I can onboard a new team member to Hubble very quickly, and it allows them to become independent with their research. The drag-and-drop interface is really easy for adding different fields, and I love the Figma integration for concept testing. Hubble makes survey and test deployment easy among a team of multiple designers and product managers, scaling our research ability more quickly. I like the templatized questions and tasks available for setting up studies, which makes the set up process more efficient. I find that some QA is needed on participants as sometimes they're unprofessional or unaware that recording has started. Also, background sounds during videos can be a bit of a problem as they sometimes get added to transcripts.
