HRexora is an AI hiring workspace for Indian businesses - built first for SMEs, staffing agencies and teams doing bulk hiring, and open to companies of any size. It brings job posting, CV screening, candidate conversations and shortlisting into one place, and it is designed around how hiring actually happens in India - on WhatsApp, with the CV formats Indian candidates actually send, and with small HR teams. Five AI agents handle the repetitive work. Arjun reads every CV and scores it against the job description, with the strengths, gaps and reason behind each score. Flow matches job descriptions to candidates and explains the fit in plain language. Virat searches the talent pool for people who fit a role. Guru runs the same structured first-round screening for every candidate. Pulse answers Indian HR and compliance questions such as PF, ESI, gratuity and leave. Candidate conversations run from one shared company WhatsApp number, so recruiters do not use personal phones and no conversation is lost when someone leaves the team. Screening questions, answers and history stay attached to the candidate. The agents score, rank and explain, but they never reject or hire anyone. A candidate only moves stage when a recruiter moves them. Any company can post a job for free; every free listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Job seekers use HRexora free through a single Talent Cloud profile. Recruiters can turn a shortlist into a client-ready Submission Report built from their pipeline. HRexora also offers free salary and HR tools for India, starting with a CTC to in-hand salary calculator updated for the 2026 Labour Codes and the ₹25,000 PF ceiling.
