The e-commerce tools are not really built to help manage or expand an online business. For instance, even though HubSpot integrates with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce, its Commerce Hub can be challenging to use and often requires the expertise of a HubSpot web developer for proper integration. It allows us to move tickets between teams for different actions without any human intervention, which is incredibly helpful. It also helps with the overall workflow by streamlining processes, like moving a customer's email migration ticket from initial contact to deployment, and eventually to support automatically. I really like how I'm able to build branded quotes and proposals quickly with HubSpot Commerce Hub. It gives me full visibility into them, even if the sales team is primarily using it. Also, working with recurring bills and payments, especially for products on monthly subscriptions, is much easier.
