The support team is responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about HR Avatar?** Some modules and features are generic and don't correlate directly to the positions we are hiring for, though there is customization available. **What problems is HR Avatar solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to avoid hiring people who don't fit our criteria, and also helps us vet prospective employees' backgrounds. We actually perform beta testing with all of our tests to verify that they are reliable, valid and that they do not unfairly discriminate. However, when we release a new assessment, we need to wait until at least 100 'Live' administrations are complete before we can share a percentile. The vast majority of our tests have significantly more than 100 results. We're sorry this may have been the case with an assessment you're using. Hopefully, we will meet the 100 live administration requirement soon. ### 8. There should be bulk or group rates. Sometimes you send a test to a candidate and they decide NOT to complete it...too late it's already paid for. **What problems is HR Avatar solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of people embellishing on their resume.
