We are a little over a month post go live and staff are doing great after being on paper for years **What do you dislike about HST Pathways?** I unfortunately came to ASC with only 3 months till go live so I felt that the training was rushed and monitors/ devices were not all working when we went live. Need more than 1 trainer onsite for go live. Dislike that pt engagement does not automatically flow into Echart **What problems is HST Pathways solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less paper documantation and streamlined reports for operations ### 2. The integration between products is good. One of the best parts about HST eChart is the ability to customize your charting experience. Also, the ability for each area to have their own area for charting is a huge plus (ie. preop, intraop, anesthesia). Information that those areas need to see (ie. allergies, vital signs, etc) flow into each section. That way when you are teaching a new person how to use the chart, you just have to teach them their specific area. **What do you dislike about HST Pathways?** HST has different products for different purposes. This can lead to fractured processes and missing information. For example, there is not currently a good preop call tool that the patient can fill their information in before hand. There is a tool in HST CaseCoordination, but this information does not flow into HST eChart. Having a fully capable suite of products that fully integrate with each other would be a huge success, which is what HST is working toward, just not there yet. I think when all of these issues are ironed out, HST will be a premier product. **What problems is HST Pathways solving and how is that benefiting you?** The greateset solution that HST provides is the ability to use one products in many modalities. The ability for a doctor's office to use Case Coordination to post a case, the ASC to approve the case in Case Coordination, the ASC to be able to utilize Practice Management for it multiple features (case preference cards and inventory management, billing and claims management), and the abilit for the ASC to utilize eChart is a huge plus. -
