What do you like best about HSI?

It's very easy for me to record an incident and put all related elements together, including people involved, pictures, footage, action plan, follow up management and etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HSI?

Some of the example pictures are not displayed in different browsers. I am using safari, I see a picture unable to load very often Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HSI?

With a predominantly young workforce, we needed a program that would motivate our users to want to use it. Donesafe more than achieved this. In the 12 months pre-Donesafe we recorded 4,500 safety and security related incidents across the business, however in the 12 months post the introduction of Donesafe this had increased to 19,000! This greatly improved our visibility of hazards and risks in our business and has enabled us to better prioritise our improvement initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HSI?

There aren't many concerns as Donesafe are always innovating and improving and are very responsive to the needs of its users. If there is one thing, it is limited ability to filter and/or sort some on-screen reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HSI?

Ease of reporting while in the field. Also, for my employees to be able to check mark the safety items they are discussing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

App not working correctly. Its not letting my guys log in and they end up having to go to the web based internet site which is not always useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the app, if your workers cannot log in we will need to check your account and app connection is firing/set-up correctly. Please reach out to support@donesafe.com and we will be sure to have this checked and actioned for you.

Why are you facing this problem? Not all Donesafe customers wish to use the app infact around 70% of our customers request web-based only access for employees. The functionality of the app is optional and requires one additional step for set up. This is super quick to complete, notify the team and we can action this.
