HR CRM is a recruiting and HR platform for small and mid-size companies and recruiting agencies. It keeps all candidates in one database and runs vacancies through configurable pipelines with stages, comments and history. A built-in AI agent reads recruiters' Telegram chats with candidates, creates and updates candidate cards, attaches CVs and moves candidates between stages. A Chrome extension saves candidate profiles from LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Work.ua and robota.ua, and PDF or Word CVs are parsed into structured cards. The product also covers interviews with Google Calendar, job offers built from templates, a public careers page with apply forms, hiring analytics by funnel, source and recruiter, and HR modules for employees: onboarding and offboarding checklists, 1:1 meetings, time off, surveys and an org chart. Roles and permissions control what each recruiter sees. The interface is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian, and data can be imported from Excel, CSV or other ATS systems.
