(13)4.8/5

Hubnity is a time tracking and team productivity platform that helps freelancers, agencies, and distributed teams record working hours, manage project time, and turn daily work into clear, reviewable reports. It brings employee time tracking, automated timesheets, activity insights, and client billing workflows into one workspace. With Hubnity, team members can track work through a visible desktop timer, assign sessions to the appropriate organization and project, and add manual time entries when needed. This helps businesses maintain consistent records of working hours while keeping project and team responsibilities clear. Managers can review worked hours, breaks, idle time, and manual entries before approving timesheets. Reporting filters make it possible to examine records by date range, project, and team member. PDF and CSV exports support payroll preparation, operational analysis, and sharing time reports with clients or other stakeholders. For businesses that charge for their time, Hubnity separates billable and non-billable work and connects recorded hours to client and project information. Teams can use approved time to generate client invoices and review the underlying work records when billing questions arise. Hubnity also offers configurable employee activity monitoring. Depending on organization settings, work sessions can include periodic screenshots, application and active-window context, activity levels, and idle records. Administrators control whether screenshots and app tracking are enabled, adjust screenshot frequency, and define idle-time handling. The visible timer lets employees see when a session is running, while access to their own records supports transparency and review. Hubnity does not log keystrokes or read typed content. By combining project time tracking, timesheet approvals, productivity reporting, and billing support, Hubnity helps teams reduce manual administration and understand how working time is allocated. It is designed for organizations seeking clearer work records, more informed management conversations, and a practical connection between daily activity and business reporting. A 14-day free trial is available for teams that want to explore the platform.
