It is light weight offline editor. **What do you dislike about HTML-Kit?** It does not have the modern feature like Git integration, Emmet, Intellisense, extensions etc. It's UI is outdated. **What problems is HTML-Kit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beginner no need to install different different type of software like Preview tool, FTP client, HTML editor etc. Some built in tool like HTML Tidy, Syntax checking helps to prevent from code error and formatting issue. Here is no internet dependency. ### 2. It's a huge step up from notepad style products. tags get formatted which is incredibly helpful when you leave something open and are looking for an end position. **What do you dislike about HTML-Kit?** Seems to be a new update every time we open it. Understandable for bug fixes but then again, is it that bug laden? Developer should consider larger package updates for non critical issues so that we are not having to constantly do installs. **Recommendations to others considering HTML-Kit:** Good program if you do light HTML editing frequently. If you are looking for a lightweight and cost effective program to replace a free "notepad" style editor, this is a great solution. just be prepared to update it a lot. **What problems is HTML-Kit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows for easy updates to html based sites. A huge step up from our older software that continuously crashed. ### 3. I think it's perfect for HTML, CSS and PHP. Better for a medium level. **What do you dislike about HTML-Kit?** I don't like the fact that you need to know most of the standard markups to use it perfectly as the software itself doesn't give you proper coding informations. **Recommendations to others considering HTML-Kit:** Medium level of HTML/coding knowledge preferred. **What problems is HTML-Kit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coding small parts of websites ### 4. Modern Editors like Sublime , Atom has these capabilities in built.
