What do you like best about HRLocker?

I like HRLocker because it's simple and easy to use. The reviews and handling of sick leave are particularly valuable. It offers better granular security options, which was a significant factor in the switch, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRLocker?

What do you like best about HRLocker?

The UI/UX is easy to use, data entry is simple, it offers built-in ATS integrations, and the pricing model is budget-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRLocker?

The CPD section feels a bit too open for staff to use, as there’s no approval process for courses being added. Also, some reports, for example in the review section, don’t provide meaningful data on completions, overdue items, or what hasn’t been scheduled. Instead, they only give a line-by-line breakdown of each review that’s been submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
