Before Cacheflow, we had a manual process for document version control before each quote was even sent to a prospect. Before Cacheflow, our deal volume was growing faster than our old tech stack could keep up with. With new products, pricing, and AE's being added, we needed a tool to shorten our quote-to-cash time, while also using guard-rails to ensure quote accuracy. The implementation time took longer, since our AEs were a lot more comfortable with the existing tech stack, but the Cacheflow team was super supportive in making it happen. Before Cacheflow, our RevOps tools were patched together, leading to a manual quoting and billing process. We were specifically looking for a tool that captured signature and payment in one workflow, which we found in Cacheflow. Cacheflow is an early stage company and the tool lacks a few features we currently need. Their team has incorporated our feedback in the roadmap and is quickly addressing gaps.
