HRCasework is a HR case management solution that allows staff members and managers to record and manage all manner of HR requests from general enquiries to requests to retire. Features include line manager authorizations, storing of associated documents, notes and case contacts in one place.

**What do you like best about HRCasework?**

It's a good way to keep track of employees for a small company. 

**What do you dislike about HRCasework?**

Customer service was a bit slow, but it can be learned quickly. 

**What problems is HRCasework solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nonprofit working internationally. This helps us keep all our employees together and organized.

**What do you like best about HRCasework?**

Very easy to use and implementation was fairly quick. Provides necessary information to make strategic business decisions and supports transactional HR tasks. 

**What do you dislike about HRCasework?**

Customer service is rather slow, however overall this is a great program.

**What problems is HRCasework solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the data measurements provided by the program to help us make decisions and track any HR requests.
