HRMS BD, developed by DUSRA Soft Ltd in Dhaka, is a specialized human resource management and payroll platform made specifically for businesses in Bangladesh. The software addresses common administrative challenges by aligning directly with local labor laws, National Board of Revenue (NBR) income tax guidelines, and regional salary structures. Designed for a wide range of organizations from small corporate offices to large garment factories and NGOs. It helps operational teams shift away from manual spreadsheet tracking and reduce the administrative burden of month-end operations.
