Easy to use but flexible. It's easy to use the stock reports but you customize for you own needs. Also, they have a tool which will allow you to make your own reports by adding tables and joins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it will give you an error and you have to restart the program but we have not upgraded in a few years so the bugs have probably been addressed. They sent updates at least twice a year with improvements. Our IT just doesn't take advantage of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
