What do you like best about HR Avatar?

What do you like best about HR Avatar?

What do you dislike about HR Avatar?

Writing an essay during the test is quite cumbersome and would take up users time making trhe test longer than necessary. This can impact candidate willingness to take test thereby reducing our pool as recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all our tests include essays, and we offer the flexibility for users to create custom test batteries tailored to their needs, excluding sections like essays. What do you like best about HR Avatar?

HR Avatar can speed up the screening process, especially for online applciants (compared to the previous onsite paper-and-pencil test). It has the available battery of tests to assess competencies of applicants for the vacant job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR Avatar?

HR Avatar does not have available language for Philippines (Filipino) for our rank and file positions. It also does not have the feature to customize test batteries based on the required competencies of the job, so we need to require the applicant to take separate battery of tests.
