**What do you like best about Field Complete?**

- Ease of Use and Intuitive UI
- Integrations with Google Maps and inbuilt Calendar
- Account specific permissions and rights 
- Great Knowledge Base

**What do you dislike about Field Complete?**

- Reporting features are fairly difficult to use
-DIfficult to use for the technicians in the field as it needs training
- Any records cannot be deleted by the user

**What problems is Field Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our organization , we are trying this out currently as a replacement for Fieldnation which has been our go to software for tech scheduling for different client locations. So far, the website looks promising and could be a great alternative in future.
