**What do you like best about HrFlow.ai?**

I really appreciate HrFlow.ai for its simplicity and its powerful endpoint. It’s been very useful for quickly parsing CVs across many different layouts and formats. The initial setup was straightforward, and the documentation made everything easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about HrFlow.ai?**

If I had to point out one thing to improve, it would be the tracking between jobs and profiles. It could be a bit more flexible, for example, making it easier to update or delete entries. But overall, the platform works really well and brings a lot of value.

**What problems is HrFlow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use HrFlow.ai for its API to parse and score candidates. It’s been helpful for quickly extracting key information from CVs, even when they come in different formats.

**What do you like best about HrFlow.ai?**

I used HrFlow.ai in a hackathon, and it allowed me to accurately parse resumes and job offers and rank candidates against job offers, which helps HR specialists streamline hiring processes. What stands out to me is the ease of integration with our own code and the documentation for each feature that makes it easy to grasp. The initial setup was very easy and well documented, which I really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about HrFlow.ai?**

As a software engineer, it's easy for me to understand the endpoints and how they work. I'm not sure that someone without such training might be able to exploit them to their full potential. Making some sort of interface for non-technical users might be relevant.

**What problems is HrFlow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HrFlow.ai lets me parse resumes and job offers accurately, and rank candidates, streamlining the hiring process for HR specialists.

The APIs work really well, and I’m genuinely impressed by the accuracy of the scoring and the explicability API. The documentation is also clear and helpful, and the YouTube tutorials are great for getting up to speed.

**What do you dislike about HrFlow.ai?**

Parsing isn’t automatically available in sync mode, so you have to request it manually.

It helps cut down the time it takes to fill out application forms, making the process quicker and more convenient.

**What do you like best about HrFlow.ai?**

What I really liked is the ease of use, the documentation which is very comprehensive and easy to use. It took me just a few hours to understand how to use HrFlow.ai, and especially the API which is very easy and very well documented. We were able to implement it quickly in Python.

**What do you dislike about HrFlow.ai?**

Honestly, I don't see any points that aren't working. There are features I would like to see added, such as the ability to have AI agents conduct personalized interviews.

**What problems is HrFlow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed me to store, classify, and extract essential information from resumes, such as academic background and skills, all quickly with a few queries and easily implementable in Python.

**What do you like best about HrFlow.ai?**

I used HrFlow.ai to score and qualitatively evaluate different profiles during a hackathon, and I found their APIs really easy to use. The initial setup was simple, it just required an API key.

**What do you dislike about HrFlow.ai?**

I think HrFlow.ai is good for developers, but the use for non-technicians could be improved. They should further develop their marketplace with ready-made applications to use the different tools of HrFlow.ai like CV parsing and scoring.

**What problems is HrFlow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HrFlow.ai to qualitatively score different resumes and compare them, which improves our profile sourcing project.

**What do you like best about HrFlow.ai?**

I appreciate that HrFlow.ai offers a lot of APIs, and they are all useful. I mainly used the scoring and grading APIs, which I find beneficial because they let me rank the candidates I found.

**What do you dislike about HrFlow.ai?**

It was a bit hard to set up the API, maybe the documentation could be clearer, especially about the parameters. We had a hard time using scoring because of the field 'agent' which we didn't understand.

**What problems is HrFlow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HrFlow.ai's API to build a scraper for new candidates and rank them efficiently. The scoring and grading APIs are beneficial for candidate ranking.

As a student I won’t use hrflowai as a daily usage. But for this hackathon it was a rich expérience
