There are so many features within HubEngage. I am newer to the platform, but feel like I'm always learning or discovering something new. The customer support is very strong. I appreciate that HubEngage allows us to reach all of our employees where they are! Employees can get the latest news, sign up for events, and take trainings all from their police vehicle, garbage truck or desk! We are now all connected with the same news and updates. HubEngage is a truly unique multi-channel employee engagement patform. For example, the Turn on Engagement feature allows you to organize feedback, offer gift cards and experiment with AI powered content. It is ideal for building teams, communities, developing leaders, and conducting satisfaction surveys. You can share news, videos, images and other content. The platform provides a variety of communication channels that extend beyond document sharing. Our favorite feature is the ability to encourage employees to recognize one another, which significantly improves the workplace environment. Furthermore, it is extremely easy to use. The site promotes peer to peer recognition, which has been a huge success.
