What do you like best?

The dashboard (back end) is extremely intuitive and easy to use, which makes organizing an online event very easy, whether you have experience or not.

This was our third time using Hubilo for our events and each time we have been more and more pleased with the support from our customer success representative, Gaurav. He has excellent attention to detail and always goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met and our questions answered.

During this event, we used an interpretation feature (provided by Congress Rental) that was embedded into the platform and it worked very well. Both Hubilo and Congress Rental worked hand in hand to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only issue we have ever encountered is that some participants do not receive the email inviting them to the platform due to strong firewalls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the issue mentioned above, as Hubilo is working on a landing page where countdown pop-ups, etc can be integrated which means we would send out links before the platform itself is ready to be launched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The platform has all the features needed to organize a great virtual event. From engaging with the delegates, to admin work on the dashboard and getting your team to manage the event. Great functionality.

But even more important, the help and support we got from the customer success representative were unprecedented. We used few other similar services in the past, but none compare to the amount of time and energy we got from their representative. They went over and above to make sure they answer every question and fix all our requirements. They even pushed the roll out of a new feature just for us! It was a great experience working with them! What do you dislike?

Can't think of many things, to be honest. As they have so many great features - it would help to have short demo videos we could share with the potential sponsors and exhibitors - as it would definitely get them to appreciate the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Biggest challenges we solved: having an easy to use dashboard and uploading the data of the event (text, picture, video), giving the sponsors easy access to their booth so they can manage it, engaging with the attendees, giving them more options on how to network, having clear and real-time statistics. Also having the ticketing and registration system - all great!

What do you like best?

I have been using your platform for a week from the backend and as well as the frontend. It is a very convenient and intuitive platform for online event planners and participants. During the first event for our high-profile client, we used around 30% of all Hubilo`s features and I can't wait to implement more. What do you like best?

It was a good all-round platform, combining the common webinar functionality with a flexible exhibition booth format, and especially the ability to incorporate networking tables was important to us. In my research, Hubilo had the best combination of these three elements plus a modern look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

not really dislikes, but I would improve:

- the ability to download analytics directly (instead of via email)

- being able to send chat messages (eg share a link) with people you are in a call with, at a table.

- Have an option in your pricing plan that is not event based. In this way we could create a more permanent solution to showcasing businesses. With less functionality would be ok. e.g. have a exhibition of businesses that we have up all year, and can direct people to as needed, without the need for video calls etc.

- being able to categorise exhibitors in more detail would be useful, more like we can with attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To enable networking and introductions to the small businesses that we champion, particularly with the Covid19 situation making physical events impossible. Also we have been able to collaborate with partners outside of our geographic area, and can now consider running events with a national or international focus. What do you like best?

The platform is one of the most user friendly platform's that I researched in my year of trying to find the best virtual platform out there. While the backend had some kinks that could be worked out I'd say it was very straightforward and increadiby easy to add all of my event's content. The customer service was also a HUGE win and they always answered my questions and made themselves available for my needs while building everything out. Again, I did about a years worth of research on all the many platforms and found this one to be the best across the board, the nicest looking, and affordable for our needs. What do you dislike?

One of the issues our attendees mentioned was that there is no sharing a business card feature that is an easy way for the attendees to exchange information but I was told that is a feature coming down the pipeline. I also experienced a lot of my attendees not receiving the emails that were sent through the platform and they constantly went to junk mail. I had to remedy that by sending all communication about the platform through our Mailchimp email account but it would have been nice if I could have just relied on that feature because it makes it a lot easier for people to get access on demand. One other thing I wish is that the platform stayed open for a while after the event ends. Would be nice to be able to refer attendees there 6 months past the event date, but you have to pay for that and unfortunately, that wasn't an option for us. At the end of the day, these are not major issues and can be worked through but worth mentioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is an incredibly feature loaded platform with pretty much everything you need to execute a virtual event.

The support team and technical team are very experienced and responsive with any assistance you need before, during and even after the event.

The platform is reliable, scalable (we used it for 3,500 attendees) and has a rgeat user interface for attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The UI for the event planner could be improved particularly in the Feedback, Gamification and Poll modules. Also being able to run these across the web app and mobile app seamlessly would be a much needed feature. I am told these will be fixed in the coming update this week. What do you like best?

I appreciated the mostly intuitive organization and interface on the backend for staff, and the easy, clean navigation and look on the frontend for participants. The platform contained all of the components we were looking wrapped up in an attractive design. I was comforted by our real-time tech support during our live sessions. What do you like best?

All of your virtual event needs in one place . A customizable interface that allows you to immerse your audience in the event from the moment they land on your welcoming page and throughout their journey through your event . Amazing networking features for your attendees and speakers including rooms , lounges , chat panels , QA sections in live sessions , live contests and a pinned leaderboard and so much more

Incredible opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors - the most interesting features were the option to have your sponsor personnel customize their "booth" and freely interact with attendees - either by chatting or booking one to one meetings .

From the admin point of view , Hubilo gives you full control over your event in terms of moderating content , removing any unwanted interaction , and getting creative with your event feed . From the design and UI point of view , Hubilo is simple and smooth guaranteeing a very interactive and error-free user experience , as well as having an efficient design for the speaker , host , sponsor , and attendee profiles , giving limited access to interact in certain parts of the event for each profile type .

An extremely instrumental note is concerning Hubilo's multiple streaming options for both recorded and live sessions which saves you the effort of handling streaming.

Last but not least Hubilo has the BEST customer support I have ever seen . With their amazing customer success department , you can rely on them for being cooperative , helpful , ingenious , and basically giving you every ounce of their effort to make sure your event steals the show. What do you dislike?

Some minor details in the platform from the admin perspective . The posters for the contests and questions are not customizable . The interface for the admin view of the event dashboard - where you can customize and upload everything on your event is a bit complex , with sometimes similar options in entirely different places ; the organization for the customizations options need to be tweaked . What do you like best?

The video group chat feature! Being able to video chat while experiencing other aspects of the event is what makes this platform stand out. Guests have to ability to communicate with the organizers, participants, speakers with group chats, private chats, group video chat, one-on-one video chat and by setting appointments. What do you dislike?

The limited ability to customize the design (colors, font, borders, background images). The design in very neutral but it did not enable us to level up with our client's brand presence in a visual sense. The lack of customization makes it transparent that we do not own the virtual event platform as we would own a physical event space when we buy it out for various event programs. What do you like best?

The features of Hubilo are very well thought out. The best thing about Hubilo is the ability to let clients choose tabs to include for a particular event (not forced to utilise all features if event does not require). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

One area of improvement would be on the testing of the platform. At the moment, certain features will only go live on event day and if any testings are required, arrangements would need to be made with Hubilo to 'open' it for a certain time frame. However, due to time zone differences and difficulty in coordination with client's time, there are multiple hurdles just to achieve this. Hubilo can consider allowing all features to go live and available for client's viewing and testing of features ahead of event day as long as the event has not started. What do you like best?

It is a great platform which is extreme interactive and easy to navigate. The Dashboard features are very user friendly, simple & convenient to deliver the information the event platform requires. The best part of the platform is the functionality of private room, networking lounge & face to face meeting between the attendees, sponsors or Speakers. Our clients and attendees enjoyed their experience and were impressed with our pivot, especially since it was our first time. . Additionally, it is also very cost-effective when compared with many other platform options out there and can't forget the Hubilo team, who was available round the clock to support the team & made it successful. Very easy to use, great platform for visual conference. The Dashboard features are also very user friendly, simple & convenient to deliver the information the event platform requires. What do you like best?

We were a bit skeptical at the start, Hubilo was new to the market and we were currently testing solutions like brella, cvents ....etc. But none of those solutions could deliver what we had pictured. Hubilo was a breeze of a product it had everything we hoped for and the cost was far more affordable than any other similar platform.

What do you like best?

Our team loved the app! It's a great technology with the features that you need for a virtual conference and tradeshow, especially the networking and matchmaking features. It worked excellently on both desktop and mobile. The platform is very easy to use, the design is sleek and modern, and the Hubilo team were a pleasure to work with. Our clients and attendees enjoyed their experience and were impressed with our pivot, especially since it was our first time. What do you dislike?

The typical downsides that come with a tech provider and especially a new platform for the events industry. I believe they are still developing more customizations which I believe are needed to the agenda (so you can create your own schedule or save the sessions you're interested in - that was not available for us). The OTP is another issue we've faced, it would be helpful to have people create-their-own-password instead of getting a new OTP every time (especially with company firewalls blocking emails). I believe the Hubilo team are open to feedback and are more than willing to continuously enhance the improve the platform. We had some issues with customer support prior to the event but they were available for support 24/7 during the event which was the most important. Best part of this platform is that it provide all those features which are required for a real events like -

- Feed

- Sponsors highlights so they can get branding and marketing benefits

- Contest to keep attendees on the platform

What do you like best?

Simple navigation, one of the best front end user interfaces out there for a virtual platform, great support team, and great attendee feedback on the virtual event experience. Polling, Q&A, and chat is all native which is great and no need for 3rd party apps. The platform has the flexibility to work with many streaming platform and also have a native option as well. Additionaly, the platform is frequently being updated with improvements and is also very cost-effective when compared with many other platform options out there. What do you dislike?

The polling options could be improved to allow for different types of question formats to be asked. The invoice process and payments could be a little bit easier for US based companies. Hubilo is based in India so the wire transfer process can be tedious, but worth it for the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I had a only week to roll out a networking platform to plug into a bigger event and I was impressed how swiftly Hublio team was able to turn it around. My account was created in no time and my Account Manager Pradeep Vishwakarma was there to help me every step of the way, right from setting up, designing phase through to the day of event. The customer support was excellent and the product features I liked most :

1) The ease of setting up and customising the platform

2)Instant networking via video calls/chat

3)Visual appeal of the lounge - pod set up

4)Ability to run video calls in countries like China

5)Reporting capability

What do you dislike?

There not much to dislike, really, however, I feel the meetings could run more than an hour sometimes, so an option for a longer meeting would be good.

The meeting calendar always shows the time zone of where the event is most likey to be attended but considering how events are becoming global nowadays, I think the meeting slot should be shown in the attendees time-zone, and at the bottom the invitees corresponding time could be displayed.

The list of all attendees is shown on the platform, in some cases you would not want the attendess to see each other, a toggle button to show/hide the attendees would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for an online event platform, which is easy to set up and manage, I would highly recommend Hubilo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The platform itself fulfils almost all aspects of a physical event done virtually allowing attendees, speakers & sponsors to be fully engaged with the event. Navigation within the Platform is also a plus point making it comfortable for the attendees to explore all the features available within. What do you like best?

Platform is extremely interactive and our attendees LOVED the lounge tables where we could see each others faces. Feedback was SO high for the event, which was our first virtual event. Many sponsors, who attend many conferences, said this was the most engaging experience they had had. Can't beat the price! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I felt like our sessions should have been mapped way before they were. I spent way too much time the weekend before the conference in testing everything to make sure it was good, which caused unnecessary anxiety had things been mapped earlier. I think they were very busy, understandably, but I wonder how much support I would have gotten if I hadn't reached out directly asking for things.
