## Hubble Reviews
  ### 1. User Research That Fits Seamlessly Into Product Development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeni J. | Software Dev , Ai Agents Builder, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I use Hubble to conduct user research throughout the product development lifecycle, and it's especially useful for running unmoderated usability tests, prototype testing, in-product surveys, and AI-assisted interview analysis without needing to manage multiple research tools. I love how Hubble streamlines the entire user research process, offering everything in one platform with a clean, intuitive interface. It makes it easier to validate ideas, identify usability issues, and understand user interactions. Setting up Hubble was very easy, which is another aspect I appreciate. the pricing was good.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Overall, Hubble has been a solid platform, but there are a few areas where I'd like to see improvements. The AI-generated summaries are helpful for speeding up analysis, but I still find myself reviewing recordings to verify important insights. Giving users more control over how themes are grouped and how AI-generated findings are explained would make the results easier to trust.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hubble to conduct user research efficiently without juggling multiple tools. It solves the problem of getting quick, high-quality feedback, helping us validate ideas and identify usability issues based on real user interactions.

  ### 2. A seamless and powerful research tool for any team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara B. | Product Designer/UX Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I appreciate how intuitive and robust Hubble is. When I used it for the first time, I found myself building my concept test without wondering where or how to accomplish what I needed for the study. Everything is straightforward and looks really clean when sending out to participants, creating a professional and polished experience. I particularly love how Hubble allows you to group questions and tasks, providing the ability to design, duplicate, and organize questions more efficiently and consistently.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There are some features I would find helpful on the analysis side, such as filtering summary content based on a participant's answer to a certain question (i.e., only showing respondent answers if they selected "A" for question 1). Occasionally, screen sharing recordings didn't work or participants shared the wrong screen. That said, the Hubble team was very proactive and supportive in expanding recruiting to replace those responses and providing extra credits, which I greatly appreciated.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my (very small) team to conduct research and test designs with users in order to gain meaningful insights and build better products. It unlocks our ability to make sure user research remains a part of the development process and validates our assumptions and ideas.

  ### 3. Powerful In-Product Research and Recruitment, but Integrations and UI Need Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble has been a really useful addition to our research toolkit because it brings together functionality that would otherwise require multiple tools. One of the biggest differentiators for us is its in-product research capabilities, which we haven't found in many comparable platforms. Their pricing was much less than others we looked into too.

I've also enjoyed the participant recruitment experience. One thing that was new to me compared to other research platforms is that you can review participant applications and decide who to accept into a study. That extra level of control has been valuable and helps us feel more confident that we're recruiting the right participants for our research.

The AI moderator has also been useful, and we've seen noticeable improvements over the past year. It's become much easier to provide prompting instructions, define interview questions, and set probing guidelines, which has improved the quality of the sessions and insights we receive.

The best part of working with Hubble, though, has been the product team. They've been very receptive to feedback and feature requests. We've shared ideas for improvements and have often seen updates rolled out in a relatively short amount of time. As a customer, it's refreshing to feel like your feedback is genuinely heard and can have an impact on the product roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There are a few areas where I'd like to see Hubble continue to improve. The biggest gap for our team is integrations. For example, Hubble currently integrates with Slack, but not Microsoft Teams, and it doesn't have a direct integration with Dovetail. Because of that, moving research data into our repository still requires some manual work.

There are also parts of the UI that can feel a bit confusing at times. For example, there are many different question types available within the 'questions' tab of the study builder, and it can take some time to understand where to adjust that within the UI.

One smaller usability issue is how participants are automatically assigned random animal-and-color names. While I understand the privacy rationale, I would appreciate the ability to rename or customize participant labels within the platform, as the autogenerated names can sometimes be distracting when reviewing research.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We adopted Hubble because we wanted to add in-product research and AI-moderated interviews to our research stack (capabilities that our existing tools didn't provide). Hubble has enabled us to expand our research methods without needing to add multiple new platforms.

It's also helping us meet a broader organizational push to incorporate more AI into our research processes. Features like AI-moderated interviews and the AI study generator have made it easier to experiment with and scale AI-assisted research in a practical way.

One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to collect more research data asynchronously. By allowing participants to complete studies on their own time and leveraging AI-supported workflows, our team can gather insights more efficiently while freeing up researcher time for activities that require deeper analysis, synthesis, and strategic thinking.

  ### 4. Research Insights Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janette B. | Product Research Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I like that Hubble uses advanced AI technology to help researchers gather data and insights more quickly, especially through AI-moderated interviews. I also appreciate how attentive the team is and makes sure you’re having a good experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

I do not have much dislikes about Hubble. We currently do use multiple research tools so it would be nice if we can just use one tool in the future.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with reducing time constraints by allowing AI moderated interviews and also quick recruitment time.

  ### 5. Empowering User Research with Fast Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asheeta K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

I like the templatized questions and tasks available for setting up studies, which makes the set up process more efficient. The Hubble team is super responsive and helps build out feature requests quickly, and they even assist in setting up studies and providing recommendations. The user-friendly interface is a plus, and I can synthesize my research quicker thanks to helpful AI summaries that are well broken down on each video recording. Additionally, Hubble provides transcripts that I can plug into Claude for further synthesis.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

I find that some QA is needed on participants as sometimes they're unprofessional or unaware that recording has started. Also, background sounds during videos can be a bit of a problem as they sometimes get added to transcripts. I see the benefit of vetting users before beginning the study, but sometimes it can add a little delay and extra work.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble helps me find the right participants, quickly set up tasks with templates, and share learnings with my team to move decisions along. I synthesize research with AI summaries and enjoy a user-friendly interface. The team is responsive, making feature requests fast and helpful.

  ### 6. Streamlined Participant Management and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble has been a huge help for me as the only researcher at a startup. Their team is responsive and easy to work with, and having access to a research manager for research ops support has been incredible helpful. Being able to run both moderated and unmoderated studies as well as mix recruits for studies makes it flexible for different types of projects

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

There only a small gaps compared to the legacy tools, but any most of the feedback I've shared with the team has already been on their roadmap.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me a lot of time on sourcing, scheduling, comms, and sending incentives to participants. The automatic video transcripts also make it much easier and faster to review interviews and pull insights

  ### 7. Great product for unmoderated testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble filled an important gap in our tech stack. While our team already had solid moderated testing processes in place, we lacked a platform for quick unmoderated testing, such as card sorts or prototype tests. Hubble’s easy to use platform addressed this need effectively and I was glad to be able to complement my moderated studies with its robust set of unmoderated tasks that I could string together. In particular, I like that there is an AI moderated interview question type that I can insert as part of a study, without making the whole study AI-moderated (sometimes you gotta get a mix!)

I also deeply appreciate their support team; whenever we provided feedback, the Hubble team was responsive, willing to investigate further, and eager to suggest solutions.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Looking forward to more robust question display logic & finer controls over the AI moderation scope.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complementing our moderated research studies with an unmoderated option, allowing us to quickly test prototypes and concepts. Like the Figma and live site integration.

  ### 8. Reliable and Seamlessly Fits Into My Daily Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

It's reliable and fits well into my daily workflow

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Occasionally it misses the context of my request.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time by generating content and organizing information quickly

  ### 9. Solid up and coming unmoderated user testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Hubble?**

Hubble is an excellent value unmoderated user testing tool. You really can't beat it for it's price point in the market. Whilst still being in a relatively new start up mode, the team are constantly adding new functionality and improving existing functionality. The tool contains all the core functionality you'd expect from an established tool with more advanced features being added every couple of weeks. The team are also extremely accessible, open to feedback, and very prompt addressing any issues or improvements suggested from their customers.

**What do you dislike about Hubble?**

Hubble is still a relatively new player in the market of user testing tools, so whilst it delivers on all the basics you'd expect from such a tool, the team are still refining existing functionality whilst also regularly adding new functions. Whilst you're more likely to come across a minor 'bug' than some more established tools, the Hubble team are very accessible and prompt in addressing any issues (often with hours). This provided our company with the confidence needed to commit to the tool longer term.

**What problems is Hubble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubble helps our organisation experiment with and test prototypes while efficiently gathering real user insights to help drive solutions our customers love.
