**What do you like best about hubs?**

I like mostly the customer support. Any issues will resolve with in 24hrs from support team.

**What do you dislike about hubs?**

Its not user friendly product, need proper training to use it.

**What problems is hubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is one of the good product to connect with people in organization.

We can create our own chat rooms and request others to join by sharing single link.
