I don’t like the competition aspect of Hoxhunt. It feels like they use a ranking system to incentivize people to do their best, and that might work for the people at the top. I particularly like that these emails come randomly and you are not prepared for them. Additionally, you are constantly reminded that phishing emails exist. It is required to think critically when you receive an email that has a certain urgency or claims to come from official sites like Microsoft, PayPal, or Amazon, and you should check if this email is genuine. In any case, the days that are available when one is absent. It certainly also happens that one is absent for more than 30 days a year. That makes it difficult because you want to have a high score, right? And if I miss an email, even though I didn't miss it because I was on vacation and not in my work inbox, that's annoying for the ego. There's not much to be improved, to be honest. Maybe if there's any holiday function, for example, if I'm going on holiday, I have to read so many emails. I get email floods, and it's kind of annoying to see some Hoxhunt emails between, like, the 100 email. I'm not sure if this function is already there or not. But I, at least, have not seen it. And if there's any function where I can just tell Hoxhunt hey, please don't send me an email from this until this time period because of holiday, that would great.
