**What do you like best about HR-Survey 360 Degree Feedback?**

I liked that they had so many customizable templates to use. The templates are thorough and you can preview how they look and what to expect. It makes it easy to create your version of their surveys.

**What do you dislike about HR-Survey 360 Degree Feedback?**

the layout of the website is a bit odd at first, but once you learn how to navigate through it, it makes sense. It is a lot of clicking around to find what you might be looking for.

**What problems is HR-Survey 360 Degree Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback from employees, finding areas where things can be improved internally, getting honest feedback and understanding employees' needs. It allows employees to be transparent about feedback and to share their thoughts and feelings.
