Hovera is a Saudi salon management platform built specifically for women's beauty salons, home-service beauty businesses, and independent specialists who work from home. It is designed in Arabic from the ground up, so owners, receptionists and specialists work in their own language on every screen. Bookings: each salon gets its own online booking link that clients use to choose a service, a specialist and a time. Confirmations and reminders go out on WhatsApp, which reduces no-shows. Staff can also book from the dashboard, including group bookings, packages, and home-service appointments at the client's location. Cashier and invoices: the built-in cashier issues tax invoices linked to ZATCA's Fatoora e-invoicing platform, handles deposits, multiple payment methods, gift cards, session packages and credit notes, and closes each shift with a clear cash summary. Staff: schedules, leaves, documents and contract reminders in one place. The Complete Salon plan calculates commissions and payroll automatically from the services each specialist performed, with location-based attendance from the staff mobile app. Inventory and accounting: track products and supplies, supplier invoices and stock movements. Every sale flows into double-entry books, with daily reports sent to the owner. Clients and loyalty: a full client history, loyalty tiers, referral rewards and promotional offers, all owned by the salon and exportable. Hovera also includes an in-app assistant that answers staff questions about the system and the salon's own data. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription with no commission on bookings or sales: Home Studio for a specialist working alone, Home Services for small salons up to four staff, and Complete Salon for full salons with unlimited staff. Salons can move between plans without losing any data.
