## About HubSpot Content Hub
Content Hub provides tools to create, manage, and personalize content across the entire customer journey, addressing the modern challenge of producing high-volume, multi-channel, personalized content at scale. Core Value Proposition: Content Hub addresses three critical content challenges: creating sufficient content volume to support multi-channel strategies, managing content assets and permissions across distributed teams, and personalizing content at scale. The role of content has evolved beyond just a lead generation tool– marketers need to create more content than ever before, distribute it across more channels at more points in the customer journey, and make it highly personal to the buyer. Key Capabilities: Content Creation Tools: Content Hub provides website page builders, blog editors, landing page creators, and asset management systems within a unified platform, enabling content production without switching between multiple tools. Multi-Channel Distribution: The platform enables content publishing across websites, blogs, landing pages, and email from a single content library with consistent brand management and asset reuse. Personalization at Scale: Content Hub includes dynamic content functionality that adapts page elements, messaging, and calls-to-action based on visitor attributes, behavior, and customer journey stage. This enables personalization without creating separate page versions for each audience segment. Content Management: The platform provides tools that help marketing teams coordinate content production, maintain quality standards, and measure effectiveness. Content Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike standalone content management systems lacking marketing context, Content Hub operates on the HubSpot CRM platform, enabling content personalization based on customer data. This connection between content and customer data enables relevant experiences traditional CMS platforms cannot deliver. Content Hub eliminates the need to purchase and integrate separate tools for website management, landing pages, blog hosting, and asset storage by providing these capabilities within the HubSpot ecosystem. Who Should Use Content Hub: Content Hub serves marketing teams producing content across multiple channels and journey stages, content managers coordinating distributed content production, and organizations requiring content personalization based on customer behavior. The platform scales content operations from small marketing teams to enterprise content organizations. Outcome: With Content Hub, marketers get everything they need to create and manage personalized content experiences across the customer journey at scale, shifting from reactive content production to strategic content programs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I feel like I have become an expert in moving websites into HubSpot. We've used it again and again because HubSpot CMS is a robust platform that's easy to customize and easy to use. The out of the box themes are a great starting point, and the new editing tool makes building beautiful pages easy. Best of all, it's straightforward UI means that even our most junior marketers are able to make content changes independently and without the need for dev resources.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

If you want more control over your builds, you can use the more rigid HubDB structure for pages. The downside is it does require custom coding to set up and to modify down the road, but content additions can be easily controlled from that system.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old platforms were fragile and difficult to scale up with increased traffic. HubSpot CMS Hub manages all of our content delivery, delivering a fast experience for our customers.

  ### 7. Hubspot is the CMS for the 21st Century

It's very easy to use yet very powerful. Lots of options on templates. Integrated with all other aspects of your marketing program. Great tech support. I could go on. Happy user. Can't begin to touch this functionality at the price point.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Sometimes the template options can be a bit limited on design elements.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, easy way to build outstanding websites. Fast for blogs, landing pages, etc. Combined with other modules it's a complete marketing ecosystem.

  ### 8. HubSpot CMS Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NATALIA C. | CUSTOMER SERVICE, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The most helpful feature of HubSpot is that it integrates the information when you have to track the news, it is straightforward, and when you have to call someone, it also has a feature to have an integrated phone.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

As a member, I work under my organization; it is ok that they can limit the performance and the options that we have, but there are lots of features that can help to work more efficiently, but they are locked, and we cannot access to.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating all the information creates a unified database, which allows us to manage and work with the data in the best way, generating analysis and standardizing some processes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick Steven U. | Senior Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

HubSpot CMS Hub is a reliable and complete content management system (CMS) with various capabilities for managing website content. It is an ideal alternative for organizations because of its user-friendly interface, smooth connection with the HubSpot ecosystem, personalization features, SEO optimization, and scalability. The platform enables individualized user experiences, prioritizes SEO and performance optimization, and provides flexibility for companies of all sizes. HubSpot CMS Hub is a full-service solution for marketers and content creators looking to improve their online presence.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

There are a few things that HubSpot CMS Hub might do better. The downsides include its pricing structure, which may be too costly for smaller businesses, a learning curve for new users, local design flexibility, difficulties receiving timely technical assistance, and a limited variety of plugins. Addressing these flaws will improve the overall user experience and make the platform more accessible to a broader range of users.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By delivering a user-friendly interface, seamless interaction with the HubSpot ecosystem, personalization possibilities, SEO optimization, and performance tracking, HubSpot CMS Hub eliminates website administration concerns. It makes website creation and development more accessible by allowing people to generate and customize content without requiring significant technical skills. ### 12. This tool has great potential, but it requires a clear protocol to achieve results.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesus E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The HubSpot CMS is a powerful tool that enables you to build and customize your website's infrastructure. You can use various modules to adjust the design and functionality of your pages according to your needs and preferences. The HubSpot CMS is ideal for collaborating with non-coders who can modify the site's contents with little technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

At first, you get a sense that it has excellent documentation. But I find using the modules quite confusing. Its docs don't provide enough info about what variables are available or if you must encapsulate them within regular HTML tags to make them work.

The lack of a testing environment makes it exceptionally painful to develop new sites or re-work modules. There isn't an easy way to create a copy of your prod site for testing. Also, if you are actively making changes to modules, you must make sure that if changes are made on the portal, you need to download them on your local dev environment before making other changes. For example, defining modules is more straightforward on the exit than on code, but altering its appearance (HTML, CSS) is better supported with an IDE.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the latest features of this platform is the integration of well-known JS frameworks, such as React. This is still a practical option, but it promises to speed up development.

  ### 13. Hubspot CMS is the perfect tool for a small marketing team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I like that all the tools are easy to navigate, the UI is so well layed out and that there is a lot of functionality all in one tool, you don't need a ton of plugins like other CMS systems. I also like that they are constantly innovating and creating new functionality, the new AI functions we have been testing are a huge asset to content creation.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The themes that come native with the system are poor, you really have to purchase a third party theme to get a decent looking site. To create customized components with Hubspot's proprietary code language requires someone on staff with a good grasp of coding.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot solves several problems for us, it is our website backbone, we use it to create marketing landing pages for campaigns and events and we also use it to host our blog. We have also started using it to host our videos recently.

  ### 14. HubSpot CMS Hub, definitely the platform for content and web experience management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | ACCOUNT MANAGER, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I feel that the most useful aspect of HubSpot CMS Hub is its ability to optimize content management and web experiences in a comprehensive way. For me, I believe it has 5 advantages. First, the platform's customization and adaptability capabilities; second, the SEO is completely friendly; third, its integration with HubSpot's CRM.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I consider that it has some things that I like less. First; the cost, especially to take advantage of its advanced features and functionalities. Second; its learning curve since it takes time to understand all its features and make the most of the platform. Third; its limitations in advanced customization. Fourth; its dependency on HubSpot's infrastructure. It is also important to mention that the disadvantages may vary according to the specific needs and requirements of your business.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helped me solve business problems by simplifying content management, improving user experience, lead generation and conversions, the ability to optimize SEO, and the capacity to offer integration with CRM and sales automation.

  ### 15. Organized and structured project management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danna M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Because it is an intuitive platform, most of its tools are easy to use. It helps with proper project management and the support response is effective.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Perhaps more training is needed for the specific handling of some tools in order to fully leverage the platform's potential.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage projects properly.

  ### 16. HubSpot Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

It does a standard job of managing clients.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

It's really confusing to navigate. Not customizable.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks our clients and holds all the information and data we need to do our daily job.

  ### 17. Complete Go-To-Market Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alaina B. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The HubSpot CMS is easy to use and is part of the complete HubSpot suite, meaning data flows seamlessly from the CMS to our HubSpot CRM, and into the HubSpot Marketing Hub. Our entire go-to-market team can stay aligned and united, armed with data and information in order to work as efficiently as possible.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

In some cases there may be some functionality limitations when we're trying to do something ultra-customized, but for the most part we have not experienced any downsides.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the HubSpot CMS to host our entire front-end website and blog, along with all of our downloadable content. We love that the HubSpot CMS Hub integrates so seamlessly with our CRM and Marketing Hub.

  ### 18. Puts your website into your own hands and integrates seamlessly with other Hubs and platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

We are a small marketing team with limited budget for engaging an external agency to build, expand, and maintain our website. We migrated away from Wordpress and use Hubspot CMS and we won't look back. It is extremely easy to use if you know limited code, and integrates with our other Hubspot Hubs (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub). All data is in one place and helps us report and track prospect and customer activity across all of our different touchpoints. Hubspot CMS is reasonably priced for what you get, and we havent had a need to use an agency for web work or hosting. The onboarding team was AMAZING as well and made our website migration super smooth, and ensured we were off to a great start.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I don't have anything I dislike or feel the need to call attention to. Overall it has been a smooth experience migrating our website to CMS, creating webpages and blog posts, including forms (and associated workflows), and Hubspot support is super helpful and responsive. We purchased a theme through their marketplace and that developer is always improving the theme itself.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't need to engage an agency anytime we need a change and now maintain our website ourselves (saving time and $$$). We're able to edit and add content ASAP and eliminate bottlenecks. It has also helps us begin to track which content is performing best and who is visiting our website, so we have better marketing metrics and data for sales.

  ### 19. Perfect CMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos C. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

It;s integration with Popl Digital Business Card and Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I do not really findsomething to dislike about it.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all my leads, contact, deals and clients in one place.

  ### 20. Hubspot is a great tool as a good working CRM system.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joep L. | CEO, Sports, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

We used Hubspot for our CRM tool. What i liked the most is that you can easily filter your contacts. for exmple with a few clicks you can export all your contact from one certain city

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I think Hubspot could add more options within it's platform. Like sending out emails, sending personal messages etc. This would helpout the platform and also would increase the use.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benifits are really the API's you can created to get all your contacts into the system. Form leadbuilders, woocommerce stores and all sorts of platforms are available to connect. So very easy to update your contacts.

  ### 21. We wouldn't be where we are today without HubSpot CMS Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn B. | Director of Sales & Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

It is super easy to learn and use, and it just works every time - all the time. CMS Hub delivered more than we expected, super easy to learn and use. It kicks A.. over other options we weighed for sure!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Some buttons or tools take some getting used to, but we can figure it out wo calling support. Maybe a mode where you could turn on a help or guidance mode.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the pandemic, we lost staff, and I had to jump in and figure out what to do. We got help from Hubspot to convert our old site to CMS Hub and it is just great - we even won and Sales and Marketing "SAMMY" Technology award because of it!

  ### 22. Hubspot CMS is Great for Digital Content Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Safwaan A. | Head of Marketing and Partnerships, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I find that Hubspot CMS Hub offers an intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to create and manage their digital content, without requiring extensive technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

While Hubspot CMS Hub offers a range of pre-built templates and themes, it can be difficult to fully customize designs to match a brand's unique aesthetic without specialized assistance from the Hubspot Team.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 23. Hubspot has been my go-to for years!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott P. | Volunteer Mentor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I have found that HubSpot is a fantastic, low-frills multifaceted content management solution that ties across all areas of our business. This is why I not only choose to use it for my own company, but also have recommended it to so many others that are just getting started or looking to make a shift. The ability to have our marketing website tie into our forms and work into our sales team's flow, then later our customer support flow and ongoing customer engagement automation is unparalleled.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

While it can be challenging finding developers with the expertise, we have found this to be less and less of an issue as HubSpot becomes a leader in the space. Costs can seem high at first, but when you grow up as a company, there is a definite tipping point that makes it a much more valuable solution in the long run.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The one-stop shop to integrate our public-facing website into our various user flows that cross from prospect to customer. We are able to automate and streamline processes from our blog for SEO to turn people into leads on our main website, then our sales team can have meetings scheduled without sending an email thanks to the various tools that tie in across HubSpot.

  ### 24. Best CMS for Developers and Marketers Alike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The developer-friendly tooling, documentation and feature sets are simply best-in-class. It took some serious convincing from me to sway my managers away from WordPress for our website rebuild, but they are now very glad I did. It was a relative breeze doing the migration as the lone developer on our team, and we had our medium-sized site entirely migrated within a month and a half.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The few things I dislike about Hubspot CMS are more to do with legacy functionality that I know is being worked on and improved, albeit a bit slowly. Things like improving the blog editor to accept module-based layouts would be great, but it's a minor thing.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the problem of requiring my (the web developer) involvement on every new page we launched. With the CMS tooling, I'm able to build hyper-customizable modules for my team to use to build on-brand pages and layouts without my assistance.

  ### 25. HubSpot has been a great experience so far!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I feel like HubSpot is a very good WordPress alternative, but with so many high level add ons and plugins. The website building tools are pretty good so far! And the security of the site is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

It does at times have learning curves and technical quirks that I'm getting used to. It's very different from WordPress or any other CMS I've used in the past, but overall it's pretty good. But definitely take your time with finding a theme that works best for you, and do your research! And be aware that you'll likely need to spend money on a higher level theme (minimum of $400) to get what you need out of it. But so worth the money!

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using HubSpot suite for so my website and marketing needs (outside of social media). It's been fantastic so far! The interconnection between website, user database, and email as really helpful.

  ### 26. A really powerful tool that is incredibly flexible with some limitations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conrad D. | Head of Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I love that everything is in one place. We have designed and developed much with the system including custom modules, themes, systems, the works. Everything just works and honestly that's one of the most overlooked important parts of a CMS solution.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

With the idea that everything just works, there are limitations to make that a reality. If you're coming from a world utilizing Wordpress, Drupal, etc, you are going to feel those limitations. There are things in these systems like content post types to create standardized content that are just limited in Hubspot CMS Hub. You can acheive some of it with HubDB, but it's just limited in comparison, but... the system just works and for that, trade offs can be worth it.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot CMS Hub is helping us to be able to quickly and efficiently build and iterate our website. In a culture of fast launches and quick improvements, it's vital. The way it integrates with our other systems (CRM, Automations, Forms, Emails, etc) is incredibly valuable to us. And when there is an issue, Hubspot support has always been stellar.

  ### 27. Wish I had HubSpot from Day 1

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The HubSpot CMS is a powerful tool to keep track of your relationships, follow ups, engagement and history of contact. It's easy to use, intuitive, and helps a small business keep contacts organized and insightful. You can customize the fields you use so the CMS does what you need it to do.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The only downside is you have to remember to save a note in the contact entry.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I keep track of my clients, their activity with my marketing outreach, and track engagement and interest. I am able to keep track of client notes and follow up efficiently.

  ### 28. Easy to use platform, easy migration from Wordpress, less expensive than most options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Drag and drop features are great. Platform is easy to use and provides good recommendations for SEO, accessible viewing, browser views, etc. You can make a text in under 30 seconds. Support is great, migration team does a great job if you are moving from Drupal or Wordpress.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

They have removed the option to add in modules - for example, to just add in a say a sticky banner - and instead make you use a full website theme or requires custom coding. Big negative that those options have been taken away and offers marketers less flexible especially on leaner teams.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a really old Wordpress instance and were forking over thousands of dollars just to maintain that CMS and quite a bit more to update the site, with such slow turnaround times i.e. 2 weeks just for a text change because an agency had set up proprietary modules. Really like the ability to make changes so quick in Hubspot CMS and we can attribute traffic, views. etc. much more easily with the reporting structure Hubspot Marketing Hub offers.

  ### 29. Hubspot is great and continues to improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa R. | content marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Hubspot has a lot of premade modules, and those are great. I think they could expand on their offerings, but overall good experience. We had a contractor build many things in Hubspot, but I wish there were more self-serve capabilities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Hubspot CMS can feel buggy at times. It's usually pretty good, but I feel there's a right way to do everything is Hubspot CMS, and I don't know the right way sometimes.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that all our website data is stored in the same place as our sales data to get everything we need for marketing in one place. Hubspot has capabilities that make my job easier and better.

  ### 30. The most complete CMS platform in the market as of today.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dorian M. | Growth and Digital Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

HubSpot is a very easy-to-use platform and it's obvious how its design is focused on customer experience and intuition. It has very well thought functions and is easy to connect integrations with other platforms. Compared to the competition, HubSpot is a complete platform when it comes to functionality and tools.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

-One of the main drawbacks is its pricing since the platform can be quite expensive, especially for a small business.
-While it offers some customization, it's not as flexible as other CMS options available in the market.
-Faced a lot of format and structure bugs while editing websites and landing pages.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're constantly making changes and updates about bugs and how to simplify the user experience and business-client relationship. Also, always thinking about new functions that make all processes for the marketing team easier.

  ### 31. HubSpot CMS Hub Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dilshad A. | Assistant Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The best thing I love about the HubSpot CMS Hub is the ability to drag and drop to create web pages. I can also choose from thousands of pre-built themes from the HubSpot Asset Marketplace.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

There isn't anything I don't like about HubSpot CMS Hub. It has got tons of features, such as the ability to Integrate, which helps me personalise the web visitor's experience by using the data directly from my CRM, which is another reason to love it more.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me develop web pages without needing to depend on any developer experience with its drag-and-drop website builder feature. This way, we are able to create web pages as we would like and are easily able to publish them without any coding knowledge.

  ### 32. Great CRM with lot's of potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The ability to separate work flows into separate pipelines and manage separately helps me to achieve my goals for the day and stay organized by separating tasks I need to do.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

My only real issue with Hubspot is its issue with tracking and logging email communications automatically. As of late I have to add the bcc list manually iin order to receive tracking.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that HubSpot is currently solving for me is filtering out emails and assigning them in the form a ticket so I do not get bogged down with communications that are not relevant to me.

  ### 33. So glad we’re hosting on HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie F. | Senior Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

It is an intuitive platform, allows extreme ease of use for making edits on the website. Love the analytics that we are able to see, it was the missing piece for making a one stop shop for all things digital.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Truly not much! There is the occasional bug with designs but nothing that can't be resolved quickly and efficiently.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminates the need for having multiple platforms. It allows for HubSpot to be a one stop shop for everything Gaggle does for digital marketing!!

  ### 34. CMS pros and cons

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michał K. | Let's call it CEO but I don't like this title, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

It has a lot of options and the best part for me is the fact that I can use many different tools that help me release my strategy and make my goals.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Sometimes it seems quite not UX frendly especcially if you work in a team. I came across some "dead end" places during my work with it and even the support team couldn'd help me.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation tool that helped us to free from "lazy" agency that was and still is running client's wordpress page. We did all of the work we needed alone without any support from them.

  ### 35. Intuitive and User Friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda S. | Senior Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I've found that other CMS have a long learning curve because everything is separate and they don't tend to play nicely with each other. In Hubspot CMS Hub all the features are easily acceptable, right where I would think to look for them. The sales and marketing pieces play well with each other will no additional effort needed.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I find that some things that feel like they should be included end up being a higher price or an add-on. It's frustrating to be able to see a function or have it recommended for me, but then I can't actually use it without paying.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used a CMS for our sales information, another platform for email marketing and another for our website. Since moving everything to Hubspot I am able to schedule emails, link to our blog and website pages and see who opened them all in one place! It is saving me so much time and effort!

  ### 36. Great platform if you have a dev on a retainer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel R. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Custom templates, landing pages, AI integrations. The interface is user friendly and it makes creating new webpages and landing pages pretty easy. The SEO recommendations are also useful to make sure all the basic best practices are there before you publish.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

If you don't know basic coding you'll need to use some more limited pre-built templates. It makes it harder to differenciate your brand.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fully integrated customer/lead journey. Allows me to have a complete vision on the leads' first visit to MQL.

  ### 37. Build an enterprise multilingual website

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorenzo C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Personalize content using the CRM data and tailor the user experience; implement quickly and use an easy-to-use graphical interface to build, but also support advanced custom blocks.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The fact that sometimes it is quite messy when you try to develop in a local environment instead of directly doing it via the web UI, and the lack of real integration with front-end frameworks.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Build a website quickly and integrate it with other HubSpot services without getting overwhelmed.

  ### 38. Frustrating. Free is not free its freemium

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A L. | Principal Enterprise Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The number of integrations it has are good. I like the zapier integration

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The free service is crippled to the point of uselessness. You will quickly reach the requirements to have a paid service in a few days. Also the paid service rack up charges really fast and it becomes prohibitively expensive.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a lead management platform. But it falls short of that. Unless you onyl make 1 sale a month and only have a dozen custoemrs and vendors the CRM will cost you a fortune.

  ### 39. Unleashing the Power of HubSpot: A Comprehensive Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vardha S. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

As a Customer Success Management (CSM) tool, the most important aspect of HubSpot is its ability to provide a comprehensive view of the customer journey and engagement. This includes features such as contact management, email and marketing automation, sales pipeline tracking, and analytics. Additionally, the platform's ability to integrate with other tools and systems is also crucial for a CSM team, as it allows for a seamless flow of data and communication across different departments and teams.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The platform can be quite complex and overwhelming, especially for those who are not familiar with marketing automation tools. Occasionally, it can also be slow to load and navigate.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot CMS Hub is a content management system (CMS) that helps businesses and organizations to create, manage, and optimize their websites and digital content. Some of the key problems that it solves include:

Content silos: It allows you to store all of your website's content in one centralized location, making it easy to manage and collaborate on.

Limited design options: It provides a wide range of customizable design templates and modules, making it easy to create professional-looking websites without the need for extensive coding knowledge.

Difficulty in optimizing content: It has built-in SEO and analytics tools that allow you to track your website's performance and optimize your content for better visibility and engagement.

Difficulty in integrating other tools: It has a wide range of integrations with other tools, such as CRM and marketing automation platforms, which allows you to easily connect your website with other parts of your business.

Overall, HubSpot CMS Hub can help you to improve the user experience and the performance of your website, and make it easier to manage and optimize your digital content.

  ### 40. User friendly. Few limitations.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maureen S. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Hubspot is easy to use and easy to pick up and learn. Support is quick to respond and there is plenty of community answered FAQs as well. I can stand up sites quickly and we're able to track our marketing efforts easily.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

The largest issue we've run into is the file limitation which doesn't seem to be able to be solved anytime soon. We hit our 10k limit and it hasn't been an easy issue to resolve as you have to check which files are used one by one to see if you can delete them which is quite tedious. I hope this limitation gets removed soon.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to stand up landing pages and websites quickly without the help of a dedicated developer and we're able to do that. It's also easy to track our marketing efforts and output reports as needed.

  ### 41. Great CMS for marketing and sales

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Once you learn the navigation of the menus, it is easy to get to the pages or templates, emails, etc. that you want to edit. Creating page names and URLs is simple, as are redirects. If you change a template or page name, HubSpot automatically updates all connected resources.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Forms tool doesn't allow you to assign IDs or classes to fields and buttons, so it is difficult to target them using Javascript.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SImplifies the editing of text and images so that non-technical team members can make changes.

  ### 42. New User: Great Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Snehal T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I think it's the ability to be able to track all customers in one spot. I like the fact that there are a lot of features that allow a small business like myself be able to use features to build our sales and dev pipeline.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Downsides at the moment none. Still learning.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Haven't used it enough to be able to see what problem we are trying to solve.

  ### 43. Lots of community support and always looking to improve.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I don't think I use every feature in the HubSpot CMS because there are so many. So I like that there is such a big support community around HubSpot to help me find answers to my questions, and also provide tips and tricks to make basic tasks easier.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I am an admin for my company's HubSpot account and sometimes I feel that adding a new user can be complex when I try and limit what the new user will have access to.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Non technical users can easily create new webpages or landing pages which helps to split up the task load amongst our team.

  ### 44. Incredible product with amazing user experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darling J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

easy to use and easy to customize experience even when you are not a coder. I recommend this tool for anyone looking to do more without having to heavily train in website creation.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

There is currently nothing I"m unhappy with in the CMS.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem this solves for me is providing an easy to use and easy to edit website for my clients.

  ### 45. Marketing Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

HubSpot is an incredibly user friendly platform. I love that it procides you with all the resources you need to succeed, from an incredibly engaged CSM to a library of training videos.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I can't really say at this point that there is anything about HubSpot I dislike. It's been a great experience.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use and create laning pages, marketing automation, and content creation.

  ### 46. HubSpot CMS is a Simple, All-In-One CMS Solution for Your Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Exiquio C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I used to be a professional web developer. I am now dipping my toes in running a small (just me) independent life insurance agency.

If you look around the industry for tips and tricks, you will see the gurus suggest you pay a grip of money to website agencies for them to build you a crappy website. As we say in the Black community, "I can do bad by myself."

Explore your local competition's websites. Takes notes on what you like and dislike; what you think works and doesn't work. Once you are firm on the features you need, explore a CMS option like HubSpot's. It's easy to use and integrates with their powerful suite of revenue-centric software like their excellent CMS.

Use a free template or spend the money to buy a premium one. Drag & drop the modules you need. Preview the pages. Deploy them. Test them. Run some speed tests on them. Implement some of the recommendations. Iterate when needed.

It's dead simple and very inexpensive at the Starter level. HubSpot takes inbound marketing seriously. They have endless content on how to improve your business, and they eat their own "dog food." A company that cares about itself so much that they fanatically care about your business is an easy decision to spend your money with. They also have incredible support staff that really mean it when they say they will look into your problem and get back to you.

I am very happy with them.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

They should make it harder to delete global services. Someone not as technically inclined as myself would panic and possibly cancel their subscription if they were silly enough to delete their footer like I did. The support staff can only do so much to help. They are not engineers.

I also don't like that the jump between Starter and Professional is so high. This is probably only applicable if you use their whole suite like I do. They gate features that should be available at the Starter tier like social media management and automation, and they make Professional so cost prohibitive that it doesn't make sense. I don't like having to look elsewhere for services I know they have. Again, this is probably only relevant to the suite.

Other than that, I think the CMS is pretty awesome, well engineer, and well-supported.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business needs a home on the web. HubSpot's CMS makes it dead simple for me to implement a website that meets my needs and quickly iterate it with any whim I think might improve results.

  ### 47. Easy to use and extremely optimized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

My favorite features of the CMS are the ability to add personalization from the CRM to create customized pages.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Once a template is built, there is extra effort that needs to happen to be able to custom modules

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us bring all of our customer data into one spot. We aren't using disparet systems anymore and trying to push and pull data.

  ### 48. Hubspot CRM is the best CRM used so far..!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dheeraj P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Hubspot helps in tracking the deal stages more efficiently. You have options for the automation of workflows, for setting tasks, etc. The dashboard in HubSpot is handy when you want to glance at the sales & marketing leads and their status.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

We cannot do that when it comes to editing Hubspot's default properties. The navigation from contacts to creating quotations can be improved. The line item properties, like the unit price, should be customizable.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps divert contact quickly with the help of workflow automation. It becomes easy to track the deal stages and also easy to prepare reports that are required to get insights into sales.

  ### 49. Long-time user throughout my career in content marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

I like how fast and easy it is to build website pages and landing pages, especially with our theme modules and brand settings.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Sometimes the blog formatting can be tedious.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently have multiple websites to manage, which is challenging from a branding and content standpoint. HubSpot has made it much easier and faster to build and update our websites as needed.

  ### 50. CMS for all!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anupama K. | AGM, Translation and Localization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?**

Hubspot CMS is a well expanded CMS hub that is used by most marketing teams and because of this, the training for this system was pretty easy. Very user friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?**

There's hardly anything I dont like about hubspot but if I have to choose it might be the app integration with emails and tools like webengage. The reports attached to these could be better too.

**What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

well it helps me get all my content in one lace, and that helps me as a freelance agent and small business owner. it also has an easy interface and also helps me make blogs etc
