**Describe the project or task Hownd helped with:**

The dashboard and tracking are great but the costumer service and the creative design are horrible. 

**What do you like best about Hownd?**

I like the dashboard and tracking ability. 

**What do you dislike about Hownd?**

I dislike their creative since it is very dated and I do not like the costumer service since they are nice but if you do not send buy now offers out to your costumer base then they put a lot of pressure on you since they are inexpensive to use as a email platform and make money off of the rev share.
