped me work more efficiently and maintain stronger relationships with prospects and customers.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ease of use and powerful automation features. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage pipelines, track deals, and monitor sales activities. It integrates seamlessly with email, marketing, support, and other business tools, providing a centralized view of customer interactions. The platform is reliable, scalable, and performs well as businesses grow. HubSpot Sales Hub also delivers strong ROI through features such as email tracking, sequences, workflow automation, and reporting, helping teams save time, improve productivity, and increase efficiency. The onboarding process is straightforward, supported by helpful training resources, comprehensive documentation, and responsive customer support. I also appreciate the AI-powered capabilities, including content generation, conversation summaries, and sales insights, which help teams work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub is a user-friendly, well-integrated platform that streamlines sales processes and helps teams achieve better results.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

While HubSpot Sales Hub is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface is generally intuitive, but some advanced features and settings can be challenging to navigate, particularly when managing complex workflows, custom properties, or detailed reporting. Although HubSpot offers a wide range of integrations, some advanced integrations and customizations require additional tools, technical expertise, or higher-tier plans to fully utilize. Performance is typically reliable, but large datasets and complex reports can occasionally experience slower load times. One of the biggest drawbacks is pricing, as costs can increase significantly when adding users, advanced automation, reporting capabilities, and premium features, which may be a concern for growing businesses. Support and onboarding resources are helpful, but access to faster or more specialized assistance often depends on the subscription level, and advanced implementations may require additional training or consulting. The AI features are promising and continue to evolve, but AI-generated content and recommendations still require human review to ensure accuracy and relevance. Overall, the main challenges with HubSpot Sales Hub are its rising costs as organizations scale, feature limitations tied to subscription tiers, and the learning curve associated with more advanced functionality.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve common sales and CRM challenges by centralizing customer data, automating repetitive tasks, and streamlining the entire sales process within a user-friendly platform. It enables teams to manage leads, contacts, deals, emails, and reporting from a single location, reducing manual effort and improving overall efficiency. Its integrations with marketing, customer service, and other business applications enhance collaboration and provide a complete view of customer interactions, while features such as workflow automation, email tracking, meeting scheduling, and advanced reporting help boost productivity, shorten sales cycles, and improve pipeline visibility. The onboarding resources and customer support make implementation and adoption straightforward, and AI-powered capabilities like content generation, conversation summaries, and sales insights help teams work more efficiently and make data-driven decisions. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub improves productivity, sales performance, and customer engagement while delivering strong business value and return on investment.

HubSpot delivers a smooth and highly organized sales experience that many teams appreciate for its simplicity, automation, and visibility into the pipeline. What makes it unique is how naturally it connects sales, marketing, and customer interactions in one place, helping teams stay aligned without juggling multiple tools. Users especially like the clean interface, email tracking, workflow automation, and quick onboarding for new reps. However, many growing businesses mention that advanced reporting, customization, and premium features become expensive over time, and some enterprise users feel complex workflows still require external tools or integrations. Overall, HubSpot stands out as a modern CRM that balances usability with powerful sales enablement.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Advanced reporting can be more better otherwise nothing its perfect

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage the full sales workflow in one place. The pipeline view gives a clear overview of deal stages, tasks, and next steps, while sequences, templates, and automated follow-ups save a lot of manual work each week. I also find the AI features useful for speeding up smaller tasks, such as summarizing activity, drafting emails, and getting quicker context before following up with a prospect. An unexpected benefit is how much easier it becomes to keep sales data clean and visible across the team, which helps with both daily prioritization and reporting.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some advanced workflows, reporting views, and CRM customization options can become difficult to manage as the sales process becomes more complex. The core UI is easy to use, but deeper configuration often requires trial and error, especially when building automation or trying to structure data in a very specific way. I also think the AI features are useful, but they can still feel a bit generic and sometimes need heavy editing before they are ready to use. Better guidance inside the platform and more flexible customization options would make the tool stronger for scaling sales teams.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of having sales activity spread across too many places. Before using it, it was harder to keep a clear overview of deal progress, follow-ups, tasks, and customer interactions. Now, the pipeline view, activity timeline, sequences, templates, and automated task reminders make it easier to manage deals consistently and avoid missed follow-ups.

This benefits me by saving time each week and making the sales process more structured. The AI features also help by summarizing context, supporting email drafting, and making it faster to prepare for follow-ups. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub helps improve visibility, prioritization, and consistency across the sales workflow.

So super easy to use and very user friendly. It's a great CRM for orgs that don't have huge SaleOps teams.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some of the layout features for Accounts, Deals, and Contacts could have better functionality. Just having a "Notes" section can get a little broad and wish there was a "checkmark" or "dedicated fields" option to post on the homepage of an account.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I value the tightly connected feature ecosystem of HubSpot Sales Hub for my B2B software company. It allows us to fire off sales sequences, book meetings via the scheduler, attach call recordings, and generate CPQ quotes without switching between separate tools, which is a huge time saver. I appreciate the standardization of outreach sequences targeting mid-market IT buyers, and the meeting scheduler significantly reduces back-and-forth email coordination. The ability to attach call recordings directly to each deal is great for reviewing sales context during pipeline audits. The built-in consent-tracking fields are particularly helpful for ensuring our messaging stays compliant with CCPA and CAN-SPAM requirements. These features simplify my RevOps work and help maintain data hygiene.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

At Verve Tech Solutions Austin Inc, HubSpot Sales Hub delivers solid core sales-automation value, yet we run into real operational pain points for our B2B software practice. Native deduplication capabilities are limited; we regularly get duplicate prospect records created from meeting-scheduler bookings and sequence replies, forcing me to manually clean records one-by-one. Running active sales sequences cannot be edited mid-flow, so fixing typos or adjusting messaging requires pausing and rebuilding workflows entirely. While we store consent properties for CCPA and CAN-SPAM, there is no streamlined bulk workflow to purge historical contact activity records for formal opt-out requests. Our team also hits hard send-volume caps per user, which constrains high-volume outbound outreach, adding extra manual RevOps cleanup work throughout busy sales quarters.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub consolidates our sales workflows, reducing fragmented tools, duplicate entries, and privacy compliance issues. It streamlines outreach with sales sequences, scheduler, call recordings, and CPQ quotes, improving data hygiene and compliance efforts.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Navigation saves me time and makes the platform easier to use. I love how we can quickly flex our reports and dashboards as we need them. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and adjust, which helps keep me in front of my clients automatically. The AI assistance is there when I need a second opinion, and Customer Support is helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Of all the CRMs I’ve used for sales—Goldmine, ACT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics—this has been the easiest to work with, while still delivering the most robust performance. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking with prospects, while the technology warms up my leads in the background.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to email leads one by one, but now all of that happens automatically, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. Plus, I can see when they engage and tell which sequences are performing best.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I wasn't terribly fond of the changes that HubSpot had made about a year ago, based on a pop-up window that kept coming into play and I was not able to turn it off at the time. The new HubSpot is much more improved and on point although I do notice a lag still with the assessment forms dropping into HubSpot still (and yes I am a cookie cleaner upper) Some of the new features I absolutely love is the pinned note that is highlighted in the folio, this stands out so well nobody can miss the most important thing on the page. The organization is still epic and keeps us right on point for the employees that use it. It has made it so I can work from home 3 days a week and still be right on point with our clientele.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Still need to improve the drop time for the assessments, it still lags to the point that I will add on another because I think I dropped the ball and missed the submit button. I would still love and option of a side by side pinned note. Also recently noticed that I cannot hit enter to clear space to add an address to the "Deal Description" This feature used to allow me to enter an address simply rather then have to select a spot and then spacebar through to make sure things are not jumbled.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps significantly with communications amongst our small crew. Although not all of the crew reads the notes when they do it is exceptionally helpful to keep us all on the same page.

  ### 49. HubSpot Sales Hub Makes Sales Activity Easy to Manage in One Place

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage my sales activity in one place. It helps me track emails, calls, tasks, deals, and follow-ups without having to jump between multiple systems. The CRM is user-friendly, the automation saves time, and the visibility into pipeline activity makes it easier to stay organized and focused on the right opportunities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only thing I would say is that the mobile app could always be a little better, but I think that is true with most CRM and sales tools. The desktop experience is strong, but on mobile some tasks can feel a little less smooth or take a few extra clicks. Overall, it still works well and HubSpot Sales Hub is a very useful tool for managing sales activity.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of keeping sales activity organized and visible. It allows me to track deals, follow-ups, emails, calls, tasks, and customer notes in one place, which makes it easier to manage my pipeline and stay on top of opportunities. It also helps reduce missed follow-ups, improves communication across the team, and gives better visibility into where each deal stands. Overall, it saves time and helps me be more efficient and consistent in my sales process.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot keeps all the information in one place and makes it easy to see what’s going on at a glance. I use the Deals and Contacts sections in the CRM the most, especially for reviewing past conversations, adding notes, and staying on top of follow-ups and tasks. I also really appreciate the different viewing options under Deals. My favorite is the Board View because it lets me clearly see the entire process on one screen.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I find frustrating is that the "deal owner" and "assigned to" selections reset automatically. I wish there were a way to keep it set permanently until I unselect it. It would also be helpful to have more options to customize what information is shown by default, and to make frequently used filters easier to save and access.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using HubSpot, it was harder to keep track of all the different conversations, follow-ups, and tasks related to a contact or deal. With HubSpot, I can see that information in one place and quickly check what has already happened before reaching out again. The biggest benefit for me is staying organized. I use the task feature to keep track of follow-ups and other things I need to do, so I don’t have to rely on memory or separate notes. Being able to see the deal stage, past activity, and upcoming tasks together makes it easier to prioritize my work and make sure nothing gets missed.
