A unique assessment model that makes employers aware of the costs of losing employees, how it affects a company’s profits and how a reduction in turnover costs can significantly lessen the financial impact on a company’s bottom line results. A Cost of Turnover Analysis makes employers aware of these costs which can often escalate into thousands, and sometimes hundreds of thousands, of dollars. We can breakdown the cost of turnover by region, department and/or job function. We can also customize our model to meet the unique specifications of your company size, industry and business type.

**What do you like best about HRMetricsPro?**

I would like to say that the instant ability to upload documents and the secure nature make this a favored feature.


**What do you dislike about HRMetricsPro?**

I only dislike the lack of onsite training and availability of technical support staff.

**Recommendations to others considering HRMetricsPro:**

I do not have any recommendations but to just make sure you are familiar with this tool before implementing.

**What problems is HRMetricsPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the business problem of file sharing and cost of handling hard copies.
