We have implemented multiple systems in the last 5 years and this system was by far the easiest process we experienced. From the Implementation team, to system configuration, this was the best implemetation we had and we were impressed with the level of service we received from HR Soft. The integration from our current HRIS to HR Soft was seamless and has made that management of employee data very simple. We have not found anything in the system we do not like. COMPview is very user-friendly! When I began my career I had very minimal experience with a compensation planning system and with the assistance of our HRSoft team I was able to learn the system fairly quickly. COMPview facilitates all our yearly comp processes and makes Q1 a lot more manageable. With the amount of features offered, we can tailor the system to make our compensation cycles run smoothly.
