Business Hub by Hubnotch Solutions is a web-based invoicing and order management platform for small businesses, freelancers, agencies and online sellers. It brings customer requests, client approvals, invoices and payment records into one workspace. Businesses can create invoices manually or reuse information from orders, approved client requests and connected data sources. The WooCommerce integration lets users retrieve an order by its numeric ID, review customer and item details, and generate a branded PDF invoice. WordPress and REST API connections support additional data workflows. Client Intake & Approval helps service providers share project scope, pricing and terms through a secure link. Clients verify their email, confirm their details and provide a typed signature. Submitted information can then be reused when invoicing fixed-price, milestone or hourly work. A public storefront allows sellers to display products and services and receive orders or enquiries. Saved customer records, reusable catalog items, invoice templates and recurring invoices support ongoing billing. Payment tracking records full and partial payments and shows outstanding balances. Businesses can provide manual payment instructions and verify transfers before recording receipt. Online card payments depend on an eligible, configured payment provider. Business Hub offers a free plan, with additional features and usage allowances available on paid plans.
