**What do you like best about HR Management System?**

HR Management System is a Talent Management tool, which manage the entire employee lifecycle. Also ensures the best talents/ candidate are hired.It also offers advanced systems which offers analytics tools.

**What do you dislike about HR Management System?**

Initial setup, licensing and maintenance cost is too high.Incase of an any error or wrong data inputed it leads to the significant issues like payroll issues.

**What problems is HR Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR Management System saves the time and helps to manage the entire employee lifecycle.Employee itself can manage all the leave request, editing personal details which reduces the admin load on HR
