"Helpful for planning content and staying organized as a solo social media manager"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

What I like most is how clean and intuitive the interface is. It makes it really easy to visualize upcoming content and keep my planning organized, especially when managing content in two languages for different audiences. It speeds up my workflow and feels like a reliable support tool in my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Some features feel a bit too enterprise-focused for a small remote team like mine. I don’t use most of the deeper analytics or CRM tools, and sometimes the mobile experience can be a bit sluggish or limited when I’m switching between tasks on the go. It also takes a while to really understand what features are worth using versus which ones I can ignore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to enable teams in the age of AI"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

Content Hub has a ton of great features to help teams create and build webpages more easily. Their new AI tools like content remix make building full campaigns really impactful and scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Although support is always available, the support team relies heavily on the HubSpot Academy (Which is available through any HubSpot question Google search). Before I reach out to support, I Google my question as well, it can be frustrating to have the same article I just read that did not solve my problem sent back to me. "Data consolidation"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

ContentHub (now DataHub) is a powerful solution for consolidating information into a single, centralized platform. One of its greatest strengths is the ability to bring in data from multiple sources, ensuring nothing stays siloed. Once integrated, the information can be enriched, augmented, and organized in meaningful ways, making it more actionable. This not only improves discoverability and collaboration across teams but also creates a single source of truth for decision-making. By connecting and enhancing diverse data streams, DataHub empowers organizations to work smarter, streamline processes, and gain deeper insights from their information ecosystem. What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Cost of bringing this data in is tough for the smaller size of our size. Would like it to be better for smaller sizes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for any kind of portals"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

It’s not just a CMS — it allows us to scale content operations, manage multi-language websites, and personalize experiences without overloading the dev team.

We use smart content, HubDB, and custom modules to dynamically update pages across different buyer journeys, and it connects seamlessly with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub — so the content doesn’t just look good, it performs.

The fact that marketers can own the content while developers can build robust frameworks behind the scenes makes it a game changer for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

While it’s great for speed and scalability, sometimes we need to go beyond what the drag-and-drop or module system allows — especially when working with advanced UI/UX requirements or integrations.

Some parts feel too “locked in” unless you’re willing to build heavy workarounds. For example, working with HubDB or serverless functions is powerful, but not always intuitive for junior developers, and there’s a learning curve when customizing templates at scale.

Still, for teams that balance marketing autonomy with dev control, it’s a solid foundation — just needs more room to grow technically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized content management that drives impactful educational experiences"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

As a Marketing Manager in a university, what I value the most about HubSpot Content Hub is how it allows us to centralize our entire content strategy in one place. We manage campaigns for different audiences —prospective students, alumni, and business partners— and Content Hub makes it easy to personalize, repurpose, and scale content without losing consistency. The integrations with our CRM and marketing automation tools save time, improve collaboration across teams, and ensure our communications deliver real impact. It’s not just about publishing; it’s about building a connected and measurable content strategy that supports both recruitment and brand positioning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

While HubSpot Content Hub is a powerful tool, I believe there is room for improvement in how it integrates with AI. For organizations like ours that manage multiple audiences and need to scale content production, more advanced and seamless AI-driven features would make the platform even more functional and valuable for both internal teams and the end client experience. "It's super user-friendly!"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

HubSpot Content Hub is a powerful all-in-one platform that makes it easy to create, manage, and repurpose content across multiple channels. The interface is intuitive enough for marketers without heavy technical expertise, which makes collaboration across teams much smoother. Built-in SEO suggestions, performance dashboards, and A/B testing give me real-time insights without needing extra plugins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

Pricing can feel high, especially for smaller businesses, since many advanced AI features are tied to premium tiers. There’s also a learning curve as users get used to the number of features packed into the system. Still, for teams looking to unify content creation, personalization, and performance tracking in a single hub, it’s one of the most comprehensive solutions available.
