I have not found any downside of using HowdyGo. I have a small list of improvements I would like them to make to bring the application to the next level but seriously nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Set up in minutes. Scale usage as your testing scales."
4.5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

Very easy to sign up, and the free trial period helps to prove how easy it is to generate your first interactive demo in minutes. Support has been great, a few times when I had question the team immediately invited me to a Zoom call so they can resolve my issue immediately. Very impressed! What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

The next tier (Pro) is quite steep if you have HowdyGo as one of the many tools for your product activation. But I imagine if you use it extensively and for different purposes (acquisition, activation, account expansion, etc.) the ROI will speak for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, effective, simplified product demos"
5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

HowdyGo's interactive demo, gif and video creation capabilities were perfect for what our Product Marketing team needed for a new landing page to highlight over 30 new innovative features we launched in the last few months. We needed a way to anonymize our merchants' product interface to show real-life examples of how easy and effective our new product features were for our brands, while avoiding sharing personal data and results. For this specific project, we wanted to turn our demos into gifs using the blur and remove HTML features, the ability to zoom in, highlight and customize timing of clicks. We had a tall order for our needs and Tom and Umberto from HowdyGo were so incredibly helpful as they quickly responded to any questions, issues, and new requests our team had while building and downloading our demos. The tool was extremely easy to use overall and met nearly every one of our requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

Our use case was geared more towards gif and video creation, which is not necessarily the speciality for HowdyGo, but they somehow made it work and the output is what we were looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Fit for Our Application"
5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

We trialed several interactive demo tools, but ultimately chose HowdyGo for the following reasons:

- It was the only product that accurately captured operations on Salesforce and AppExchange applications.

- Despite capturing in HTML format, it can still replay dynamic actions like drag-and-drop using video.

- It offers outstanding cost performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

We’d love to see future enhancements in annotation editing and user management features.

The HowdyGo development team is open to hearing new feature ideas, which we really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HowdyGo is our ideal demo tool"
5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

For us, the best part is that HowdyGo is replacing demo environment that would have cost us significantly more and been a much larger lift to create and maintain. Our sales and marketing teams are able to create all of the demos they need with ease and no engineering overhead. We run demos every day, and locking our environment for these demos creates a headache for many.

From the beginning, Tom, Umberto, and Daniel have been absolutely phenominal to work with. They've implemented features we've wanted, reviewed demos for us, and have been incredibly collaborative to get things up and running. An extra special shoutout to Daniel for all of the direct technical support to get our custom domain, SSO, and SCIM setup!

We've only been using HowdyGo for a couple of weeks, but I'm super excited to see increased adoption for both internal and external uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

So far, there are truly no downsides we've seen. There have been a handful of small and large features that weren't available to us, but the team has implemented things for us super quickly and have solved for all of our needs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

No support for mobile apps, but the team provided me with an acceptable workaround and helped optimize the mobile part of the demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best interactive product demo tool backed by an incredible team"
5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

HowdyGo has been a game-changer for our team! The interactive product demo tool is incredibly quick and easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that anyone can pick up in no time. Our entire team have become huge advocates for this product and as a result, we're replacing numerous other platforms with this single tool. Pricing is much more competitive compared to others on the market, and there are far fewer limitations. Tom, Daniel, and the entire HowdyGo team have gone above and beyond to ensure we’re set up for success. The product offers versatile use cases, from interactive demos to screen recordings and full-page screenshots. I especially love that it captures the HTML/CSS code, allowing users to feel like they’re truly inside our platform, not just watching a recording. I would highly recommend HowdyGo to anyone exploring an interactive demo tool for their company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

Absolutely nothing! We have honestly not experienced a single thing that we dislike about HowdyGo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional team has helped us with easy-to-implement demo"
5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

HowdyGo is very easy to use (much easier than StoryLane) and I built a demo within a day. These demos can be iterated on quickly and simply, and Tom and the team are always on-hand to provide help and advice. The HowdyGo team are very responsive, and changes have been made in the producty as a result of my feedback, which is really gratifying as a user! I received positive feedback from the wider company upon implementation, including this example from sales: "The interactive demo is incredibly user-friendly and does an excellent job of guiding users through the various features of [our platform]. The step-by-step walkthrough is intuitive, making it easy for potential users to understand how to navigate and utilize the platform effectively. By simulating a real user experience, the demo provides a personal, hands-on feel that is often missing in traditional presentations or static demonstrations." Another bonus is that there are no minimum users required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

There is very little to dislike, but I would like more segmentation in analytics so that you can see each demo's analytics individually (currently, this can be done by creating separate analytics for each demo as a workaround). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, responsive, and results-driven"
5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

HowdyGo has been amazing for us! I requested a feature enhancement, and they did it right away—no waiting, just action. Their customer support is hands-down the best, always keeping things smooth. Plus, their product really helps us shine, showcasing our features across our landing page, emails, and socials. If you want a partner that’s reliable, responsive, and super easy to work with, HowdyGo is it! Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

So far, nothing! Occasionally, there’s a small demo-capturing glitch, but their support team jumps on it right away, so it's a non-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great interactive demos, super intuitive product, incredibly helpful team"
5/5
What do you like best about HowdyGo?

I was able to get an interactive demo built and published in less than an hour. The product is very intuive and easy to use.

I particularly loved how I could make edits to the demo interface, including en masse using their find and replace feature which is super helpful.

Finally, the HowdyGo team is really great. I've been following them on LinkedIn and they are clearly experts in their craft. This came through in the customer experience. Tom (one of the Co-Founders) reached out offering to help and gave me some great advice on how to create a really compelling initial demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HowdyGo?

Nothing really to dislike. I had a couple question, but it was less about the product and more about interactive demos as this was my first time creating one. The team was super proactive in helping me get started and I had a really great demo live in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
