**What do you like best about Infotrack?**

The implementation of an HRMS comes along with a variety of advantages such as automating processes such as payroll and time records resulting in more efficiency, having a single database for all employees, and increased adherence to laws and regulations. recruiting of employees becomes easier, onboarding processes are not complicated, and they also allow self service which minimises HR teams work. The HRMS tools can integrate into larger systems, are easily scalable, improve data security, and assist in better decision making. Other than this, they allow for reduced costs such as administrative costs, and greater employee engagement stemming from feedback systems and performance tracking.

**What do you dislike about Infotrack?**

An HRMS has its downside because of its high initial costs, a complex implementation process, and a steep learning curve. It may expose the business to data security risks, privacy issues, or overreliance on technology that may be an issue in the event of system failures. Furthermore, certain systems might be inflexible in terms of customization options, be over-featured, or have undisclosed costs related to upgrades and support services. Mistakes in data entry or configuration errors can also introduce inaccuracies which have the potential to affect HR processes.

HRMS addresses several needs by streamlining processes such as payrolls and attendance, housing all employee data in one location, and providing an automated system for labor law compliance. It facilitates recruitment, allows for analytics based decision making, and allows self service where employees can create their own information. HRMS increases the efficiency of the organization, cuts costs and enables growth while also improving administrative efficiency, enhancing employee interaction and elevating the HR function overall.

Complexity for small business and also it is costly for small business

I use Infotrack HRMS om a daily basis to maintain the employees leave, attandance, Permission, login and logout. It simplifies and automates our HR administrative work.

So far, I don't face any issues in Infotrack HRMS.

I am using Infotrack HRMS for emloyee engagement and performance management. This software is helpful to maintain employees Performance and Attendance.

Honestly I love the software, one of the best HRM. It makes HR tasks easy and error-free. Smooth functioning and the best part is the team regularly improves the product with updates.

The initial setup can be a bit time consuming.

It helps me most in Attendance Management, Payroll processing, Employee Management. These features save my time and reduce error.

Their are multiple functions in a single application which have save the cost & time for everything for employee and administrative. I help me to manage payroll leave and attendance.

Sometime we lost the access without reason.we are facing a lot of slowness in application.

every HRMS software have same issue. Employee are facing lot of slowness from users end

I think best about HRMS is how you can see the details based on company that you are working with. so the details are very precise.

**What do you dislike about Infotrack?**

It uses a third party for any details related to tests or to check your salary slip. although it can be modified but it should have a option of its own to do so

**What problems is Infotrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

well, we changed HRMS to ZingHR and we are getting much more options now as compared to HRMS but still for a basic use the interface was much more easier to use than any other software or website
