The accessories are readily available. The print service and timeliness is great. The best part is the pricing model as it is going to be similar in 2-3 years if we have an in-house team. all good without the hassles **What do you dislike about HP JetAdvantage?** The mobile printing is okay. Users in the same network should be allowed to print with just a pin or something. using all the credentials every time is not user friendly **What problems is HP JetAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bulk printing and scanning with security. This controls and tracks printing costs and helps us reduce wastage. The user are able to print only after approving the printout on the printer, ### 2. Does not scan QR codes. Running out of ink is the only downside in this situation. **What problems is HP JetAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our printing facilities are safe and secure and the risks involved with printing are minimised hower as I used just the printing bit of this service that is all I can comment on. ### 4. This feature is good to have especially if someone doesn't want to be sending documents to their computer, they can do everything from their phones. **What do you dislike about HP JetAdvantage?** What I dislike about this application is that if you're not too technically savvy it can be somewhat a bit hard to set up, personally speaking, but apart from that the application is a good one to have. **Recommendations to others considering HP JetAdvantage:** I recommend this application simply because after you get the hang of using it, it will help to make life easier for everyone. **What problems is HP JetAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Problem that this application is solving is that of time management to me and also, the ability to do things from multiple devices which is really awesome if you ask me. ### 5. However, that can be overcome. **Recommendations to others considering HP JetAdvantage:** I thoroughly recommend using this product to cater to your need for printing policy compliance and monitoring. **What problems is HP JetAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using it to monitor printing costs and control unuseful prining. The benefits realized are huge. It is almost indispensable now. It has made compliance a breez. ### 7.
