I requested some bespoke elements which were not available and the customer support I received was exceptional - working fast and implementing changes. That going to come in handy for me in my small home studio and I don't have to worry about yet another monthly expense. And it's super easy to use. But what made me go through the trouble of creating this account to leave a review is how sweet they were to reach out and listen to my story and how I found them. Nothing beats great customer service. **What do you dislike about Hovercode?** The only thing I could think was I wished they'd have a code that allows users who scan the code to see a list of all my socials and follow me on the ones they prefer. I wish there were slightly more custom options, but it may be just because we are using the free version. I see the scan counts indeed, but the deeper dive report would be worth aspiring to. Demographics, scan location, or even click-through rates could be a good indicator of how people engage with my QR codes; I can deduce how effective specific locations or their click-through behavior is. **What problems is Hovercode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having redesigned QR code into a user-friendly visual experience, Hovercode makes these codes much more appealing.
