What do you like best about HSI?

Ease of use across the whole platform. All team members have the ability to log incidents, hazards and complete training as and when needed. Managers have ready to use reporting and full access to dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HSI?

Nothing to add for this section. If issues arise such as bugs in the system or changes to the set-up the support channels are all readily available at all times to log a ticket for the issue and everything is answered and resolved in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HSI:

Amazing tool to manage restaurants hazard entries, event logs and even compare to all your connected users. The UI is super user friendly and spot on. Helpful in maintaining the incident reports and tracking them so that they can be minimized in future. The application is fantastic and supported on most of the devices, in addition to this the support team is very friendly and fast. you can manage unplanned incidents, any potential safety hazards for the employees, manage environment safety and manage all your certifications required by the authorities. Deliver training materials and areas for your team to keep an eye out for.I will definitely (100%) recommend Done-safe to everyone having double thoughts and or planning to buy this facility for their business. What problems is HSI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We save all the incidents and hazards reports happening within the organization and manage them for later reviewing and resolving purposes. Determining potential risks that may impact employees or the environment, reporting any unplanned events that have the potential to cause accidents or near misses. Identifing work hazards by job, location, and type of work and comparing them with the similar users. In addition to this we use Donesafe to comply with regulation such as Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashboard reporting is great, but we still need to provide printed reports from time to time. Reports do not translate well to printed format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the simplicity of its use!

What problems is HSI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we began using the Donesafe platform we have a much clearly understanding of what is occurring in McDonald's restaurants and have been able to develop strategies to address them. When categorising incidents this is completed at an admin level and will flow down for all users. Please have a chat with your health and safety team who manages Donesafe and get more information or have changes put in place.

What do you like best about HSI?

Donesafe is a truly flexible platform that allows you to almost build anything you want. You can customise almost any part of the system and set up all kinds of triggers and automations as well. Audits and checklist currently require user to step through each tab, I believe this is getting rectified.
