What do you like best about HR Partner?

I use HR Partner for my onboarding process and appreciate how it makes it simple to do my reviews and have everything in one place. I like the way HR Partner allows customization for tracking specific areas such as MVRs and DL expiration dates. Additionally, the initial setup of HR Partner was very easy. Thanks for your feedback. We wanted to let you know about a recent update to HR Partner. We've made some big improvements to the mobile experience, and HR Partner is now fully mobile optimized across the Admin Portal, Employee Self Service Portal, and Job Boards.

That means admins, employees, and candidates can all use HR Partner much more easily on their phones or tablets, without missing out on any functionality. You can also save HR Partner to your mobile device for an app-like experience, and the details on how to do that are in the link below.

"Intuitive HR Tool with Minor Sync Hiccups"

What do you like best about HR Partner?

I really like the Approval Rules Builder in HR Partner. The UI is very intuitive, making it easy to build highly customizable leave approval rules. Setting up HR Partner was straightforward, very easy, and the intuitive setup was a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR Partner?

It is a powerful, user-friendly tool that covers everything from recruitment to asset tracking. The best part is that we can find any employee record or signed document in seconds. "Xero Makes Payroll and Accounting Easy for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses"

What do you like best about HR Partner?

Xero is primarily designed as an accounting and payroll solution for small to medium-sized businesses. While it handles essential payroll and basic leave requests, it lacks a dedicated Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR Partner?

It needs to work on Australian Public holiday, also the integration of employee leave in only one way, not both ways. so it takes some manual adjustment if leave is changed or deleted in HR partner. What do you like best about HR Partner?

I like that we can process our entire onboarding process for new employees on HR Partner. It also has all the functions we utilize a lot such as sending out forms for signing, sending out agreements that need e-signatures, sending out announcements, and allowing employees to upload files that we require from them. What do you dislike about HR Partner?

There is something wrong with the e-signature on my end. The buttons text are all in white, so I can't see which block I'm filling out. Also, instead of being able use the placing of the fields on a document, the template uses the exact document as a template. "Convenient HR Tool for Smaller Companies"

What do you like best about HR Partner?

The system is very user friendly and is relatively straightforward. The user interface is laid out in a pretty common sense manner and accessing the HR tools necessary is quite intuitive. We mainly use the interface for tracking PTO and ensuring office continuity, although the use of the company items out of the office and other HR functions (employee reviews, etc.) are fairly useful when utilized. It's a great solution for what we need. Customer service is usually highly responsive and easy to get requested changes done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR Partner?

The HR Partner tool has a monthly fee and is slightly higher in cost than we would optimally prefer. However, it does provide the necessary functions needed for compliance and is worth the monthly expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
