It's an alright HR tool. Still use outside sources for other HR elements. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Erica M. | Creative Producer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022 **What do you like best about HRWize?** The visual representation of your vacation time on the home page is the best feature. It quickly shows you time taken, time booked, and your true balance. **What do you dislike about HRWize?** There is no option to alter your vacation request once submitted. If there is, I couldn't find it, and I looked around for a long time. For example, I realized I booked slightly wrong days. It is not a simple process to adjust. Aswell, Org Chart & Directory could be consolidated into one feature. They don't have the most intuitive search as it is. Not a user friendly experience on these 2 tools. **Recommendations to others considering HRWize:** It works well for a few specific needs. But expect you will need to supplement other HR needs with another tool. **What problems is HRWize solving and how is that benefiting you?** It consolidates vacation/time off and any company-wide files you might need for things like Taxes. ### 2. Besides these main features I do not use more of HRWize so I cannot comment much beyond this. **What do you dislike about HRWize?** the fact that it still has some bugs like -- some folders in my profile show 10 documents and even after I've read them the folder still shows 10 documents. Again I'm not a super user so there's not much I can say here. **What problems is HRWize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee profile with all my documents such as payslips, and promotion/other details. Also applying for time off, But beyond this, I have no other use for it HRWize ### 3. HRWize is a flexible partner **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022 **What do you like best about HRWize?** I like that HRWize has worked very well with my team to create the API connections needed to automate a lot of our L&D LMS work. HRwize is a lot more flexible than its larger competition. **What do you dislike about HRWize?** The Org chart feature has been less than stellar, but has improved a lot over the years we've used HRWize. I feel like the navigation of it could be improved along with the details shown. **What problems is HRWize solving and how is that benefiting you?** HRWize provides us a lot of flexibility to get the information we need from it to the other systems we use.
