I find the integrations with 3rd parties really useful for getting applications in - and the tooling that allows several staff members to vet these applications before they go through our hiring process is an excellent way of sifting through to find the best applicants.

The interview feedback process is very easy and great for subjectively reviewing candidates as I find time tends to distort the views of the interviewers compared to when the interview was done - this makes sure we progress the right candidates. Being able to login and use the hiring tools frequently allows us to understand how close we are to landing the perfect candidate.

The calendar sync is very delayed and should be synced multiple times a day rather than once in 24hrs. It should have a mobile app. I've had a ton of issues with the balance accrual updates for employees that reach their anniversary and it is always not correct.
